I was gonna get jackbox, but with no tablets or smartphones, it really wouldn't make much sense. Maybe in a few years if I upgrade my tech ill jump on another sale...

Anyone play How to Survive?

I never finished Guardian of Light, so I guess I will skip Osiris also... so maybe just geometry wars for me this sale?

 
I kept convincing myself not to start Start the Party today until I told myself I needed to get that shit done so I could get it back to the owner.  I decided to go for the main trophies that frustrated me so long when I played the US version.  It took me quite a few rounds of Survivor mode, but I got it done.  Hopefully the rest of it is as easy as it was last time for me.  To hopefully avoid it being a PITA...

fuck this piece of shit game, it fucking sucks and is absolute garbage!!!!!!!

Yeah, I'm passing too. They recently announced Orphan Black Funko too.

This is why I'll never understand trophies for the sake of trophies. In recreational gaming if you aren't having fun then there isn't a point.

Is anyone here playing Evolve or MH4 Ultimate and looking to group up?

 
Got inspired by the TiT to finally finish Rouge Legacy. I had a hard time with Herodotus in the darkness area, but the final boss wasn't too bad. Herodotus went welll with a dragon character for me, up until the point where all the slimes were tiny (then I died miserably). I think I ended up beating him with barbarian. Definitely got the final boss with a barbarian. Lots of Fus Ro Dahs and down strikes.  

 
So Amazon said I should get my MM Limited Edition today. I checked the tracking and it says delivered-by porch or something, but it ain't here (and we've been here all day and would have seen if someone came to the house). Anyone ever experience something like that before?

Got my MM LE today (was delivered on Friday but to my parents house since my bro was there to bring it in right away).  It does have a couple creases on it unfortunately, but it looks pretty cool.

It's still going for like $140 online, so that's easily $110 after fees and shipping, but I think I'm just gonna keep it for now.  It is really cool looking.  I haven't brought myself to actually open the box yet.

On Sunday's I usually get deliveries from Amazon at my front door. The last couple the person just dropped it in my mailbox. Once it said delivered and went to the wrong address and was delivered to me a couple days later.

 
I'm already missing the matte finish on my ALBW XL, but I have to say this MM New XL looks so much better in person than it did in advertisements. I hate gloss finish and the fingerprint magnet it is but its definitely worth it.

As for the tracking, I've had packages claim they were delivered before they actually arrived before. I wouldn't worry yet.

Hmm. Could be a lazy worker taking their time, could be stolen, could be delivered wrong, could show up on Tuesday. Unfortunately with it being Sunday and tomorrow being a holiday there's probably nothing that can be done about it until then. If it doesn't show up tonight then I would contact your local post office on Tuesday.

Gamestop. I opted for overnight shipping, as I don't have tax and wanted to ensure my system was shipped asap, so it arrived Friday. I didn't get around to doing the transfer until today as I've been spending time with the girlfriend the past few days. One of my MM LE's arrived Friday as well (from BBY) and my second arrived Saturday (from Amazon).

Is there really no one in the thread playing Evolve or MH4 Ultimate? Figured there'd at least be a couple for each.

 
Glad I decided to stop being lazy and play that game today.  I will gladly take a 3 hour and 17 minute plat.  The pre-bitching worked pretty well.  There was only one trophy that took me quite a few tries after it.

Cleaner, you can mark that one green for me too, please.  That makes 7.  I guess I am trying to make up for all the PSN points I did not get while playing GTA for 5 weeks.

I'm really enjoying it so far. I really like the card combat
. It is fairly simple to understand and after awhile you understand the flow for combos. I really like that you obtain new cards through packs like a tcg. I spent an hour organizing a couple of decks once I opened maybe 100 packs.

Really not a fan of rubbing. You can level up your cards(think evolving like Pokemon) by doing the rubbing minigame. You have to rub their tits, ass,thighs, etc which fill of a meter you have to reach before the time is up. I think I rubbed a good few before my arms and hands got tired.

I'm actually incredibly impressed with Evolve. Its definitely a game you're going to want friends in with you for the best experience, but I'm really pleased with how well they delivered on the game as a whole and didn't fall short of expectations. Everything is remarkably balanced and a blast to play any class or monster.

 
So I'm thinking about selling my little Mac Amiibo on Amazon because the price it's getting seems like a no brainer, but I've never sold anything on Amazon before, does that mean I'm more apt to get screwed by a scammer since I won't have a sellers rating? Any advice from people with experience much appreciated :)
 
Yeah I heard a lot of meh about Evolve from people who played the beta. Now that it's out it seems to be getting a lot of praise, though. I could see myself getting it after a price drop. Assuming the community is still active.

Regretting not getting Evolve. Have way too many people on my friends list that want me to play it with em, but I already missed out by not pre-ordering it for the $10 cert. fuuuuck

 
Cleaner - change out Rollers of the Realm for Kick & Fennick for me. Not going for 100%, just to finish the campaign. Game seems pretty fun so far.

Yeah, I'd like to hear about evolve because I think it's really cool, but I'll never play it. I just don't have time for the progression unlocking and I'm a shitty team player.

The odds of getting scammed are really low, people blow it out of proportion. As long as your not listing it as new but it's out of the box with marker all over it you'll be fine.

I think a lot of people in here were turned off by the DLC news. I know I was.

I might pick it up eventually but not anywhere near full price, that's for sure.

 
I had another go for geometry wars coop today. So far three starred everything but the boss and that dreaded king level. Think I tried king 20 times and not really progressing.

This guy right here is all the community you need. Well not really, but I'm 2/3's of what you need.

 
I just got back from Kingsman. It was actually a lot of fun. The action scenes were all great (though a couple stretched a bit long) and the music was quite good. It was a bit uneven because of the time spent on training scenes and the like, but overall I liked it a lot. Samuel Jackson does a fantastic villain, too.

The scene at the church and everything about the finale were awesome. Go watch it.

I don't know the specifics so maybe you can set me straight if I've got it backwards, but I've read a lot of complaints that the game is lacking in content. I know that all the maps and game modes they release will be free of charge but if the game is already fairly bare bones when it comes to content then all the monster/hunters/skins they're throwing at the gamers as DLC seems pretty shady.
