It was less than $5.Did we get slapped with the Burnout Paradise price? I really do not remember what it was before. Honestly, I dont really give a shit because it was a blast to play. I am more asking to see how much I should pimp it to all the morons who didn't buy it last time![]()
I'll probably get it too. I don't expect I'll ever make the time to play the series on ps3.Stop tempting me!![]()
Cmon Scrooge McDuck! Share the wealth woowoo!Technically, I'm not. I'm swimming in Amazon credit and I can buy PSN credit from them if I want.
it isn't. https://support.us.playstation.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5376/~/games-compatible-with-playstation-tvI don't know if I want to check to see if the RnC collection is PS TV compatible because if it isn't I am going to be pretty pissed off.

The latter. Especially if you also track which games you've played on the same spreadsheet.Cmon Scrooge McDuck! Share the wealth woowoo!
So if I buy the Ratchet Collection on Vita should I list it in my purchases spreadsheet as 1 game for $12 or Ratchet 1,2,3 at $4.00 a piece? These are the though choices.
#notrophiesDaxter looks to have held up well enough to be perfectly playable on Vita:

At $4 it looks like a decent buy. Only question is whether it's more on the J&D 1 side of things for quality or if it's a stinker like J&D 2+3. Anybody play it and want to weigh in?
The Jak ports are supposed to have some framerate issues that cause havoc especially with the driving/racing sections in Jak 2/3.Thinking about LBP Vita for $7. And maybe Jak collection for $8.
The reason I asked was because I own a physical copy of Trails in the Sky on PSP but I don't play the PSP anymore, so I'm not sure if I would be more likely to play it digitally on Vita. It's always been playable on Vita.
On PS3? That's the version that's on sale. The Jak ports are supposed to have some framerate issues that cause havoc especially with the driving/racing sections in Jak 2/3.
Daxter was fun when I played it on PSP many years ago. Not sure if it holds up. Graphics are prob dated, but I remember it being kind of a mix of 1 and 2/3. Not unfun like 2 though.Daxter looks to have held up well enough to be perfectly playable on Vita:

I didn't notice any framerate issues for the PS3 version, though I can only account for Jak & Daxter and Jak 2.On PS3? That's the version that's on sale.
Whoops, you're right, sorry. Framerate was fine on the PS3 version. On PS3? That's the version that's on sale.
When I bought the Vita Sly Collection on PSN, it became 3 separate downloads, so hopefully the same applies for R&C.Is the R&C collection on Vita 3 separate downloads, or do you have to install the full 3.2 GB (size according to store) and if so does anyone know the size of each game? Either way I have to do more housekeeping. Wish they'd bring the 64 GB over here officially, and drop the price by 50%.
I did.Just noticed Resistance: Retribution is on sale as well. Anybody play that one?
I'll be buying R&C for sure so I'll let you know if nobody can confirm before then. I'm just waiting for the full store announcement in case the 10% off thing goes live.Is the R&C collection on Vita 3 separate downloads, or do you have to install the full 3.2 GB (size according to store) and if so does anyone know the size of each game? Cool, I'll plan on grabbing both. I'm especially hoping Daxter goes back to a J&D 1 feel instead of leaving a shitty taste in my mouth like 2+3 did.I did. It's a lot of fun, guessing it would be better with the 2nd stick if you can map it. It's 3rd person not 1st. The developer who did the syphon filter games for PSP did it (Sony Bend) which were some of the best on the system.
Well if the 10% thing goes live well that just changes everything! Well actually not really, so I guess I'm waiting on that as well as my launch Vita windfall. I'm setup pretty good in the New Year. Especially with those 2 $50 codes I got for $40 in Dec.I'll be buying R&C for sure so I'll let you know if nobody can confirm before then. Good reminder! I will wait too. But I have a feeling they will wait until at least next Tuesday to announce or give the 10% off.I'll be buying R&C for sure so I'll let you know if nobody can confirm before then. I'm just waiting for the full store announcement in case the 10% off thing goes live.
GoW collection was separate downloads on Vita. R&C was separate downloads on PS3. Nope, $4.49 in November. Mass Effect 2 UEers got slapped though.Did we get slapped with the Burnout Paradise price? I really do not remember what it was before. I'm sitting on $60 PSN credit, am waiting on the launch $50 credit, plus I have a $55 Walmart GC I could turn into PSN. Might just do $30 of that and leave the rest for when KH 2.5 hits $20, though.Well if the 10% thing goes live well that just changes everything! Take note of Tyler's very valid bitching. As long as you don't care about the online aspects it's fine, but online it is a tragic mess.I'm gonna go ahead and get LBP Vita today because i can afford the extra 70 cents you cheap bastards.
Was that what he was bitching about the other day? Didn't really pay attention or assumed it was another game or i don't know. What were the complaints again?Take note of Tyler's very valid bitching. As long as you don't care about the online aspects it's fine, but online it is a tragic mess.
It was $21 physical up until a few weeks ago with PUR+Birthday coupon. I don't know that I'd say $20 for the digital version is a particularly good deal unless you think the physical value won't be dropping again.Danganronpa for $20 isn't bad at all.
And I hit the God damn like quota.
I'd get it if it right away if it were $15. For now I'll have to mull it over. REmake next week, Grim Fandango the next... Both of those are up for presale, though. If Sony sends me that sweet, sweet 10% off I might buy em all at once in a blaze of glory.Danganronpa for $20 isn't bad at all.

Just assume online doesn't work. Unplayable lag fest with random drops when you can get connected. I was lucky enough to have the legendary badass jayremedy do the mp bubbles with me a long time ago with relatively little lag, so I don't know if it's still possible to do that kind of stuff with a friend. I know I'll never touch it again though. Was that what he was bitching about the other day? Didn't really pay attention or assumed it was another game or i don't know. What were the complaints again?
Wuh o!Looking at the store right now, and the sale prices obviously have not gone through yet.
Considering Gamestop is probably the only hope of getting a copy of the first Danganronpa for sub-$30 since Amazon no longer sells any and every Marketplace copy is $40+, I'd say $20 is pretty good if someone really wants to play it and doesn't have a Gamestop in the area with it in stock. It was $21 physical up until a few weeks ago with PUR+Birthday coupon. Don't forget GS can request games from other locations, though. Not sure how wide a net they can cast with that, but I've gotten games transferred in from multiple states away with no issues.Considering Gamestop is probably the only hope of getting a copy of the first Danganronpa for sub-$30 since Amazon no longer sells any and every Marketplace copy is $40+, I'd say $20 is pretty good if someone really wants to play it and doesn't have a Gamestop in the area with it in stock.
I think I did too, pretty sure it was an early launch game and I got bored of it pretty quick. It was a long time ago.I played Daxter on psp. I didn't really like it, stopped playing it
I tried asking one of my stores about that, but the employee gave me a confusing answer along the lines of "Unless a game is more than 100 miles away, we can't request it, but the district manager won't let us do transfers from stores that are that far away". I'll have to ask again at a different location.Don't forget GS can request games from other locations, though.
