Yes it certainty does seem that way... when i tried it on another game it said please add necessary items to cart. Once I added one of the games from the list it only deducted the 33% from that game. LAME!

Seems that PS Blog sale is just a code you use to get any of the games in it for 33% off, which is not much of a deal compared to what most of them have had in the past.
