The first level I played was not that bad at all. I just had to make a small base and do the soups I could make easily from nearby ingredients. Luckily one of those was a batch of tomatoes.

The level I tried to play this morning threw a monkey wrench into things. You could not build any soup rockets. You could only use abandoned ones already on the planet. Getting one was no problem. The others were a LOOOOONG way away. My base got destroyed when I was trying to make my way to another one for more production.

Like Minecraft, it is much much more fun with at least one partner.

Maybe cause he isnt a girl. I wouldnt have known what Jem was if not for my wife mentioning it one day when we were talking about our old cartoons as a kid. I recognized it and remember seeing it before once I googled it, but the name didnt mean a thing cause I didnt watch it.

Cause I wasnt a girl!

Elysian was the only one I had ever heard of. They were just bought out by AB Inbev and the person that started the place got pissed off at that decision and left. So I am not sure how it will be now.

If I was there, I would just drive to Portland :)

To some who participated in the Sonic boosting session yesterday, you may have missed the 3rd online trophy, Newtron

All you have to do to get it, is get in a matchmaking game with at least one other person and manually select random from the character select page. You can either pair up with someone else who missed it, try and join the next group going for Team Sonic, or try joining matchmaking in early evening / late afternoon and there is usually someone playing.

I can ask some people on the West Coast that might know more. I just dont think I have ever had a beer from Washington state. California and Oregon have too many good ones for me to have ever cared when I occasionally have someone in the area willing to buy something for me.

So when are people going for team sonic again? I downloaded the game on Monday, but then I was in the nom nom stream all last night. About a million people posted that they got it but can still help people, but I don't know who actually still needs it other than me.

 
Yea Zimm, I've heard good things about Elysium, but didn't know about what Gator was saying about them, so IDK. The only other one I know of is Redhook, but the 2 beers I've tried from them were just meh. Speaking of CA beers...picked up a Ballast point variety pack yesterday that was on sale!

I was finally able to get my PS3 headset to pair with the Vita TV. I had lost the box so I tried to find the passkey online and apparently 99% of passkeys for blutooth headsets are 0 0 0 0...

It's pretty good, though unless you have a lot of extra Dual shock 3's and/or extra vita memory cards you might try and hold out for the upper bundle to go on sale again. If you get the base bundle you'll need to have a DS3 and a card to pair with it as it only has 1 GB of internal memory.

Unfortunately it still doesn't completely replace the PSP GO output to TV function as there are some PSP games that you can't run on the vita.

Though if you only want to use it for it's PS4 remote play the base version should work fine for that.

Works with ds4 too fyi, wording makes it sound like only ds3 works on it.

Rest of your post is really valid though, needing a mem card is the main thing, but those have gotten cheaper and depending on needs, 8gb is pretty decent to start with, already had 8gb card laying around when I bought mine and thats what I have in it currently.

Didn't that originally release like 2-3 years ago? Seems odd to call that a GOTY edition.

EDIT: Nevermind I was thinking this was that Ubisoft side scroller with the color change mechanic similar to Guacamelee, but with native imagery. Not that mobile game I have but never played.
