They specifically talked about that after talking about RCR's sale, so the context didn't suggest to me that it was a part of the sale.

Ooh, Alien Breed is on sale. I bought the first one a while back but missed the sale on the other ones, and this sale is even better. Tempting...

Anyone know if the disc saves and digital saves of Two Worlds II are compatible? I have the vanilla disc version, and a $5 GOTY upgrade sounds good if I don't have to download the full game, considering the Pirate DLC goes for $30 alone...

Just get them if u liked the first then 3 each is a great deal in my opinion.

i think you need to download the full game to access the dlc. i dont think you can just use vanilla version and then download defense/pirates dlc, cuz i think it is all bundled together. idk tho.

I'd be buying 2 and 3 for 4 each since I already have the first one. But if the sale isn't going away any time soon, I don't need to decide right away.

Feedback for the OP, I think it would be better if the free game list was sorted by PS3 and Vita.

Guys quick question I'm on a 30 day trial. Do I just click on cancel auto-renewal to stop it from charging my card right away or do I have to manually do it a day before?

You can do it right away and it is recommended you do.

@Jack Frost Yes it is cross buy even the dlc.

Do it now.
The 3DS demo of Crush seemed interesting enough that the PSP version might be worth $2.50... any impressions?
Crush is fantastic. Absolutely worth $2.50. It's one of those games that sticks with me, and is not like anything else I have played. I can't say that about too many games... It's true, it gets extremely hard at the end, but you feel great when you figure the puzzle out. There was only one or two that I had to get some online help for.

Buy it.
I picked it up last time it was on sale, and I think it does hold up pretty well, what little I've played of it so far. I think it is worth $5.
Thank you. It's a buy!
Defense does come with the $5 GOTY bundle. I downloaded it last night. The GOTY includes the pirates DLC to the original game as well. I bought the game knowing its a 50/50 shot I will ever even play it. I just cant pass up the amount of content for $5. Even if its a mediocre game.
Thanks for the info. Same for me, who knows if I will ever play it. What do I start first, TWII GOTY, or Divinity II DKS?
Sorry if asked but is sounds shape crossbuy?

Thank you. It's a buy!

Divinity II all the way but TWII is not a bad choice cause it has freaking raptors.

this might don't belong here but....

the ps vita soul sacrifice demo is up on the Japanese store and is freaking amazing peoples, just a heads up

For those interested in TWII who have PS Plus, there is a 60 minute trial for the game that you can give a look.

That's my plan before paying $5 for it (as I have no idea if I will ever go back after that first hour.)

Is Two Worlds 2 goty supposed to be $5 or is it a price mistake? I'm not home right now so I'm unable to buy it or even check if it is still $5. Can someone let me know if it will still be $5 by the morning?

It is on sale for $10 for everyone, just $5 for PS+ member. Don't worry.

$5 is the correct price. Wow am I glad that I grabbed the 60 minute trial though.

The voice acting is terrible based on the early time. The game might have some redeeming qualities later, but I just don't think I could deal with that over the long haul.
If anything these clips are making me actually want to play the game.
I actually liked the one that sounded like Dr. Smith from Lost in Space .

Nice. Thanks for the heads up!

I got the two worlds 2 plat a long time ago. great stuff. this deal is crazy.
i was like a necro summoner and would shoot fireballs that tripled and homed and then summoned evil wolves that would heal me. or some crazy stuff like that. but my first spell was making anvils rain on the enemy. great crazy stuff. his voice is like the new batman, lol. and that 2nd island's quests are so wonky at the university. altho it ends real quick and mp is kinda tacked on.

Hey guys I'm new to the forum so forgive me if this is such a noob question. If I use my 1 month trial of plus and get LBP2 for free, will i get to keep the game after my trial ends?

No. You'll only have access while plus is active. However if you decide to subscribe later down the line you'll be able to play the game again.
No. You'll only have access while plus is active. However if you decide to subscribe later down the line you'll be able to play the game again.
So since I'm not going to be a long term subscriber, I should just buy it for the regular sale price and i'll be able to permanently keep it without plus?
"News" from the PS Blog Comments:

Kristine confirms we'll hear more about the weekend "Flash Sale" soon.

25% Discount on Stranger's Wrath Vita for Stranger's Wrath PS3 owners.
She said yesterday that they'll share more info about this flash sale "soon," but no one has heard anything else about it yet... right?

This is a great PSN sale (I've already bough LBP Vita and Escape Plan), but I really wish they'd announce all at once the 40 games they are putting on sale. I would love to spend a ton of money on just this week's sales alone, but I'm hesitating with most of my purchases because I don't know what will go on sale/what I'll buy over the next two weeks (and who knows what's in this flash sale!).

I understand that they don't want us to know what's going on sale over the next two weeks so we'll all spend a ton of money on the current week's sales, but not knowing may force me to pass on some of this week's sales with the hope that the deals will be good over the next two weeks. But if I'm not interested in the games that go on sale over the next two weeks, they lost a lot of money from me that they could've gotten this week! And I won't even mention my hesitations due to the fact that they could offer any or all of these games for free on PS+ sometime in the near-ish future.

Does anyone else find themselves in my situation?
They will likely announce the games going on sale with next week's update on monday so you could always decide on the games on sale now then.

Who knows about the flash sale but if it's this weekend, then it really doesn't matter either.

so im a long term ps+ member. im good til at least mid 2014, lol.
so should i even mess with these vita sale games (rayman, dokuro, escape plan) or should i just wait out since i already have way too many games as is? ps$ isn't an issue, but im thinkn of holding out just in case these get the free treatment, idk... im just getting soo bad at buying games and then them going psfree a few months/weels later.

I would buy Dokuro, since I really loved it...

Gave it a 9.6 on JPS with an editors choice + fought for it to get a Game of the Year award. I really thought it was a fantastic game, which I strongly suggest to anyone with a Vita and enjoy puzzles.

So your response shows how much of a noob I must be :)... I guess I didn't realize they announced the upcoming PS+ content the day before (Monday) it goes live in the store. I always find out what's been added to PS+ by logging into the PS Store on Tuesday when I get home from work!

I'm assuming they announce this stuff on the PS Blog on Monday?
Size of the Two Worlds 2 download? Also does it run ok on PS3? Thanks in advance.
I believe it's 4GB. Sorry never played the game before.

Yeah, but what haven't you platinumed?
It's like asking a fat guy if he enjoys food.

Eh, I think the store will update on Monday for the next two weeks (Frisky can probably confirm/deny this). So yeah, no way of knowing what games will be on sale next week before this week's sale ends, so I'm in the same situation as you. I'm only getting Two Worlds II (how to pass on that), Rayman and probably Blue Toad Murder Files, since I love that kind of games. There are others I'm really interested in (Dyad in particular) but I guess I'll wait.

544

54.53%

I'd say based on that, a fair amount of games.
Thanks for the confirmation!
Well that's not what I wanted to hear, but thank you for confirming- I was wondering that myself when reading more about this holiday sale on the PS Blog.
