Speaking of Target - I think the b1g1 50% off starts tomorrow. If your stores have wolfenstein on clearance it's very likely that it'll work and should be $20 or $12 by Monday. My store has like 10+ copies so I'll probably snag two and sell the extra to get the copy I keep for cag free.

Also sometimes weird shit happens at target, like they take 50% off the msrp instead of the clearance price, but who knows.
 
I'm not sure how much more they could have done with type 0 without redoing everything. The xv demo is definitely going to help their sales, but it's going to be rough after that. Which is their fault for trying to push a last gen portable game on a next gen console. Really should have been on vita, if not ps3. Hopefully it doesn't put them off from doing other remakes

Yeah. You can definitely feel the PSP limitations in Type-0. I need to play it more, but so far it feels like the 2nd analog for the camera is completely unnecessary. Seemed like moving the character in some direction automatically focused the camera that way, and that may be all that's necessary. The analog camera control being so accessible but working so poorly is more of a detriment than a positive for the HD version. The camera problem would have existed on the Vita as well, but the poor texture quality would have been a lot less obvious.

The actual game content isn't bad so far, aside from the disjointed feel of the cutscenes. Chapter 1 definitely throws you into the middle of everything. I'm hoping Chapter 2 takes a step back into a bit of world-building and explanation for what's going on.

I hate that they're calling the prelims round 1 now. You're not in the tournament unless you're in the 64. It's like MLB with the 1 game Wildcard playoff round. You didn't really make the playoffs until you're in the division series. Otherwise, you should just get a banner that says "Participant".

I've seen a few episodes of Chuck and liked them, and my dad highly recommends that I watch it after he watched the whole series. I bought its Blu-ray Complete Series last year when Overstock.com was selling them for $23.99.

My question was more directed towards Fringe, which I think I'll skip since I tried the first two episodes 1-2 years ago and didn't enjoy them that much.

Since Tyler's out prowling around, Munkywawa's going to cohost our Costume Quest 2 stream tonight at 8pm Central/6pm Pacific. Also, giving out Costume Quest 2 as prizes. :)

@Zimm/Chewy/cleaner  Man I'm on a great run so far.  I'm at the third level with over 15 minute, water hose/tank upgraded with hb moniter, and almost everyone saved.  

Just so I don't waste time, what is the best way to get rid of the green fires?

As far as I could tell it's just lots of water. The extinguisher didn't seem to do much good on those ones

I know it's a dead horse, but I don't think I get the physical media thing for movies/TV anymore either. I listed all the stuff we had left gathering dust in the basement yesterday and I'll end up getting like $250-$300. Streaming is just too functional and easy now.

Yeah that was real helpful as I couldn't really tell as my water hose and tank is maxed while I haven't upgraded my extinguisher yet. So far I'm down to 7 minutes on the second to last level.

Oh and what do spiked boots do?

You might also need to go to the channel you're following on a web browser, click on the arrow next to the heart (for following), and select On instead of Off for email notifications.

Forgot to mention, the stream is at 8pm Central/67pm Pacific as always.

The Last of Us MP trophies suck. I need one more for the platinum. The matches take forever too. 168 matches for two trophies is such a horrible grind.

I'm at Target and very very tempted to grab Lollipop Chainsaw and Genesis Collection in the BOGO sale, so $20 total for both. Almost missed them with all the PSP games on the rack.

Used to bother with demos, but it adds even more clutter to the download list and there is no way to get rid of it so I haven't for years. If I am unsure on a game I'll just wait until it gets to less than the price of a cheap meal.

I looked up RIPD last time it was on sale and it's a multiplayer shooter and its only mode is horde mode so that was enough of a reason to pass.

Create a demo account, then download the games using that. Works fine for PS3/PS4 and is how I manage it without cluttering my list.

It's a shame the PSP collection is missing some of the better games. Playing the Genesis collection is a better fit for Vita, IMO, and that version is just neutered in comparison with 32 games instead of 48. The Shining games in particular are the ones I'd be missing the most.

Nice job on reaching the 4th set of levels. I though chewy or someone said to hit it was the extinguisher first then the hose. It was working for me earlier. Then the chemicals drop to the floor as green goo and are easy to clean up with water.

Did mine today, small refund for Federal, and owe about $50 on state since I do a little 1099 work on the side.

Though I think you may be looking at it the wrong way, you should be buying MORE <99 cents games (unless your backlog is already huge) to tide you over since you won't be able to buy any more meal+ priced games for awhile.
