Sweet, I don't think I have RE Chronicles. I'm glad to be getting LCS again (I used to have the UMD), and looks like I'll be playing Rayman Origins again too. Not a bad month for me.

Hardly.They put Rayman Origins on sale... I wan to say a month ago,and now it's free. I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop on Little King's Story, which I just bought on sale.

well I'm pretty satisfied with that. I wish we were also getting SotC with Ico, but I'm at least partially interested in the others. I haven't played any of the RE games, so I guess this is a decent enough excuse to give them a try. Galaga Legions is something I've wanted but wouldn't pay for, and I'll gladly take Rayman to replay when I get a Vita (have it for PS3). GTA is whatever, but hey, at least it's not a fighting game ;)

I've pretty much resolved to not buying any more games for my PS3, at least not for more than $3. I came to the realization recently that I was never getting around to playing the PS+ games I got, so I've finally started working my way back through the months. Currently going through Darksiders and surprisingly really enjoying it ^_^

 
Wow that is an amazing list of games for next month, but not so much for me.  I already own and have played through the Ico/SotC HD collection and GTA: Liberty City Stories on disc, and I just bought and played through Rayman Origins on Vita when it was on sale earlier this month.  Maybe I shouldn't have bought Spelunky yesterday... :/  

EVERYONE should play those games since they're so good, though, so we shouldn't complain about the quality of games they give away on PS+ each month.

Galaga Legions DX (PSN)- Meh, might play

Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories (PSP) - One of my favorite games and my favorite PSP game ever. Lord knows how many times I've replayed that game AND NOW I GET TO PLAY IT ON THE VITA *SQUEEEEAAALLLL*

ICO HD (PS3)- Ico. Rules. Made by the people who made my favorite game ever, Shadow of the Colossus, and a great game in its own right, Ico is a great game.

Resident Evil Chronicles HD Collection (PS3) - It's Resident Evil, so I might try it out anyways.

Rayman Origins (Vita)- Knew I shouldn't have bought it. Oh well, Michael Ancel gets more money, so I'm happy.

I don't like RE and I own the other four. Good selection for the month, just not for me.

and sob...I just bought Rayman Origins on sale. Oh well, at least it was on sale. I guess its mine forever if I ever stop paying for PS+.

All y'all know this Resident Evil Chronicles thing is just a higher rez version of a couple on-rails Wii light gun games right?

I haven't played them, so can't vouch on the quality, but seems some people think these are full blown RE games.

Fine by me, I almost bought them last time they were on sale but still don't own any Move controllers. Between this and Dead Space Extraction, I might actually buy some, since I love light gun games.
 
Pretty mediocre month IMO.

The standout game of the bunch is Rayman Origins which just about everyone has played. Good month for those who haven't though.

The sales alone make up for the price of PS+ for me so a month with nothing I'm interested in isn't the end of the world.

Damn, I knew I should have played those RE games after buying them when they were on sale.

At least I already beat Rayman Vita the week I bought it on sale at least?

I'm gonna start the no more than $5 for digital games from here on out I think.

That is pretty funny since I am doing the same thing and currently playing Darksiders. It started slow for me but as the customization elements open up I am liking it more and more.

 
We have Rayman on 360 and not really sure I need to play it on Vita, though I'm sure it's great on it. I'll add it to account but probably won't download it due to limited space. We don't have Move so the Resident Evil game I can't play if it's really a light gun game. I'll grab it for the account though, in case we ever get Move. The others are welcome. Looking forward to Ico and the GTA game in particular.

If Spelunky goes free eventually I won't mind too much. It's a great game, I've been waiting anxiously for it, I've supported the dev by buying it, I own it forever and I get to play it now. But sure, if everything is stuff you already have then that's no fun.

Yeah I've got to lower my price threshold for digital games as well. This month I'm getting burned on both Rayman and RE Chronicles. Last month it was Runner 2, and the month before that Dokuro.

Also, Darksiders is an excellent game.  I enjoyed it from start to finish.  When it came out it got a lot of flak for being a ripoff of God of War and Legend of Zelda.  But those are 2 great game series, so ripping off elements of both and combining them was actually an awesome idea.

Unfortunately, I thought Darksiders 2 took a lot of missteps from the original.  But at least the original is still great.

 
Darksiders was one of the first games I played when I got my PS3 in January and I loved it. Yeah, the voice acting can be a little over the top dramatic, but the gameplay and action was really good. It did a great job using and tweaking the Zelda formula for a "mature" audience.

That's what I like about Plus. If I'm sure I'm going to like something and want to play it now, I'll pay for it. Plus is a great way to discover other stuff. Darksiders exceeded expectations. Spec Ops: The Line and Sleeping Dogs were also way better than I thoughts they'd be and I wouldn't have picked them up on my own.

PacMan, Shank 2, Mutant Blobs, Awesomenauts and a bunch of the "small" titles have been blasts, too. As an aside, I'm miffed that Awesomenauts lost support after one patch and really looking forward to a PC-equivalent version on PS4.

Anyway, that a single month on Plus is "meh" never gets to me. I'm not relying on Plus to fill my time from month to month. And the whole year value, between the freebies and the discounts, is unbeatable.
 
I guess getting Ico HD for free is a nice way to make up for the fact that Shadow of the Colossus keeps going on sale with Ico never dropping a single cent. It's a good month since I only have Rayman Origins, though Ubisoft should've put it on PS+ before Legends' release.

I'm continuing my initiative to buy the games I'm interested in for a price I'm willing to pay for them. It's a pretty radical concept around here, I know.

That's OK, when I first read the title I thought it was that Resident Evil Revelations HD game that was ported from 3DS. So I was squeeling like a little girl for a split second there before I realized it wasn't that game either...

Damn. If it was that game, it would have made up for all the rest of the repeats for me this month. Damn I just re-disappointed myself.

I started Darksiders, but didn't last long. Not that it was bad or anything, but it didn't feel like a Zelda game at all and I'm not that crazy about God of War, so I wasn't that interested. Maybe it gets more Zelda like later. I really only gave it maybe an hour, if that. I'm sure I'll get back to it at some point, but other things called at the time.

 
The dungeons in the game are a spitting image of the dungeon-style gameplay of Zelda.  I'm not sure how long it takes to get to the first dungeon though.

 
I started Darksiders on the 360 but I don't think I got too far. I wasn't liking as much as I thought I would. Combat seemed a little stiff. I hate restarting games, but maybe I should sell the 360 copy and just download my PLUS copy. Too bad I can't transfer the save...lol.

 
Darksiders eh? Game was really good but honestly wore out in its last dungeon. Its smattering of great then dull moments made its 15-or-so hour adventure worth it. It was also the game that showed me I was kind of losing touch with console gaming in general.

agree with this entire post. really loved the first darksiders, had to force myself through the second.

also, i already own all the ps3 stuff from next month's ps+ which is a bummer. hopefully there will be a good sale in there somewhere. but really between Hatsune Miku (which i totally broke down and picked up today, taking advantage of the trade 2 for $50 credit deal at gamestop to ditch some 3DS games i was done with to pick it up for $3 out of pocket), Diablo 3, and GTAV (not to mention the bunch of really great PSN releases lately) im already super set on games for the moment so whatever.

 
Shot myself in the foot on this one.  Snagged Dragon Fantasy Book 1 and like an idiot forgot that SEN wallet is $5 increments, so now I'm stuck with $2.50 in my SEN wallet :(

Played about two hours of Darksiders and couldn't take anymore. Aside from the nonsensical story and weird voice acting, the game just felt tedious. Doesn't help that it's a blatant ripoff of Zelda. The combat is about the only thing I briefly enjoyed.

 
I think this next month is finally better, no psp fighting game for the vita!

What really grinds my gears is that they are giving Origins for the Vita for free this month.  The sale was less than a month ago.  I think that is a pimp slap to PS+ owners, people here always say that even though we don't get as good games as the other regions we get good sales, but when the sale items are being gifted for free less than a month after a sale makes me want to never buy digital games unless they are

At the end of the day somebody somewhere on this planet will have bought the game either on sale or on its release day. So they'll never be able to appease everyone. I own all but one of the free games this month. So, I'm slightly disappointed but more than anything else it tells me that I need to stop buying so many games. I simply do not have the time.

Yes, but that is different. They supposedly have the games schedule set up in advance so I don't see why it would have been hard for them to not coincide the same game less than a month apart... You want to know the reality is that they know Origins was a hot game and they could get a good cash flow from it; if they would have done the inverse and giving it free before a sale which is what it should have had happened then prob. less than half the people that bought it 3 weeks ago wouldn't have done so. They knew it was shady and they did it anyways, it's disrespectful for the subscribers, I expect things to get worse once the PS4 releases.
