Just finished up that Burial at Sea DLC in Bioshock Infinite. Glad I got back to it. Good story shit going on there. I'm surprised I didn't get it spoiled for me since its been out so long. Always good to be back in Rapture though. Almost makes me wanna replay the first BioShock again.
 
Dumb Xbox Video. I didn't realize their rentals expire in 14 days. Guess I just skipped past that part when I rented some movies 17 days ago. Most VOD places give you 30 days to begin watching. Dumb me for just clicking rent and assuming they were the same/not reading that obvious disclaimer.

Did you use fast travel? I remember reading somewhere that you shouldn't. Which is gonna suck.

 
I played more New Vegas and it's starting to suck me in like the first one did.  Just wandering the wasteland and seeing what I can find is a ton of fun.  Walking behind random gangsters in the wasteland and executing them is disturbingly fun.

I'll give you the factions (which I already stated was the best thing about NV), but hardcore mode is nothing more than an annoyance. So what if you have to eat food, drink water, and sleep occasionally? Food, water, and beds are all pretty easy to find and I can throw all my heavy shit on my pack mule/companion. And the ability to play the game without combating humans? That doesn't sound like fun at all.

I've heard this also and can't wait to jump into it once I take a little breather. I'm hoping the DLC will help change my overall feelings on the game.

I don't understand this statement. How exactly is the gunplay superior? Everything feels exactly the same as FO3 to me as far as the gunplay. The mods are stupid and pointless. You can't mod unique weapons and they're better than the basic guns even after you add the mods to them. And I never found anything in the game that made me say "Wow... this is different!".

Again... nope. Do you have specific examples of how it's better? NV is just so boring. The video I posted earlier... there's nothing in NV that comes close to any of those moments. I need more than the basic structure of an RPG to keep me interested.

I've only watched Breaking Bad out of those, and I agree that Monk doesn't even come close to it. It's more in my Top 10, now that I think about it.

lol... what? Of course I did. If you can't fast travel then you might as well say fuck it.

And you'll probably read that some people disabled the autosave feature. I tried this and all it did was piss me off when the game would freeze and I ended up losing an hour or two of game time.

It seems like you were. Wish I knew why... whether it was a hardware issue or how you played, it would have saved me a ton of headache. But I did try your suggestions and nothing helped.

fuck my life. I got to Olmec and beat him in about 5 minutes. I got trapped down below without any ropes and bombs. I'm so mad. Holy shit. Speedlunky would have been mine in only about an hour of trying.

 
fucking christ. I was trying to build stairs with the last few bombs I had and panicked when he came by and wasted em building stairs on the opposite side

haha just saw the last part of this. Level 9 is only spinning discs. I replayed them this morning and I think 1 and 9 are going to be the toughies.

Oh I do, but I believe even more people have this week off compared to last. I only have one meeting a day for three days and nothing on Friday. And of course some of our funds are still closing early on Friday so I cant take a 3 hour lunch like I want to. I might be able to watch some football games online though...hmmm...

I forgot to bring in my Vita today. I will have it the rest of the week for sure. Also its nice to complain about being at work but not actually having much work to do. I would rather complain about that and have that time off while everyone else is working.

I actually have work to do. I am just super lazy after working less than 2 full days in the last 2 weeks.

 
LOL hell, it's been so long since I booted up Dark Souls 1 I forgot they changed the dark woodgrain ring in a patch since I last played. Now my equip loadout doesn't work unless I do mid-roll instead of fast roll. Went over the checklist of what I have left for trophies and past me (circa December 2011) did a good job. He ground out all the covenant, NPC quests, and online related trophies, farmed for souls to purchase all the available magicks, and farmed for enough stones to do the last weapon upgrades (except for the slab) before he stopped playing to wait for a sale on the DLC. So all the grindy stuff is out of the way I would just need to do the last few bosses of the first playthrough, the DLC, then play through the game again 1.25 more times.

I didnt buy it either, but might get it from GF at some point to try and plat it. Im obviously not that big into trophies, so it will prolly never happen.

I would have gotten it from GF to plat it if it was a possibility. It has an online pass, so unless you mean buy it from GF you can't get there from here (without paying for an online pass of course).

 
I just love how the guys in California that I work with think it is perfectly fine to submit a bunch of code that when anyone else updates their view and tries to compile it breaks.  I am sure if I was that lazy that they would act like the world was about to come to an end.

I've got your back, yes, it is enjoyable. I watched the whole series when it aired on USA.. I don't know if I'd ever want to revisit it again.though. I still have a couple random seasons of it on my shelf when Target had a bunch of TV seasons marked down to $6 by mistake.

I actually liked the few episodes of Monk I saw from the first few seasons.  Then his assistant changed and the few episodes I saw of that sucked.  That actress is awful.  Traylor Howard.  Dumb name too.  Yes mom and dad, name me something that sounds like trailer.  THANKS!

Not sure how he managed that since everything I see says it is still needed. Most all of the recent threads on ps3trophies for the game are about the online pass and people wanting to trade them (which I am surprised have not been deleted).

Also, last night Cleaner tried to start the game up before getting the pass and she had to quit out and go download the pass from the store.

I assume he must have sprung for the $10 from the store to get the pass.
