I think i might bite on Guacamelee!
If you are at all a fan of metroidvania games definitely do! It's one of my favorite games of the years, and some of the most fun I've had with any game in a long time. It's also got a killer soundtrack and a great sense of humor (like all of Drinkbox's games). I paid double the current sale price and it was well worth it, so I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it for a measly $3.75!

For those that want a full rundown, here's the review I posted on Steam (though it should cover the PS3/Vita versions as well): http://steamcommunity.com/id/mrninjasquirrel/recommended/214770

I'm having some weird issues trying to get Rainbow Moon on my Vita here. When I use my Vita to download it keeps crapping out and giving errors around the 1gb mark.

Trying to copy via PS3 either takes an hour or longer than gives a random error, or something else happens (Somehow last night they randomly got disconnected from each other with 10% to go)

^ What did you think of Puppeteer Fuss?
I really enjoyed it. A whimsical little excursion from the pew pew POW, lol. The presentation is top notch. The writing, voice acting and art direction amount to what could easily pass for a Pixar movie. Though some might not like that since it does talk A LOT. The "platforming" left a little to be desired and having the appropriate costume head was often random as fuck, but beyond those gripes I thought everything else was awesome. Every stage and its characters is a charming surprise. I also played a good chunk of it in 3D and it ranks among the best to implement it (especially during boss sequences).

Not sure why Sony went with ...

KNACK

instead of this for PS4. I hope they get a shot at a sequel.

Hey good to hear. I can't wait to play through it. It's looks really good and I pretty am sure it is going to be underrated and undersold.

You don't. They are talking about some website that has estimates of time required to complete games. I *wish* the PS3/Vita had time played for games, as well as total. Does the PS4 do that? Heck even the Wii 1 has time played stats.
Not anymore. They shut the Nintendo Channel down this past summer, so you'd have to add up times manually from the calendar that I suspect randomly loses track of times the last time I tried to do that.

Well thanks... I didn't know it was couch co-op, so now I have to buy it.
I think the game is great, but the coop is problematic. It's fine early on, but once you get to the point where you are shifting dimension or whatever it is called, then playing that coop is a real pain in the ass. They knew it, because they make it possible for the 2nd player to drop out, and then drop back in. That works, but it still makes it feel kind of tacked out. However the combat portions ARE fun coop, so maybe it's worth it.

http://blog.us.playstation.com/2013/12/18/ps-mobile-update-ufo-dad-arrives-this-week/

We’re at the midpoint of our Festive Giveaway, which started Thanksgiving week. If you didn’t get a chance to snag some of the games then, we’ll kick it back up (after a break for Christmas) during the week of January 8th.
Also, one of the new PSM games is one of the first to support PSN leaderboards amongst PSM games:

UFO Dad by Edit Mode ($4.29)

Kevin Oke, Lead Designer and founder of Edit Mode, provided us some insight into this exclusive for PlayStation Mobile:

We at Edit Mode are extremely proud to bring you UFO Dad, exclusively on PlayStation Mobile. UFO Dad is a mashup of platforming and match 3 — think varying degrees of Mr. Driller + Tetris Attack + Bejeweled + Sokoban. Development was largely inspired by Mr. Driller (a series I love), but over time the game has taken shape into its current form.

We’re very excited to be one of the first PlayStation Mobile titles to support PSN leaderboards, so you can compete with your friends for intergalactic (or just neighborhood) grilling supremacy.

Our hero is a suburban dad, master of the grill, sufferer of male pattern baldness, and wearer of sandals with socks. His homemade “wonder spatula” has attracted attention from those beyond the Milky Way — hungry aliens have come to abduct him and steal his scrumptious burgers!

Armed with the “Wonder Spatula,” you can use it to chain burgers of the same color, keep the invaders at bay, and go for the highest score. The more burgers you chain, the more points you earn. Our hero will have to stay on his toes and be careful as the UFO’s tractor beam will try to pull him and his burgers upward. Survive the invasion, unlock new family members, and compete to dominate the online leaderboards!

In the future we’ll be updating the game with new features for free. Follow us on Twitter to stay in the loop.

They asked about Flow, not Knytt Underground.

I actually agree with you. Crap. I am part of the "some" you mentioned that thought there was way too much dialogue, which made me get somewhat sick of the otherwise awesome characters. But yeah, gameplay was good and the costume head feature was fun, albeit random like you said.

The free version of Flow that was given out forever ago never actually added the game to anyone's download history, so the Vita/PS4 version won't show as free for you. I don't think you'll even be able to download it again if you delete it off your PS3 hard drive.
This might be a good time to mention that if you have the free download of Flow and have played (and more importantly) patched it, you can't use the DLC because it only installs to an unpatched copy of Flow. And the free version of Flow can't be redownloaded to get a patch free version of it.

Yup. Not only is the game awful (and barely worth free), the DLC was implemented in one of the stupidest ways imaginable. I bought Flow during a sale, and I believe I had to download it 2 or 3 times before I finally got the order right.

I downloaded the PS Vita version of Flow last night without issue, and it was free because I bought it on PS3 seven years ago.  Did I just get lucky or am I missing something here?

I guess you missed the news that it has Cross Buy support across the PS4, PS3, and Vita versions.

I left a comment on it. I've never tried to sell on Amazon (stuck to eBay and Craigslist so far) because the fees tend to be just that tiny bit higher, and this news doesn't exactly entice me to try it out. eBay offering discounted shipping helps too (not sure if Amazon has that).

Ugh, I'm that guy.  How the hell do I get my PS4 to recognize that I have PS+?  It keeps telling me to sign up, I can't find a page that tells me current sales, and it wants to charge me $40 for the Pinball Arcade pro pack.  It's the last one I'm actually frustrated about.

Sorry, you may proceed to ridicule me for not being able to figure this out.

It's just advertising PS+, not telling you whether you are a member or not. There's a specific item for the Season One Discount Bundle for Pinball Arcade if you already purchased it on PS3/Vita.

There aren't any deals for PS4 games at the moment.

Yes it is.

Alright, I figured it out. It should be $35.99 (not $29.99) with the PS+ discount. It's a known issue on the Pinball Arcade forums and Facebook. Apparently the discounted PS+ price just stopped working yesterday.
Whoops! Must have confused this with Zen Pinball. I did order Pinball Arcade PS4 disc version from Amazon, but it hasn't shipped yet. I think Amazon's initial supply sold out, and they're getting more. And I do own some of the table packs for Pinball Arcade on PS3/Vita already.

Flow <<<<< Knytt Underground < Hamsterball < Amy
Let's evolve this further:

(enter shit game here) <<<<<<<<< Flow <<<<< Knytt Underground < Hamsterball < Amy

I suppose Flow and Knytt Underground really aren't horrible games, but there's just so much stuff out there that's better... why bother?

Has Sony made any comment on when the Walking Dead Season 2 Season Pass will be out? It has already launched for Xbox and PC but I played the first season on PS3 and would like to keep that going for Season 2.

I think it's 39.99 down to 35.99 for plus members

I looked when the store flipped and that's how it was listed.
I know what they're supposed to be. But if you look at the PS Store right now, you'll see that neither are discounted because they've cancelled or delayed them without any sort of note as to why:

Is Limbo cross buy?
:wall:

So I was at Bestbuy today picking up an order and decided to look around real quick. Was really happy when I saw Metal Gear Solid HD Collection for Vita for $11.99. After GCU it was only $9.60 for a physical copy. Never played the series but have always wanted to eventually. :D

Ratchet & Clank: Into the Nexus is certainly more scaled down than Crack in Time, It is kinda halfway between a full fledged game and one of those standalone DLCs like Infamous: Festival of Blood and Far Cry: Blood Dragon. Great pick-up for $15-20 (especially if you don't have Quest for Booty), but the original $40 asking price was definitely pushing it.
Funny you mention that price. Some sort of glitch has the game showing up at both $29.99 and $14.99 prices in the store under the Choose a Version button. If you choose the $14.99 option, the game will go to the cart for $14.99 instead of $29.99.

I haven't bought it, so I can't confirm if it really does give you the game at that price. All signs point to yes.

Well, I hate to do this, but I'm going to wait for Pinball Arcade to be patched before buying.  I'm reading that multiple people have destroyed their DS4s in two days because the shoulder buttons were never meant to take the punishment this game inflicts on them, and you can't remap the flippers until after the patch comes out.

Plus lots of people are complaining about the audio.

This sucks, I've been looking forward to this for while now.  I may just bite the bullet and destroy a DS4. :)

So either my purchased copy of Rainbow Moon Vita is broken, my USB cable is, or my Vita/PS3 are.

Cant download on my Vita because its taking 600+ minutes (Compared to an hour on PS3). Cant transfer because it either takes forever and disconnects or gives an error.

Any solutions? I have not had issues with any other games like this. Annoying as hell. Have tried redownloading 3 times so far, and the current transfer still fluctuates at 30+ minutes

Oh yeah, I saw that.

I was thinking they might be doing it to align prices.

im still mad that the ps3 version of pinball arcade is basically unplayable due to flipper lag, and has never been fixed after all this time. theyll never get money from me again until they fix that ridiculous nonsense.
