I've heard less substantiated rumors that it could be Knack. Which would be awesome. Especially awesome for me because I couldn't care less about racing games.

Also, everyone should probably keep in mind that Resogun was confirmed for PS+ at Gamescom in Germany and has never been confirmed for PS+ in NA. Not saying we won't get it, I think it would be stupid if EU did and we didn't, but it's definitely a possibility.

The only PS4 games confirmed for NA PS+ are DriveClub (now iffy), Don't Starve, Outlast, Secret Ponchos, and Binding of Isaac.

Since everybody's fixated on PS4's PS+ game, I'll just drop a discussion bomb with the news that Vita's core three IGC games are rotated out next month, so you can obsess about what replaces Gravity Rush, Uncharted: Golden Abyss, and Wipeout 2048.

I'm guessing LittleBigPlanet, PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale, and Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time for that trio, though I could see Hot Shots Golf: World Invitational making the list instead of one of those games.

You think it's 100% for sure that those core games will be rotated out next month? I mean, I think it will happen, but there's nothing really set in stone that they HAVE to rotate out there games, as far as I know.

As for your predictions, I think PSASBR and Sly Cooper would both be lame additions since they were cross buy to begin with. Not that they wouldn't do that, but I think it would be lame. I'd love LBP Vita though since I just traded in my copy to Best Buy. I actually think and hope we'll be getting P4G. I even think Soul Sacrifice is a possibility since the updated version is coming out eventually.

It's been one year since the Vita IGC was established, so it has to happen with the way they've handle the IGC so far.

Neither of those versions are Cross Buy from the Vita side, so they're not giving up a ton for either. PSASBR has DLC to offer while adding to whatever community is still there for that game and Sly Cooper is a big single-player game to offer up alongside LBP.

I don't see Persona 4 Golden happening at all, as Atlus will benefit more from the periodic sales they do rather than giving up on that for PS+. They've only offered three titles for PS+ in the IGC era (KOFXIII, Metal Slug XX, and Demon's Souls) and those three aren't really Atlus properties.

 
The day they stop offering psp titles and convert those into even more vita games will be the day they will be legit. I think Unit 13 will probably be a freebie for the igc next month. 

 
My ideal games for the three would be ACIII: Liberation, Hot Shots Golf, and Unit 13. I have those three but don't think I'd keep them after playing so having them on Plus would be sweet. I'm not holding my breath though.

Frisky is probably right with his predictions.

I hope they segment off PlayStation Plus or offer an elite level - I would gladly pay double or triple the current price if the offerings were all Vita titles. I'm sure many PS3 or PS4 owners also want an IGC that caters exclusively to their system. It's not exactly "plus" if it's mandatory next gen, right?
 
I could see Soul Sacrifice for a year-long PS+ offering. Especially with a sequel on the horizon. I think LBP is a good guess as well. Not sure what my third guess would be. I don't think PSASBR or Sly would come on as Vita only, more likely they'd put them in as a one-month thing with both included. Maybe Assassin's Creed Liberation?

 
Putting in Uncharted and Gravity Rush was a pretty baller move last year. Maybe they'll throw in something new-ish again. Killzone is too much, but maybe Walking Dead?

I hope you are right. Killzone would be amazing.

The Walking Dead is also a good candidate but be prepared for people to bitch about the stuttering/frame rate issues. I'm currently playing through it and that's my main complaint so far.

I really hope LBP is one of them, and I think it is the most likely.  

I would prefer something other than PSASBR since I plan to buy the PS3 copy on Black Friday if it is on sale as I expect which means it would be a waste for me personally.  

For Sly Cooper, I would probably just auto-pop all the trophies on it since I have played the PS3 version. It would save me the time of renting a copy from Gamefly just to do that, but I would prefer to have something to play.

AC Liberation would be a good one as well, but with UBI making a console version of that, I would be surprised if they wanted to crater possible sales of it by putting it on plus for Vita.

No interest in Hot Shots Golf, but I could definitely see it being included.

I could also see Resistance Burning Skies.  I am not a FPS guy at all, but I might play that one since it is supposedly really easy and really short.  Since it has an online pass making renting it a problem it is a decent option.

I agree with the others that if it has already been free for EU that I would be shocked if it were one of the yearly titles since ours and theirs will likely match.

One game I haven't seen mentioned is Rayman Legends.  I would not be shocked if they went that route if going 3rd party.

 
Little Big Planet and Hot Shots Golf would be good ones and would make sense. Killzone Mercenary would be a great choice if it's not selling well (is that true? I just saw some post here, so not exactly a reliable source of info), because then suddenly lots of people would have it and the online community would grow exponentially. And they could sell map packs to make money from it.

Also, I'm thinking Killzone because of the Gamestop BF leak which shows them having it for $20. That's a pretty big price drop. Maybe because it's going "free" on Plus???

Contrast? I didn't even know that was going to be a PS4 game.

Honestly I'd prefer Contract over DriveClub because I don't like racing games, but I don't think that's a very good replacement for the average gamer. I know DriveClub is still coming to PS+ but that delay is going to hurt.

Contrast looks great. I won't even download Drive Club when it comes out.

I think the "average gamer" is going to have to get used to the fact that there are going to be far fewer AAA-budget games as time goes on. Indies and lower-budget games are much more attractive to investors and shareholders because of the limited downside and the possibility of hitting those Minecraft ROIs. Personally I'm more than okay with this because the indie side is where most of the innovation is happening anyway.

That would suck. I just finished Little Big Planet (Although I guess I could always do more online). PS All-Stars I'd take and I already own Sly Cooper. I'd hope for Unit 13, since I've played it, finished it, but never got the platinum. I have Hot Shots as well.

 
Am I the only one completely shocked by the Gamestop BF Ad scan that is showing PS Plus yearly cards for $30.  I am already a member until 2016, but I will definitely be adding to that now.

Looks like my hope for PSASBR for $10 is also going to come true.  I will definitely be picking that up so I can play on PS3 and Vita.

 
I didn't know we were getting Resogun for free with Plus! That's sweet. Now Contrast instead of Drive Club! Awesome. Glad I haven't pre-ordered any launch games. I'll probably wait for some reviews to see what's worth it.

Yeah $30 is an amazing price. I might actually grab 3 or 4 if I can. I think I'm only paid up until next year sometime.

It doesn't for me. While good sales aren't exactly commonplace for Gamestop, they do happen on occasion. (Like the 50% off used/buy 2 for $10 sale they had recently.)

I think I still have another year on mine from the last get $10 back sale, but I can do with another year for $30.

I do not disagree they have some great sales on used games. They can afford to since they make insane profits on their used merchandise. New items though? Specifically a new item like a PS Plus card? I am kind of expecting every retailer to have them for $30 now. I just do not see Gamestop dropping the price like that.

Do not confuse me for a Gamestop hater, I have done a lot of business with them. I think I have enough credit to get a PS4 for almost no out of pocket cost. No, that did not come from flipping stuff, just general trade in credit and gift cards for presents from family members. I am just surprised by this particular deal.
