I've still been getting them every week or so. Last one came in Wednesday. I wouldn't worry too much though; it's been well over a year since we've received any incentive in the emails. With no new console bundles out, I sometimes wonder if we'll ever see a 20% off code again.

I wasn't aware the vita tv could ps4 remote play! Neat. I will add on to this that not all vita games (or psp/ps1) are compatible with the vita tv. And ps1 titles wise any game that didn't have analog support will on the vita tv such as chrono trigger and ff7.

Too bad you missed out on the borderlands bundle which was around 114$ on amazon warehouse. I got my phat vita off ebay myself since you could bundle it with the square trade warranty. I lucked out and only ended up paying 79$ for the vita.

Really the biggest negative to the vita is the dumb memory cards being so costly.

 
I was under the impression that Amazon Warehouse was all used stuff; is it not?

I think I may have heard about the Vita TV at one point in the past, but the fact that it doesn't play all games would have been an issue for me, especially if they're games that I would have gotten the Vita for, like the Uncharted game.

But yeah, like I said, I can't cry any tears over missing out.  It's way too late in the game to even consider it, especially if they're not manufacturing the games anymore (and I don't buy used.)

it is also new items with damaged packaging, or new returns that were never opened, but it is a bit of a gamble as to whether or not you will get one of those items or just a used item that was traded in or abused and returned.

Because it's more portable and I have zero interest in using the Switch as a home console, plus it's $100 cheaper. Obviously if you want the docking capability you should get the regular Switch.

No, I mean more portable. A Switch is 9.4" x 4" and .88 lbs; the Switch Lite is 8.2" x 3.6" and .61 lbs. If you only care about mobile gaming, that's an advantage. Also, I see that I messed up the price difference above and the Lite is $100 cheaper, not $50 as I said before.

The Switch is a frankensystem that I don't need. The Lite, on the other hand, might be a long overdue replacement for the 3DS. My opinion of course; I'm sure some people like the hybrid mobile/home solution.

It's not any more portable. It is a bit smaller but that doesn't make it fit in normal sized pockets any more than the regular one. In fact One would argue it is less portable since the joycons sp? cannot detach. The newer model of switch will also come with better battery life than the lite which is another strike against it.

Price wise you can find original switches for under 300$ new during sales or with ebay and rakuten coupons and such. Typically coming with a game. So the 100$ less thing is less appetizing outside for those who pay full retail which are obviously not the people who frequent this site. You will also need regular joycons to play some games so another added annoyance. If they had designed it better with a fold over type feature like the ds-3ds line and better batterylife then at the 200$ price point it wouldn't be too bad. Arguably a steal. But as is the things kinda like the og 2ds only without any redeeming features to it besides maybe the joycons not drifting (I honestly wouldn't be shocked if they suffer the same issues as the original)

The only reason I could see someone getting the 200$ model over the upcoming one is if they have credit on amazon or gamestop or something else.

The switch lite kinda reminds me of the wiis where the second revision removed bc for gamecube games without offering any improvements.

Go digital man, I did and it is the best decision I ever made. Plus the game is worth $30 easily, so the entire game and DLC for $23.99 is a steal.

I platinumed Days Gone last night, I really enjoyed the game.  There's a bit of post-ending content I need to finish up, which I thought was a nice touch - wrapping up storylines of various characters.

Yeah I'm not here to start any Days Gone fights but I loved this game and put almost 100 hours into it which is very rare for me. Its not quite the open-world Last of Us a lot of people thought it would be, but if this is your style of game, you'll probably like it.

95% of games never leave digital storefronts, unless they are tied to some sort of license like automobiles, Marvel, DuckTales, etc. In this case I blame the DuckTales license contract with Capcom expiring. Good thing is you can still play and download the game, you just can't buy it anymore.

 
For those that have played the Spiderman dlc, how long are the story missions? I kinda got screwed earlier in the year when I bought the season pass for South Park TFBW. I paid $20 and got less than 3 hours of gameplay. Don't want to repeat the same thing with Spiderman.

It's been several months since I beat them, but I felt that they were 2 hours each. All depends if you want to be perfect on the trials

Eeee. . .well with that comparison I'm even less interested now. Last of Us had two things going for it: Joel and the narrative. Gameplay was fairly lacking for me but seeing the story through was a driving factor. Having heard not so great things about Days Gone's story, that means it has almost nothing going for me other than the open world aspect. Could be a game changer, chances are it's not. :???:

I hate to adk for specifics but 2 hours just the story missions alone, or story plus side objectives aswell? My plan was to rent the game physically then buy/beat the dlc in less than a week avoiding any side objectives but since the complete digital edition is on sale, I won't have to rush.

Lol, yeah then its probably not for you. The stealth mechanic and combat reminded me of the last of us and the gritty world to a lesser extent but if that game wasn't your cup of tea I can't imagine Days Gone being your thing- the story is weaker and the gameplay is stretched out for a much longer play time.

 
Could someone explain the Stern Pinball sales to me? I'm seeing Star Trek Vengeance on its own for five bucks, that and two other games for five bucks, and that and FOUR other games for five bucks. What gives? The package with five games shows five games in the graphic but omits Frankenstein and one other title in the description. Confusing.

I'd say 2 hours to beat all side missions and story missions. Basically 2 hours each to 100 % each dlc chapter. If don't care about trophies and blow through the story, possibly 45 mins to an hour depending on how good you are

I would say it's closer to 3 hours each if you go for 100%, so about 9 extra hours in total. The complete edition is a great deal right now, enough to make me feel bad about purchasing it for more.

I've got to respect them for putting it on sale before delisting it. 75% off ($3.74) is the lowest it's ever been, so I'll definitely be picking it up.

I might pick up Spider-Man Digital Deluxe. I’ve thought about waiting until it got an edition like Horizon did but I finally finished up the DLC for AC Odyssey yesterday. That’s a nice discount for PS Plus members but $30 is still good for me. Is the DLC worth it story wise?
