Well the aerial vehicle is just UAV (shows a greater radius of where the enemy units are). We can still use a combination of walkers and turrets. Just do it on one star, should be piss easy.

Tried a level 10 mission with randoms to try out that new loadout we got, almost got flawless raider.

Wait, there is a trophy called flawless raider? Are we playing Destiny?!

 
While we are talking Helldivers, how exactly do you progress through the game? I played solo a little this morning and it looks like there were a bunch of planets in the bug system to do. I beat one of them and it was just replaced by another one. Does any of the "progress" I made with you guys yesterday transfer to my game? And how do I eventually fight the robot system? Just keep leveling up?

Destiny wishes it could be Helldivers. All the dancing I've done in that game and I didn't get a single trophy. Helldivers knows how to reward my inner dancing queen.

I am not sure about this either. It looks to me like they will just keep generating planets.

This trophy makes me think there is something to progress too though.

It's pretty fun so far. Only played for like an hour and a half. Not much direction to start so I'm a little lost, but I'm making some progress. Feels like a straight up SNES game (which is good). There are side bars on the screen though, which is weird. Actual gameplay screen is strict square action.

It's a review copy so TiT and MopUp March have to take a backseat for now.

Well the progress is that we are in a war with the bugs (and other entities) and each planet we take over is added to the overall progress bar. I think we'll eventually reach the homeland and final battle, then we start all over again.

And yes you keep all your stuff and levels you earned with us.

 
There seems to have been a lot more people participating in 4ForFeb than are on the list for MopUpMarch.  Remember, that is just a catchy name and is really just whatever 4 games you want to complete for the month just like last month.  If you want to be added to the access for that so you can enter your own games send a PM to Cleaner, Tyler, and me with an email address that is associated with google for authentication.

I have also locked down the boosting sheet as well.  If you sign up for one, I will add you to the other as well.

Cleaner has said she would take care of any people for MopUpMarch that do not want to give out their email.  I will not do the same for the boosting sheet since I am a lazy fuck.  If you want access to it, you have to do the email thing, sorry.

Theres a place in franklin, tn called the Cajun Steamer that has shirts that say they have the best tail in town. Yes all the waitresses are hot.

(if dont know why its funny, cajun steamer sounds like cleveland steamer)

For the record, I do not like fighting games for the same reason, and I don't generally like trick games as well, but I really liked OlliOlli. It doesn't take long until the controls click. Haven't started OlliOlli 2 yet. Hopefully I'll sneak in some time today on Vita.

I'm not that impressed with Sling TV. On every device I've tried it on the playback is a little stuttery. Like it gets stuck for just an instant and then continues. It happens frequently. Maybe every 10 seconds. If I use the WatchESPN app I don't see that at all, so it's something with their streaming or with their apps. Also it's only marginally HD. Played on a TV it looks kind of crappy. Having said that, if I can get AMC, that is cool and maybe I'll just hope they improve their streaming over time.

 
I think VR sounds awesome, but I am expecting Morpheus to be crazy expensive. I mean you need the VR headset which is freakin' 1080p OLED, plus the PS camera and move controllers. That's got to be expensive.

Havent used it yet, but yea would suck if they didnt stream as well as netflix, etc.

I think you have to complete planets to increase the Influence in the galaxy. The higher the difficulty the more influence you'll make on the galaxy and all players everywhere are working on it at the same time, on different planets. Once it's at 100% I assume something good happens. It's kind of like that stupid communal click on the massive cube to reveal the center thing that was all the rage for a few days a few years back, except this is actually fun. At least that's the impression I get. I'm not sure. I guess we find out how it works once the bar is filled up.

You are talking about a screen size not much larger than most phones now.

Personally, I already have the camera and move controllers. With that said, I am not sure I am interested in Morpheus anyway. They probably do not make it where it would fit my large melon head anyway.

We are going to get snow tonight and tomorrow. They are predicting 4 to 8 inches (which is down from the 6 to 10 it was saying this morning). I'm looking forward to being off tomorrow! Snow better show up!

Well damn. If I enter a wrong password on purpose it gives me the wrong email/password thing. If I enter the correct one, I just get a window that says sign-in failed.

I was having problems last night on the PS3 if I was signed into PSN. When I was, my PS3 locked up 3 times in a row. I finally just signed out hoping that was my issue and then I was able to play. I wonder if something is screwed up with my account. I was able to sign in later and synch trophies so I thought it was just a momentary thing.

I want to put Helldivers on my Vita too, but damn it's huge. 6.7 GB according to the store. That's not going to happen. If I were to somehow clear enough space, though... can you use the pack-in PS4 headset with the Vita for chat? I'm seeming to recall no, but maybe I hadn't tried that. It might have been an iPhone headset that I tried, so I'm not sure. Would be nice if I could.
