Pretty sure they'll end up with the Panthers/Cardinals winner, so they're basically penciled in to the NFC finals already. The Packers just had toI'm also glad that the Chargers lost, so now their fans will disappear again. Now if only the Seahawks can lose, so their fans will do the same.
Album of the year, probably.Oh yeah, whoever said the Run The Jewels album is dope was completely right.
4-player is the smallest match type I recall seeing. Can't y'all get that Burning Skies MP trophy in 1v1 match instead of 4-player? Pretty sure that's how I got mine.
I mean that on the PS4 when you're on the game page, you've got overview and then if you go down you can see the other sections for the game, such as trophies and the like. Seemed like the games I had not yet started it didn't show trophy sections for; like it's only the earned trophies that will show in that area. I'd like to be able to fire up the trophy list for a game I haven't started yet from the PS4 and I'm not sure why you can't.What do you mean? I assure you I have quite a few 0%. Spelunky being my proudest. The latest being Super Ponchos.that game, btw.
that game so hard. Piece of shit.
I'm going to get back into Resogun now that it has co-op. I didn't realize the entire campaign could be played this way. Cool game.
Hold R2 + L2 + square after the trophy loading screen, and hold all the way through the credits. When the start up screen with Fallout New Vegas shows up, the Fallout New Vegas portion should drop out. Then the press start portion should drop out, leaving the background art. When you release the buttons, the title and press start text should return to the screen.Hahah, I loved Fallout 3 so much, I gotta give it a shot. I tried a little bit of it and it seems kinda boring so far. I was gonna ask you some questions though: did you play the DLC? How do you clear your cache?
I have played DJ Max and I don't really like it at all. I'm gonna sell it with the LE and hopefully make some dough out of it.
The writing is spades better in New Vegas, as are the role-playing elements (which include the factions, hardcore mode, and ability to play the game without combating humans). The DLC is also fantastic. The gunplay is superior, as are the weapon types and modification options.Alright... 85 quests completed, 187 locations discovered, 110 hours, and 1 platinum trophy later I can finally give the concrete answer that New Vegas is boring asand the much lesser half of the rebirth of Fallout.
I'm not sure why those of you that prefer it do... there is nothing interesting going on in this game whatsoever. The main quest is only mildly entertaining and that's only because of how the relationships with different factions affect one another, and even that feels lazy. The side quests is where New Vegas really stinks shit up though. With the exception of one vault, there is nothing interesting or worthwhile outside of the main story. I'll leave those of you that care with this "Top 10 FO3 Quests" video. My top 10 might have been a little different but this is pretty close. There is nothing in New Vegas that comes anywhere close to these moments in FO3. Spoilers obviously.
Oh, and Three Dog>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Mr. New Vegas by far in commentary and song selection.

Holy moly, that's a lot to remember, thanks, although if uninstalling is more effective, maybe I'll just do that.Hold R2 + L2 + square after the trophy loading screen, and hold all the way through the credits. When the start up screen with Fallout New Vegas shows up, the Fallout New Vegas portion should drop out. Then the press start portion should drop out, leaving the background art. When you release the buttons, the title and press start text should return to the screen.
A more effective workaround is uninstalling the game data and reinstalling each time you play.
Yeah, liberating is exactly how I would describe it. Although, moreso with giving up with trophies than getting rid of the backlog like I did.Not going back to quote the post, but I did something similar to what you're doing now. When the backlog starts to feel like work or a chore, it's time to make a change. I'm much more picky about the games I buy now, so when I do get the chance to sit down and play one I know I'm almost guaranteed to enjoy it and I don't feel pressured to run through it as quickly as possible to get to the next game. It's quite liberating.
Ahh, I see what you mean. That menu is only there to display recent activities between you and your friends (provided their privacy settings allow it). Earned trophies are just one of a few things displayed so I don't think it was intended to be a proper way to view them. Most of what I see is, "JOHN SMITH last played XX at X:XX". Some games like GTAV even take it a step further and show in-game milestones. I actually love that and hope more developers expand on it.I mean that on the PS4 when you're on the game page, you've got overview and then if you go down you can see the other sections for the game, such as trophies and the like. Again, maybe I'm missing something there.
He was 23 when we did it.Congrats on your first raid, @bums. I'm trying to imagine how you managed that at lvl 20 (unless my eyes deceive me). Am I just not seeing that correctly? I didn't think it was possible to go in below 25. And wouldn't that nullify any damage from him? I briefly switched my gear once to 26 in Crota's End and all the enemies had question marks above their heads in place of the numbers lol.
I disliked the story in new vegas, no interest in roleplaying elements, never played the DLC, I used VATS the entire game, and never really got into the modifications. I love fallout 3 putting over 700 hours into it, and took me 3 tries to finally finish new vegasThe writing is spades better in New Vegas, as are the role-playing elements (which include the factions, hardcore mode, and ability to play the game without combating humans). This isn't to say that Fallout 3 is bad. It's a great game. The setting is stellar and surpasses New Vegas' setting by a good margin. The role-playing elements just aren't there, though, and the writing/dialogue is trounced by its younger brother.
I did I'm just annoyed that there was another worthwhile game and I couldnt switch over to it during commercialsWhy aren't you people watching Packers/Lions on Fox? Y'all so crazy.
Are you sure that birthday coupon is in-store only? It doesn't function like a gift card? I recall Tyler having a similar issue.I got to the checkout screen for this. 23.99 before my $5 bday coupon. Woohoo!
Wait, the coupon only works in-store. Goddammit. Don't want to go driving around town while visiting the wife's relatives. Hopefully it'll still be that price in 3 days. If not, $10 PSN card here I come.
Yep, says in-store only right on the coupon and it didn't work when I entered the code. Are you sure that birthday coupon is in-store only? It doesn't function like a gift card? I recall Tyler having a similar issue.
Yeah, I'd like to see expansion on it. Like showing gameplay clips from friends who shared clips of the game. I didn't see anything for how to access a digital game manual, either. Maybe that's already there andI haven't seen it, I dunno.Ahh, I see what you mean. Thanks Cleaner and Pete/NotPete! Was actually pretty fun, has me looking forward to the SP experience. My friend just got home if anyone else needs the Resistance Vita online multiplayer trophy. I'll send Sophrosync a message since I know he needs it.
Oh, well pardon me... 23 you say?! Wouldn't that still render him powerless and defenseless in a lvl 25 activity? I forgot what the exact penalty is but it's something crazy. I took Q in at 25 and he was getting bodied the entire time, LMFAO. Suffice it to say you've got some generous buddies, bums. Hope you found new gear and weapons so it isn't as brutal next time!He was 23 when we did it.
I was hoping for new gear but got a auto rifle. You'd be surprised of the power of the PSNOT clan.Oh, well pardon me... 23 you say?! I haven't played any of the DLC yet and, ironically, that was the main reason I started it up. I just remembered not liking New Vegas when I played it on 360 and I really wanted to so I set out to do as much in the game as I possibly could to give it a fair chance, but after all that I've been through with the game I need a break. I know the Fallout itch will be back though and when it hits me I'll be able to jump straight into the DLC.Hahah, I loved Fallout 3 so much, I gotta give it a shot. I read that it locks up a ton if you do the full game and the DLC so I think I'm gonna form a new save file maybe around level 18 to put aside to do the DLC on. I think the recommended level for the last DLC is 20 so hopefully that'll set me up.I haven't played any of the DLC yet and, ironically, that was the main reason I started it up. When the game starts up and loads up the trophies you'll have to push X. After you push X, hold down R2, L2, and square until the title screen comes up and both the title and "push start" disappears. This clears the cache. SJD said he never had to do this, but I had to restart and clear the cache probably 50 times total when it was all said and done. The game would slow down to a crawl so bad that it was hard to close the game out because the game would be so slow to respond to the controller inputs. Clearing the cache fixed this every time. I tried restarting the game without clearing the cache and it didn't do a thing; if I didn't clear the cache everything was as slow as I left it when I started it back up.
Yeah I would make a separate file for the dlc once you reach around twenty. I tried playing the dlc after beating the game (near end save file) and it was soooo laggy. Clear cache or uninstalling/reinstalling did nothing to ease the lag.I read that it locks up a ton if you do the full game and the DLC so I think I'm gonna form a new save file maybe around level 18 to put aside to do the DLC on. Does clearing the cache make all the dead enemies disappear? I'm pretty sure that's whats everything up.
Nah, PSNOT clan is awesome. Bums actually wasn't terrible, he stayed alive in a lot of sticky situations. He had some trouble on the jumping section, but who doesnt have issues their first time through that. But it actually only took us about an hour to get done. During Atheon, we literally told him to jump off the edge and we just five manned it.Oh, well pardon me... 23 you say?! Wouldn't that still render him powerless and defenseless in a lvl 25 activity? Season 5 and 6 are two of my favorite seasons.Season 5 of Doctor Who is really good so far.
Ok, SKRuF1.I was playing with them so I was able to more than make up for it.

Yeah, in my case, I kept a stream of saves. I had experience with slowdown in Skyrim, but the save trick I used on Skyrim worked in NV. Never did the cache trick and it really sounds tedious to go through that. Maybe I was just lucky.I haven't played any of the DLC yet and, ironically, that was the main reason I started it up.
