I finished Dust with 117% completion and my stats maxed out at level 60. Does that mean I beat it?

I also bested that fuckboi pharm on a few of the challenge room leaderboards.

5 plats already this year, which is decent compared to only having 8 all of last year.

First of all, yes, 117% is the you-did-everything completion rate. Did you grind to get to level 60? I ended up beating the game and getting the plat at 48.

I did a little grinding. I think I was at 53 when I finished the cleanup for the plat. I loved the game so much that I wanted to finish everything in it.

The one thing I'm missing is I didn't catalog the slimy coat at the shop by selling one to the merchant. I think the only 4 I got were all used for one of Fale's quests. I tried grinding a few slime monsters, but they just kept dropping money.

Well I platted Final Horizon after playing the same level about 50 times then another level about 75.  Glad I don't even have to play that again.

 
So MildPete,

How do we calculate scores this week?  Do we multiply our scores by the week 5 handicap number or the total handicap number?  

This is important to know so I can re-up my score tonight.

Did you farm in the challenge levels that you can said the enemies for or a regular level? I hope it was the former, or I'd be pissed too.

That I beat almost all the levels with the side objectives on the first try probably extended the grinding for the two 2,500 kill trophies.

Yeah we've talked about the split with each other's songs. I always love hearing people say NOFX. This girl once said I love that band Nof-fix and we cracked up but corrected her.

Also today been listening to some Jawbreaker and Fluf.

Why does it bother me that getting the plat on my last two games wasn't enough to get an S rank for them because the DLC lowers the percentages??

I read an article on this topic today. The developer was supposedly referencing the 2-3 hour length that was rumored before. There's apparently a 5 hour run of the game on youtube.

Fine by me though, I'm in the 'quality short experience' camp. If it's short AND sucks, that's different. I have enough bby spacebucks to find out on Friday!

Clearly he edited the whole thing to play twice as fast and the whole game plays out in bullet time.

Assuming the game is that short then I hope that means that instead of padding the length they spent the year and a half of delays in cutting stuff that didn't work and polishing what's there. If that's the case then I can fully respect and support it. If it's still mediocre and short or buggy then burn them at the stake.

Lots of games have a 5-hour run if you rush through. I don't think that's a bad thing. If 5 hours is all it takes to do everything in the game then that does call the pricing into question, but doesn't necessarily mean the game is bad even then.

I predict I will play the shit out of the order this weekend and then sell it back to best buy costing me less than the cost of a movie ticket. And at 5 hours it would still be twice as long as a movie.
