I was just checking thread between some Gravity Rush. I just want to redeem my DLC but I can wait. It amazes me how people are impatient on a late update. Then some weeks people bitch that it updated and didn't get to purchase games.

How is their customer service horrendous? :roll:

This generation has brought out the worst in gamers, gamers are so jaded and unhappy, they can NEVER be satisfied. The update is on tuesdays, tuesday ends at 12am PST or EST (whatever time they go by) there has never been a set time.

Everyone is special and needs their medal for finishing. I seriously doubt any of these people who are bitching had to live through the cartridge era of gaming.

i loved nes games. they made you blow, they made you wiggle, i even tried to doublestuff my NES with two cartridges at the same time, one backwards one forwards... oh the crazy kinky things we used to do to get our games to work///

gamegenie was wild. it was like sonic and knuckles before sonic and knuckles.
not only cheats, but damn thing would break your game wide open. like super floaty jumps in mario ;) and just crazy stuff. i remember some things you could only find if you used a gamegenie like secret developer rooms etc aka chrono trigger or something, idk

I remember the Game Genie on my NES and Sega Genesis. I had one on the SNES, but hardly used it back in the day.

I guess I was a purist then and wanted to beat them the way they were intended, except Mega Man. I got so frustrated with that I threw in the Game Genie just to survive long enough to enjoy the game.

The Game Genie on my NES was the only way my NES games would work after a few attempts. As a little kid I was so annoyed by the flashing red light/blue screen/pin connector problem that I went off and bought a Sega Genesis. Makes me want a toploader now.

Secret developer room didn't require a game genie, just New Game+.
 
After midnight and still no update? That's it - I'm going to pen a nasty letter to Sony and send it in tomorrow's mail. My only regret is that I can't hand deliver the letter personally to the stooge who made me wait for this, no doubt a monumental update. Sony will rue this day. No one makes me count the seconds on a clock waiting for something. No one.

I did I did!!! I remember life from 6-12 consisted of having to smack and blow inside the stupid cart to get it to load after switching games. Life was much easier in the cart world when snes and especially n64 came along. Then Ps blew it out the window.

I went to BB for mgs to pm frys who had it for 35. Gravity I got at gamestop only because the guy found a way to give me the pre-order dlc. Sucks as I see Gravity Rush on psn INCLUDES the pre-order DLC and is only 35.99. I would have used my gs credit for a psn card had I known. My case can't fit anymore carts as it is haha. Oh well Amazing game either way!

I was able to redeem my gravity Rush Dlc code a couple hours ago no prob. Just used the redeem code function and it came up fine. The store kept erroring out on me so I thought maybe it was the update but, looking on my ps3 I really see nothing new. I did find Gravity Rush hidden under it's demo titling. The full game was in there.

I've already got the GOTY Borderlands on disc (thanks to GameStop giving me that version when I bought the vanilla in a B2G1!). Hoping for other stuff that interests me.
 
Split Second is decent. Nothing groundbreaking, but not terrible. A decent racer although the AI gets somewhat ridiculous. I don't know if all the DLC is worth it though.

Borderlands is awesome. Enough said.
