If you followed Inverted Access you would have known earlier.why didn't anyone pick up this hot news?
The Limited Edition package that Japan is getting better be released over here and sold by Best Buy. That's the only way I'll buy this.Nintendo's sure doing their best to maximize on the cash grab opportunities. Hope everyone was looking forward to paying $60 for the next Fire Emblem.

Also wasnt it free on plus?I'm not paying $30 for a Vita game without a plat.
I'll have a PS4 review next week, monday or Tuesday, I just got the game. Won't be doing a Vita, because honestly it is identical to last years vita game with a tweak here and there.I thought Invertedaccess was going to have a review of 2015 The Show for Vita?
As in on the site or for ordering? Only see the former.http://www.target.com/p/nintendo-amiibo-jigglypuff-target-exclusive/-/A-17315174#prodSlot=medium_1_2&term=jigglypuff
Jigglypuff amiibo live. Target exclusive.
The final chapter is infuriating. You'll essentially need to die enough times to get each button and memorize it so you can press it before it pops up on the screen. So many QTEs in Jurassic Park... thank goodness you don't have to get gold rating on all the scenarios for a trophy.
You're really making me look forward to it.The final chapter is infuriating. You'll essentially need to die enough times to get each button and memorize it so you can press it before it pops up on the screen.
Only a couple minute window on these again apparently. It was in stock for ordering for a couple minutes there. As in on the site or for ordering? Only see the former.
And WTF. These are going up before any sign of wave 4?
Ugh. Sounds fun.The final chapter is infuriating. You'll essentially need to die enough times to get each button and memorize it so you can press it before it pops up on the screen.
I have no idea. I picked up whatever upgrades might have been in the immediate area as I ran around, abused Option-C (the L1+Hoop bird special attack) during boss fights, and also skipped enemies wherever possible.Still havent finished Strider. I am 2.5 hours into my normal run to beat the game under 4 hours and will have the plat. I just finished the Balrog and got a little bit further.
Vig,
Didnt you say you beat Strider in just over 2 hours? How did you do that? I have just skipped a ton of enemies and run everywhere and still have a half hour to go I would think.
Still looks good, and I'm still waiting for the trophy list...I don't think I remember anyone posting this yesterday, but more info on Tower of Guns:
http://blog.us.playstation.com/2015/04/01/tower-of-guns-out-april-7th-on-ps4-ps3-free-for-ps-plus/
I think there was a missable one in the last episode where you have to be sure not to skip a part where you can talk to one of the characters. You have to make her use all the dialog options or something. I guess you could get there again by chapter select but I want to say there is a lot of stuff to go through to get to that point or something.Ugh. Sounds fun.
For those who have it on your list, only the first episode has missable trophies (two) that require another complete playthrough.
Do not die. If you do die, you can quit out of the game with the PS button and it won't count.
The other missable trophy involves selecting four specific pieces of dialog on the wheel during the course of the episode when talking to the daughter.
Your Mom is overreacting
Buck Up
Maybe (they can get in)
Don't be Stupid
Everything else can be cleaned up in chapter select in the first episode, and in episodes 2-4.
Yeah,Only a couple minute window on these again apparently. It was in stock for ordering for a couple minutes there.
Thanks. I missed it because I was doing other things but I appreciate people posting these. Did you get one?http://www.target.com/p/nintendo-amiibo-jigglypuff-target-exclusive/-/A-17315174#prodSlot=medium_1_2&term=jigglypuff
Jigglypuff amiibo live. Target exclusive.
Cool. Looks like they've added about 10 more trophies than the 360 version had. Always appreciate when they tweak trophy lists like that instead of just lazily bringing over the same ones.Bastion has a plat and shared PS4/Vita trophy list: http://psnprofiles.com/trophies/3485-Bastion
Yeah, it's getting absolutely ridiculous. I'm not even trying to get all of them, and this is driving me insane. If I can just grab a lucina through all this stupidity I'll be happy enough.Yeah, that shit I'm over it.
I really want to try for Greninja because that's the starter I went with for Pokemon Y, and also it's a freaking ninja frog.Thanks. I missed it because I was doing other things but I appreciate people posting these. Did you get one?
Ness is going to be Gamestop exclusive and going up later today I think and Greninja is going to be exclusive at TRU I guess.
It's honestly borderline cruel of Nintendo IMO. All they're doing is feeding the resell market with these exclusives and making it near impossible for average joes to get their hands on a significant portion of the collection. I don't care that much and only want a few of them, but the huge Nintendo fan me of 10-15 years ago would probably be beyond frustrated that these things were unobtainable.Yeah, it's getting absolutely ridiculous. I don't know anything about him beside he's a Pokemon but I do like his character design and I will probably try to get him as well.I really want to try for Greninja because that's the starter I went with for Pokemon Y, and also it's a freaking ninja frog.
Probably the same as the Steam achievements. They said in the comments of that blog post that there isn't a Platinum.Still looks good, and I'm still waiting for the trophy list...
Yeah, I managed to get an order in. Greninja is supposed to pop up sometime tomorrow. Hopefully he has a longer window than the maybe 10 minutes jigglypuff got.Thanks. I missed it because I was doing other things but I appreciate people posting these. Did you get one?

You can turn that off in the share settings. Not horrible, but not good for a next gen title.
There is one super annoying thing that I am not sure why it does it, every single loading screen I get a message that recording has been suspended for a couple of seconds and then a message that it has resumed. and that is every single loading screen it happens. Not sure why recording needs to be stopped for every picture of an MLB player
I'm probably back to just handhelds with them again. They've gone from probably the most gamer oriented (though antiquated) company to jumping on trends and cashing in on their most loyal customers. At least when Sony or MS screw us they don't do it under the guise of serving their fans. It's honestly borderline cruel of Nintendo IMO. Makes me glad I didn't even want Jigglypuff and have so far avoided any collector mentality (have only bought the golden mario and a King Dedede meant for a friend that got cancelled). It's honestly borderline cruel of Nintendo IMO. I was late to the direct, but they did have some good info/trailers for the new fire emblem, that fire emblem x shin megami tensei game, splatoon (an entire stream dedicated to it right afterwards), and I saw some indies for eshop. So did they talk about any actual games during that Nintendo Direct yesterday or was it all golden cow Amiibos and wool fetish talk?
Nothing new that I saw. Was mostly Amiibos and cash ins and some Fire Emblem. Showed Splatoon afterwards. So did they talk about any actual games during that Nintendo Direct yesterday or was it all golden cow Amiibos and wool fetish talk?
They have a lot of builty up loyalty with the over 20 crowd that I don't think trickles down too well with kids, except maybe kids of the same over 20 crowd. Seems like you only ever see Skylanders or Disney Infinity toys in kids hands in store. Probably doesn't help that you can't sell a toy to a kid if the toy is never on store shelves.I'm probably back to just handhelds with them again. They've gone from probably the most gamer oriented (though antiquated) company to jumping on trends and cashing in on their most loyal customers. You mad or naw?Maybe I should write another rant on GameGravy about Nintendo trying to cash in with trends instead of actual games again to see what fun comments I can get out of all the other writers.
