I don't have the link, but I think Dan Adelman--the guy who quit Nintendo, is handling the marketing for Axiom Verge, and wrote that blog post about the CAG selling review codes--said that part of their deal with Sony concerned the price and that the game couldn't (wouldn't?) go on sale for at least 6 months after release. It was posted here, though I don't remember who posted it.

I think it sucks that they didn't do that bullet train between Orlando, Tampa, and Miami as they initially discussed. Although it looks like the private sector is building something similar.

I love that we have Marta. I just wish it came out closer to my house so it would be an even better drunk transit option for me to go into town and back. It would be pretty miserable taking it to work every day, but that is just because it would mean I worked downtown.

Yeah I really would like to see a high speed train at least between Tampa and Orlando.

I wish there was one like the real bullet train in Japan from Atlanta to Orlando and then on to Miami. A branch from Orlando to Tampa would make a lot of sense too.

That would cover a majority of the population in the southeast.

If I can get my streaming settings to work properly, I'll stream for a bit. Last time I tried though, the delay was pretty bad. Probably start around 7 EST? Depends on how long it takes me to find a checkpoint to quit out of Diablo 3.

Related: has anyone tried streaming with spotify running? Just curious.

Which delay are you talking about? There's something like a 15 or 30 second or some such delay that you can't get rid of. That's by design.

I am not sure what delay you are referring to, but in general Twitch has like a 20 second delay. It sucks, but there isn't anything you can do about that part.

Most likely announcing the Even Newer 3DS Compact X that comes with no buttons because anyone that would buy it would already have tons of DSs lying around they can steal the buttons from.

I know about the standard 30ish second delay, last time I streamed though, mine was over a few minutes. I haven't tested it in a while, so I don't know if it was a one off thing or not.

Good. The cross-year save worked flawlessly from my cart, so I'm glad I can delete that off my Vita now. Some newish menus that look decent, though the text on roster names seems more blurry than last year. Hitting is nice. Pitching gets harder as you get more tired, which is good. Some repeated play-by-play from last year, but that's understandable. Same broadcast team. Miller Park looks better than last year. Load times are still long.

Our kids are going to a middle school that was/is not rated the highest, but it has been a good school. Even great, I would say. Good teachers (mostly), some really excellent teachers and they get to go on this week long field trip that has been a fantastic experience for both of our boys, and that a better rated school that my nephews go to doesn't send their kids to. Having said that, I disagree that any school is as good as any other. Anybody who has worked in or is a close relation to somebody who has worked in the public schools in Baltimore City knows that that is absolutely not a true statement. Those schools are a disaster. It's really pretty shameful.

Not so much smelling a guys hair as he walked by and sat in the seats on the other side of the aisle from me while I was playing MLB 15 and the coconut smell permeated the air for most of the rest of the ride.

That name still sounds better than anything they've come up with. It's probably because of the "X". Those make everything sound cooler.

You are right that there can be really bad schools. But the point is that a lot of people get hung up on ratings, which are all derived from test scores. It has nothing to do with your kid's teachers' abilities. you just made the point as well that your kids and you love their school cause their teachers are excellent. Thats all that matter really. Low test scores just mean the parents are bad and/or their kids are just dumb. We cant all be in MENSA.
