I bet gamestop would be some punks about a return since i declined their protection plan...but I'm guessing it's something up with the 2 discs, cause it's pretty much only those recent 2 out of 10 or so I've played. Happened to me one time with wii u game that visually looked perfect, but not sure if outer edge was chipped or not

Should be caught up on requests for the Destiny 2 clan now. If you're not sure what I'm talking about, we have a Destiny 2 clan taking requests to get some quality time in to see what sort of rewards we can get. I'll probably play some strikes tonight if anybody wants to join me around 7-8 PM ET.

Just picked up Dark Souls 3 from Redbox for $10. Now I'm wondering if I should also pick up the DLC as well before the sale ends. Any thoughts on the DLC? Is it worth $15?

Man, started playing Nier and I'm in Awe, this game is fantastic. I know I've heard a lot of you guys talking about it. But there's so many stuff that happen and everything is so fluid. 👌🏻
 
That's weird, somehow I missed Downwell last month. Which is too bad because I really liked that game on mobile. 

Is there any chance support could add it for me? Or am I sol.

It looks like the Star Wars Battlefront DLC / Season pass has been made free once in your cart, at least temporarily. Probably a PR move for Battlefront 2, but still nice.

Man.  Seeing those NFS bundles makes me sad.  Not because I paid way more... I don't mind that... but because I already played them and I really want an arcade racer.      I know there's another NFS coming out... but this gen has been dead for arcade racers besides the 3 NFSs.   No Burnouts, no Motorstorms, no new entries like Blur or Split/Second.   

Ugh.  I miss that genre so much.

Only excuse I can think of is that the game is barely a year old so maybe we're expecting dirt cheap prices too soon. I don't really mind waiting it out myself I guess, I want to play the game but it's never been a burning desire or anything.

Thinking about going for Titanfall 2 at that price. Can the multiplayer be enjoyed with the standard edition or do you need to buy a bunch of DLC or anything like that? Also is there even an active player base?

 
Nier is very tempting but with D2 out I know I won't play it before the holidays and it is bound to be sub $30 by then.

The player base is not particularly large but finding a game does not take long. Things might have changed post D2 and will likely get worse with time. The campaign is excellent.

Yeah I'll probably grab it. Campaign is actually the main reason I am interested but random multiplayer is a bonus.

DQ heroes is musuo [dynasty warriors] mixed with a bit of action tower defense setup [ie, you need to defend/destroy areas of the map]. It's... okay? I found it a bit grindy and gave up on the plat. Mostly because I found the actual game too easy, and so felt like i was just doing easy things constantly.

DQ Builders is a more narrative oriented minecraft with DQ stuff. I haven't played it but people absolutely love it from what i hear. I'll grab it eventually, but my vita backlog is ridiculous.

 
How is Starwars battlefront 'solo'... that is, I don't really plan to ever play online, because I already have an online game of choice.  is it fun just doing single player content? 

Also..  Risen 3?  Any one have feedback?

And finally... why isn't the Metro double pack on sale, dammit. I finally sold my physical during flipageddon and figured i'd pick it up digital, but now it isn't on sale.  grrrrr.

SWBF is basically a MP game. Outside of the SP missions, which take about 30mins, there is not much there. I would hold off for BF2 and hope it is added to PS+.
