I thought Ghost Veteran was really easy, this one is even easier. I actually enjoyed what I played so far but I've been getting the ugrade and mission reset so I'm waiting for either a patch or when I can play the whole game in one sitting.

 
So for anyone looking at Isaac trophies, the secret 11th character has no health and it is not possible to increase his health. So you have to beat the game without taking a hit. :shock:

The more I hear of Isaac, the more I think I should not bother. Same with Don't Starve. Spelunky is pretty fun.

Also, I'm enjoying Wolfenstein. I'm a big fan of the original and I always get nostalgic about my first FPS. I'm barely on chapter 3 and am going to try to beat it in the next week before Dragon Age 3 comes out. That's my most anticipated game this season.

Make sure you double tap Intersection button to get super-fast flying on. That way you can go up and down more smoothly with Intersection & Portal buttons. After the double tap keep pushing toward to maintain the fast flying. And practice. I found Silver Surfer was the best to use for these, though he is a bitch to unlock because of that first flying race you have to do with him on the helecarrier. I used Iron Man for that. A lot of people like Wasp for those, but I found her small size too hard to control properly.
 
I was able to format my 1 TB drive that I was using when the file system was corrupted, and everything seems ok so far. Looks like the drive is fine. The file system must have become corrupted somehow during all those freezes I had.

On the plus side, I was able to get back a few old copy-protected saves by swapping in my old drive and uploading them to online storage now that I have Plus. Gonna go back and get that Sly 1 plat sometime.

Knock Sly 1 out. It's a really short plat.

I always hate seeing these as I don't have any HPBs closer than 100+ miles away from me and I hear that they have pretty great deals occasionally. :-({|=

Yeah I know, I just didn't pay attention to trophies at all way back when I played it so I didn't bother.

Going to have to disagree with this. I never ever did the double tap to go faster, you have much less control for turns when you do that. If it was all just a straight shot I could see this working. You have plenty of time to get through them without that.

You just have to be very careful when pressing X or O to not double tap either one, ever. Press and hold X to go higher, press and hold O to go lower, and keep pressure on the analog stick to keep moving.

I used Iron Man for all of them both times I played.

I found the elevation changes with regular flying were too cumbersome and long. Maybe that ominous race music made me feel like i had less time than I really did, but I preferred the smoother altitude shifts that came with the double-tap.

I've picked up a total of 4 complete and pristine copies of rock band 3 :ps3: for something like $15-20 each. had a couple opportunities to pick up a used psp or 3ds for around $40-50 but I can never justify it.

they started getting ps4 games so I'm hopeful that if I get there early enough today there'll be something good.

I wonder why they changed the flight controls. I think it works well in LEGO Batman 2, aside from when you are up next to a building.

I may disagree about the Lego Marvel controls, but you are spot on here. Lego Batman 2 flying controls were turrible. Them being so bad is why I do not give Lego Marvel even more shit for its controls.

You don't really realize how bad they are in Batman 2 until you go back to it after playing Marvel.

Nahh, I knew it at the time. When you are pushing forward on the stick, there is no obstacle in front of you, and suddenly the ship does a 180 and is flying straight backwards from the way you are pressing on the stick something is horribly wrong.

The controls on Lego Marvel were just difficult in terms of altitude adjustment and camera delay at times. It was frustrating too, but not throw shit frustrating like Lego Batman. I REALLY REALLY hope they do not have any vehicle sections (at least with planes) in Lego Batman 3. If they do, I hope they hired a new designer that can make some decent flying controls.

 
Guys, why can't I get that hover bike trophy in COD? I've gone through it like 3 times now, taking no damage or hitting anything, and it's not working. All I can think is that maybe hitting the cars on the road can cause an issue.
 
So I nuked Resogun last night and downloaded again to keep the patch from installing.  I went ahead and played on Veteran on that version thinking I would be a bad ass at it since Tyler claimed it was soooo easy pre-patch.  Honestly, veteran on that mode was maybe slightly harder than experienced on the updated version, so it was definitely easier.  The problem is I got stuck on veteran at pretty much the same point I got stuck at on the updated version on experienced.  I was up playing until 2am trying to get that last level done, I just couldnt get it.  Since what I read said you had to do it all in one go, I decided to leave the PS4 on overnight and I would try again today.

When I went downstairs this morning, the PS4 was in rest mode  :wall:

Even worse, it had installed the patch to Resogun   :headache:

At least, according to some posts I am seeing, you only have to beat each level and not all in one go.  I hope to god that is right and it saved that I had beat all those levels.  If not...    :censored:

I mad!
