So my PS3 is kinda hosed at the moment and I could use some helpful advice.

My son turned it on when he came home from school and he said it had a question on the screen about watching a video (something about "SPN has been located. Do you want to watch a video?"). He said no and the screen went blank. He turned it off and on and pressed circle and got the same results.

Now the screen is blank but I can here the sounds when I navigate through the XMB. I can turn off the system where I normally would via PS button in controller and XMB.

I tried switching out HDMI cords, and that's not the issue.

I tried using my Vita to do the share play so I can see the PS screen at least, but their not connected to do that anymore.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Maybe reset the video to the default?

I've had that. Disconnect the HDMI and then switch to your RCA plugs. See if you get video there. If you do, go back into the video settings and set it back to HDMI or automatic or whatever.

the mini beef quesadilla is my fav item right now. The chicken is okay.

Has anyone ever been to Grub Burger Bar?  One opened up near me recently and its pretty fantastic, best non homemade burgers I've ever had. The meat is ground fresh every morning and the buns are baked in batches every hour. Also the most welcoming staff I've ever seen in any establishment; food, retail or otherwise. They have takeout, normal seating, and a bar.

I had a bunch the other day. spicy stuff makes your cum taste good too just as much as pineapple. i guess, idk.

but yeah those are delicious and they aren't kidding. I also love the 'warning labels'

My E3 prediction:

Games that are from super popular series will get spin offs/sequels because no fucking shit you idiots. They never make just one of anything that's good. Everything is at the bare minimum a trilogy now.

thanks guardian_owl, i always enjoy reading your reviews and tips you post about games. I may not be playing the game at the moment, but i always bookmark them for future reference. Iv got 3d dot game heroes and vanquish on my soon to play list (in the next few years) and i will be sure to take your notes as expert advice.

A lady got hit by a broken bat at the Red Sox game, had to be carted off via the field, and was bleeding profusely.  Injuries are life threatening.  The A's were broadcasting while they were putting her on the stretcher and her screams were horrible.  mlb.com has the video up for some reason on their website.

I didn't see any blood but I could hear some of the screams. Maybe she got stabbed with the sharp side of the broken bat?

Someone that likes to act like they are intellectually superior to everyone else should have known better than to hit post on that garbage. It ranks right up at the top of the list of insensitive and idiotic posts I have seen in this thread. I really wish you would have permanently stayed on vacation.

 
Watching one episode of Criminal Minds because an old high school friend is apparently in it. Show is god awful.

EDIT: Well (off screen obviously) she got raped by twins and had her finger cut of and fed to her. WTF kind of show is this?

Chapter six in korra = bullxxx. Fighting two giants with terrible camera angles.  Also, No Subtiles? fuck  Activision.

I couldn't make it through the first season. It just never felt the slightest bit believable and none of the characters were likable. I'm surprised it's lasted this long, but Bones and NCIS are both plugging away as well and they're equally problematic.

Yeah, that was a huge pain the first time through. Use air and just keep spamming the spinning move. Also equip the artifacts that increase damage and give you unlimited energy, if you have those.
