The first code I received was on Friday night because I was inquiring about the situation. A local GS employee printed me a code and handed it to me as proof.

To think, it only took 23 months from Sean Murray trying to hand wave two players not being able to see or interact with each other on the same planet because of "server issues" to actually having a multiplayer component.

I grabbed the EA Family Pack and Party Golf for PS4 and the Jak & Daxter Collection and Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit for PS3.  I don't know if and when I'll ever play any of these games or even download them, but oh what a deal! ;)

 
Anyone know where the pre-order page for NBA Playgrounds 2 went to save 20%?  Said it should be up until the 22nd but the sale page is gone.  Wtf?

I'm glad that it is. One of the reasons why I don't play my PS4 as much as I play my Xbox One is the controller layout. I might invest in one of these Scuff models if it's not too expensive. I already own the Hori PS4 controller that looks like an Xbox controller, but there's no rumble in it. So it sucks.

It makes zero sense to have Mass Effect Trilogy at 75% off but leave all of the DLC full-priced during an "Extended Play" sale. :wall:

I don't know. I would think that since they keep doing it it must be selling. I wouldn't find it too surprising that there are impulse buyers out there who will splurge on full priced DLC when a base game is cheap. It doesn't make a lot of sense to our small community but if there are whales out there dropping hundreds on in app purchases every week in some games theres bound to be people willing to throw down for things like this.

I don't generally buy DLC at all, but if I got a game for five bucks I would not feel bad about buying DLC full price as long as it is relatively reasonable in price. Not everyone waited for the game to be $5 just because they wanted it to be cheap, but because they've got other games to play.

I actually love that companies are relying on the business practice of cheap main games but having DLC rarely go on sale. Sure, those that love DLC have to buy it full price, but if they waited they at least got the actual game dirt cheap.

I actually love that DLC rarely goes on sale, because having companies put older games on deep sale, counting on full price DLC purchases, means I get those older games on Deep sale. I have a full wishlist and only one thing is on sale (Max Payne 3 complete. I don’t plan on buying it now anyways since my PS3 isn’t even set up.)

I'd go ebay (with some good research on the seller) that's such a cutthroat place everyone trying to make it goes above and beyond to satisfy

or a local joint you can return if it doesn't work with ease

good way to get bundles and extra controllers and shit too

I actually love that companies are relying on the business practice of cheap main games but having DLC rarely go on sale. Sure, those that love DLC have to buy it full price, but if they waited they at least got the actual game dirt cheap.

the state of the 2018 world-- doesn't concern me so I don't care. OLD games would be dirt cheap regardless if dlc existed. when the tail of a game starts to fade dirt cheap sales occur. living in your bubble

I can’t remember if I still have my copy of Mafia III or if I traded it in. I also don’t remember where I put the season pass code that came with the deluxe edition. Damn #CAGlife.

Worked for me yesterday on mobile (Chrome.) After logging in, I hit the Choose Version button, a pop-up appeared with either $14.99 or free. I added the free to cart and then checked out. Just looked now and it's got both versions grayed out for me, hut I don't know if that's because I already purchased it or not.
