Also preloading sucks the mordor preload let me only download the first 10 minutes before I had to let more download which had no progress bar

It's downloading the part needed to start playing and finishes the rest in the background. That's not really pre-loading, but the PlayGo system that devs can tailor to suit their needs.

Not surprising since they've been working on clearancing the Vita stuff since they started doing resets for the the new systems and don't get new releases in store.

I don't know if Vita is currently profitable, but retailers no longer stocking the Vita and games might not be a bad thing for Sony and possibly even for consumers.  I think the Vita is effectively becoming the Xbox One digital sales centric console that Microsoft hoped for (with fewer sales of units, obviously).  By retail removing itself from the equation, Vita's profit margins almost certainly increase for Sony and for the publishers.  I'll bet Vita could be quite a nice little cash cow for Sony if they can move a decent number of units and maintain interest in the product for a long enough time period to reap the digital sales profits.

I bought Splinter Cell when it was on sale last time for I believe $16. Now it's even cheaper with all the DLC lol.

Great game, but very grindy.

The Vita version is fine but I liked the Wii.

Meant it as the dlc is $15 so for $4, I can keep the game for the months that I don't have PS+ and wait for a good deal. I've never seen the dlc go on sale and not sure if I ever will..

I checked a couple weeks back at my local Walmart that has a ton of stuff constantly in stock, but I noticed their vita selection were two copies of tearaway. That's it.

Yes the artwork is amazing but the game isn't very long and not really worth the full admission price.
Plus it is touch only so I found that after extended play time it is uncomfortable to play.
