extended lol if people couldnt get the weekly holiday sales thats on them but flash sale extended i totally understand osny doing this but holiday last week extended great..

well now i know i have nothing to look forward tuesday is my fave day of week this be first one i dont enjoy due to new sales or new games out oh well

 
I just noticed that the holiday colors for Guilty Gear Xrd are mentioned in the OP, but the playable character Elphelt is not.

Not compared to the 99 cent flash sale that happened over the summer. They'll probably never do better than that but that's what everybody is comparing the current flash sale to right now.

Yeah, it was pretty sweet. Oddworld Munch's Oddysee, Malicious, Twisted Metal Black, Virtua Fighter 2, Double Dragon Neon and all the Sam & Max: The Devil's Playhouse and Escape from Monkey Island episodes are all on my system because of that sale.

I was able to add both to my cart, so I grabbed both to ensure I had the license locked in for both. Anytime something is cross-buy or not and it's free I put everything in my cart just to be sure. It may not matter but I'd rather not take a chance. I also grabbed both sets of christmas colors. Thanks for the heads up about the character being free.

Grabbed a bunch of other freebies while I was in the store. Mostly just SFxTekken stuff... but also grabbed my upgrade on Thomas Was Alone so now I own all 3 versions.

I'm probably going to dig around the store a little more and make sure I've upgraded any other games like that.

Yup! I was there, and like almost everyone else, I bought everything. Now that was a sale.

 
I'm a little surprised there hasn't some kind of "sale" on PS Now rentals. Maybe they will start doing something like that in the near future.
 
Idk if it was here but someone was just talking about how good the swapper was and that everyone should play it. If its about to be free GOOD
 
Oh, I guess I wasn't paying attention. I only knew about Infamous First Light. Now that you mention it, I seem to recall they did, but I've already stopped buying indie games because of PS+ paranoia.
 
Prototype 2 would be a disappointment for me, simply because I already have the platinum.  It was a fun game.  

 
I'm a little skeptical of this list.  From what I can tell, Whoa Dave doesn't even have a release date yet and Duke Nukem isn't scheduled to come out until the 13th.  Not to say it couldn't happen, just seems a little weird.

Woah Dave is from the people that made the Bit.Trip games (they've changed their name due to cultural sensitivity) and it's kind of an homage to the retro Mario Brothers game. It's kind of cool but nothing I would pay more than a dollar or two for normally.

Reason I asked is that I have a copy of it sitting in my cart on Amazon since it's $20. Was about to buy it and thought I saw someone post that it was an upcoming PS+ game in the next few months. From the Google searching I just did, it looks like I was mistaken.

 
I tried soooo many times to get a deal on Prototype 2 (kept missing it when it was $10 at Best Buy) Pumped to see it. Liking the other titles as well. This might be my best month in a while

I have to back up others who consider this a cop-out by Sony. While the DDS attacks weren't Sony's fault, to use that as a reason for not having to offer any new deals seems pretty weak. Probably should have extended those in existence and added others. Just my .02. I did by NHL 15 for what it's worth.

Because everyone knows it takes more than one monkey to key in price changes, especially over the holiday season! The DDoS attacks clearly rattled the poor guy, affecting his ability to price games correctly.

But seriously, I dont think anyone actually said that there are 0 new deals this week yet.

While I get the idea of wanting new games this week (I do too, I already got what I wanted last week), the average person who doesn't know about buying things through the sony online store will probably appreciate the extension.  Plus who knows we might get new deals people, calm down nothing is official yet
