I've never heard of them before.except for on here, nut all this Firehouse Subs talk makes me want to try it. Looked online to see if there is one around me. Only one in Washington is way down south in Vancouver.

Elder, you'll have to experience the amazingness on my behalf.

I have one knife flight stunt left in GTA V and I have tried to get it for a long time.  It is not helping that it is night in the city and it is hard to see where the fuck I am going since this one is between really low buildings.  Since I stole the military jet to make these easier, I do not want to try to land the plane and store it in a hangar since I assume I will get killed trying to do that.  Without doing that, I can't advance time and the in game time is around 1 am.  fuck

Good to see bitching on the internet still works. I crashed the plane getting it, but at least that is another thing finished in GTA.

Cleared Child of Eden normal and over halfway through hard, rhythm mechanic is still dumb. Guess I'll just see what misc. trophies I can wring out of it and toss it aside for good, shame they had to ruin the high score chase with that nonsense.

I agree Thomas was Alone was kinda meh. The puzzle mechanics are solid but the narration inclusion is kinda gimmicky. It is somewhat bizarre that considering the whole point of the narrative is to get you "invested" in these characters and then the final leg of the game
doesn't even feature them.

I just found out today they added a bunch of peyote collectibles to gta V on next gen and you trip out and become various animals. too cool.

also I tried for the $25 DS4 pricematch at target and bestbuy and shot down at both. oh wells.

Alright... 85 quests completed, 187 locations discovered, 110 hours, and 1 platinum trophy later I can finally give the concrete answer that New Vegas is boring as fuck and the much lesser half of the rebirth of Fallout.

I'm not sure why those of you that prefer it do... there is nothing interesting going on in this game whatsoever. The main quest is only mildly entertaining and that's only because of how the relationships with different factions affect one another, and even that feels lazy. The side quests is where New Vegas really stinks shit up though. With the exception of one vault, there is nothing interesting or worthwhile outside of the main story. I'll leave those of you that care with this "Top 10 FO3 Quests" video. My top 10 might have been a little different but this is pretty close. There is nothing in New Vegas that comes anywhere close to these moments in FO3. Spoilers obviously.

Oh, and Three Dog>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Mr. New Vegas by far in commentary and song selection.

Can anyone sell me or dissuade me from buying bf4 premium on ps4. $18 gets me the 5 dlc packs, 4 maps each, so barely $1 for huge maps, which sounds great and trophies, but if the dlc is barren there is no point. Should I even get the $12 base game? I traded in bf4 ps3 I got for $9 through gamefly to bestbuy for $8, so no loss, and I was just gonna upgrade, but premium is trying to catch my eye.

Any lovers or haters of this game? I pretty much platted the ps3 version (all but an mp trophy or two)
Get it. The game is 100x better than it was at launch and I highly doubt you won't be able to find games on DLC maps for at least 2 years. I'll play with you. I've only played a bit of the last map pack. Also, I heard the DLC doesn't end with Final Stand and they're looking to release more maps still.

Welp, I think I'm done with Geometry Wars. I spent another 3 hours on that one level tonight, and didn't come fucking close to the required score, despite having damn near perfect runs. At one point, I had probably 100 things trailing behind me, and did three to four rotations around the entire map without seeing a gate. Other times, when I didn't need them, there were 5 gates on the screen at once. For me, it's at the point where this one level has ruined the entire game for me and I no longer have any desire to play it. And it really sucks too, because the rest of the game is so well done and awesome.
Come on. Don't give up that easy. Vig could beat it while he stands in line at Gamestop waiting to return every game he's bought in the past 3 years.
That's interesting: I'll actually make $3 more from trading in TWD S2 to Best Buy instead of returning it.
I've 2 more episodes left. It's really good. Wish they had done something similar to the Mass Effect comic to carry over decisions for those going from PS3 to PS4, but that's a minor gripe.

40% Skylanders Trap Team starter packs on all platforms this week on the ol' Cartwheel.

Also a handful of early PS4 games for 15% off, in case you don't have GCU or have a good price match deal.

The grass was dead for a week! I swear!

It's been way to hot here lately. Near 80 every day. Yuck.

I assume you are factoring in the trading in of the disc game? Shows $30 for me. I really enjoyed the game last year when it came out but too many bugs and network issues. I finally traded it supposedly most of that has been fixed I think. For $18 I would grab Premium. For $30 I am going to pass. I see the base game is $12 but I would imagine without the map packs it would be kind of lame.

147 stars. 29, 49, and 50 left.

I just thought this level was fun, there's nothing special about the run.

Yeah that level is one of my favorite from adventure. It is also one where extra fire power is better than collect especially on that last leg of the level. I pretty much lasted until the wals almost closed in on me.

after seeing the pics and hearing that the turkies kept coming back my daughter asks "why didn't you catch one and stick a fork in him?" followed by "yum". My daughter may become a serial killer...
Or one of those crazy, backwoods hunters that catches fish with their bare hands.

And it's way over in the SE part of town. Rarely head out that way, and if we do it's to visit the nearby Sonic. (Kid favorite)

I did have one of their subs once and it was enjoyable. Better than subway or quiznos by far.

There's also a Mod Pizza out that way that I'd like to stop in next time.

MOD pizza is great. Their pizzas used to be 4.77 or so each when I first went a few years ago. Then it slowly started creeping up to where it is now. 7 something each. I always get the number 2 "Mad Dog".

So will it affect my platinum trophy that some of the trophies I got for sly cooper have no time stamp?
Yeah if they aren't stamped then Sony flags them and takes away your plat.

Also wow I just got the Brisket sub from Firehouse and it is amazing. I forgot to ask for no mayo but it was still good.

I have one last $5 off most anything at GameStop (not good for PSN bucks or gift cards).  Expires tomorrow.

If regular here wants it just send me a PM.

Gone.

KH 2.5 HD is $29.99 at Best Buy before GCU--it's just a matter of time before it hits $19.99...
I got to the checkout screen for this. 23.99 before my $5 bday coupon. Woohoo!

Wait, the coupon only works in-store. Goddammit. Don't want to go driving around town while visiting the wife's relatives. Hopefully it'll still be that price in 3 days. If not, $10 PSN card here I come.

The weird thing about the Sly trophy list is that all but one of the trophies can be obtained before you beat the game. You have to beat the game before you can open one of the safes. Once you beat it you just go open that safe for the plat. It's...odd and feels super backwards.

So I'm almost done with Child of Light. How much did you guys with complaints play? I'm liking it quite a bit. Visuals are great and the music is really good. Battle system can be super simple or fun and innovative depending on how you play. If you play it straight and don't try to maximize the initiative system by making it so you're constantly interrupting and slowing enemies that I can see it being boring. If you're doing those things, though, it really adds a ton to the combat and makes it a lot more immersive since you have to be very fast and careful to switch attention from one enemy to the next quickly enough to pull it off. I also like that it uses the same party approach as FFX, where you swap out party members on the fly during a battle.

The story is pretty basic and the rhyming isn't super appealing, but neither is what I'd call annoying, either.

I want to order the physical game from Amazon Europe. The art style intrigues me.

Also for the sly pat, I just have two more "worlds" for plat. I'm on the panda guy right now but my battery died.

I love this game on the vita btw, seems better suited for it then it was on the tv with my ps2. Ended up ordering theives in time cart version even though my ps3 copy came with a digital code. If anyone knows how to get said digital code let me know and I can give it to a regular if you want it.

I started up a party in case anyone else wanted to chat while playing.  I am bored out of my mind doing GTA collectibles, and it would be cool to have something to keep me from being so bored.

Maybe I gave up too soon (~5 hours). But again the rhyming was a mess and really detracted from my short experience with it. You're right to make note of the combat system. Lots of people seem to enjoy it. I thought it was sound enough but had so many disjointed ideas heaped on top. Things never clicked for me. Maybe I'll return in a few months, difficulty on 'hard' and television muted.

How are you liking the PS4? Worth the upgrade? Another member from the "let's wait until 2035" crew falls on his sword.
