Yeah, when my friend got his PS4 maybe a month ago he had a similar problem. He started queing up some downloads, battlefront beta I think, and after when he went to use the Uncharted disc that came with it it wouldn't load. Disc drive was shot out of the box.

Took a bit of hassle but Sony did right by you. I can understand your frustration but cut them a bit of slack since it was right at launch and was around BF. I too had to call them around the same time (to deactivate a PS3 I traded without deactivating). Was on hold for a long time too but the guy made sure everything was working right on my Vita and PS4 before ending the call.

If your COD crew has it then it's worth it, otherwise I don't know. It's not really a casual game and you have most of the trophies already. I still play it but it always demands so much time grinding.
I upgraded a month or two ago when Target was giving $30 for Taken King disc. Haven't played the Wolf DLC or the Taken King one. Some day I will get to it but one day I was like enough of the grind.
Yeah and the shitty part is that if you don't play it enough to get the good stuff soon, they will change the rules and you won't benefit from all the grinding you did. I still enjoy playing Destiny but not as much since it's not my priority game. Destiny pretty much demands that you make it your priority.

I honestly don't know. I sent an email after chatting and the rep apologized for the confusion from chat and said they were having problems with the promo applying to existing orders so they just modified them. I thought kh3 did show as eligible the day of, otherwise I wouldn't have included it.
