Worse--chasing a chocobo while riding one, accidentally attracting a level-99 enemy in the process, catching that chocobo, having the chocobo I'm riding flee for no apparent reason (seriously, aren't these trained chocobos? It's totally fair that they can run at any random moment) while the level-99 enemy finally catches up to me when I can't move and I'm forced to sacrifice 3 party members in the fight. Now that I finally caught 30 chocobos, I'm done with that crap.

Moving into another area while chasing a chocobo was still annoying, though.

So glad I got those stupid Dead Space shooting gallery and asteroid 50% trophies finished. Now the platinum is possible. I hated those 2 trophies with a passion.
 
Great hockey national championship game and the underdog pulled it off. Boston U lost on home ice (Frozen Four was at the Bruins arena) after Providence tied the game when the BU goalie dropped the puck with no one around him and it rolled between his legs.

As the number of weapons continues to grow I wish there was a better way to select them, All you can do is cycle left or cycle right until you get to the weapon you want. Well if the weapon you want is on the opposite side of the "wheel" it can take you 7 or 8 seconds to get it which isn't ideal in a fire fight. I also wish I could deselect and get rid of useless weapons like the playing cards and the dice so that it would skip them on the wheel.

A lot of the weapons are useful though. The ice wand is like a flamethrower except it freezes instead of burns which is good when your being attacked by a large group of enemies at close range. The jacks bounce, home in on, and attack a single, ground-based enemy multiple times which is a mana efficient way to take down lone enemies with a lot of HP. The crochet mallet fires an electrified ball which is good for hitting flying enemies. The alt attack of the jack-in-a-box causes the doll to pop out of the box, spin, and breath fire in all directions for 10 seconds which is good way to lock down a choke point if you are being pursued or to toss it into a group of unaware enemies around a corner to soften them up.

 
You guys also took the liberty of removing all his posts on IA. Must've been something pretty egregious to go that route about it.

 
i just finished binge watching all the seasons of Friday Night Lights.  Can't believe I never watched it when it first came out.  Definitely up there on my top list of favorite shows. 

Now time to earn some trophies so I can keep Pete in check.  Or maybe I should finally finish the final season of the Sopranos.

Just finished GTA V single player campaign.  Another game I liked better then I thought I would.  Just don't think it is the greatest thing since sliced bread either.  Will mess around with a few more trophies maybe before I give the game back to my nephew.

Looking at the trophy list on psnprofiles it seems there is one DLC pack but it is all online heists?  With the upcoming GTA sale I was wondering if there was any single player content worth getting guess not?

Wasn't he in charge of PR? I wonder if he overstepped his bounds or tried to get greedy. That's too bad.
 
Think I will grab RainBow Six at least out of those.  I wanted to play that on PS3 with my nephew but he didn't like the game.  I am not even sure if I beat it or not.  I think I did but really can't remember.

interesting-- I have clicked on the site several times. I have enjoyed all the posts, including the ones by Russ. I think the work on this site is nothing short of fantastic. As a consumer it is concerning when there might have been negative conditions affecting a fellow community member. I only speak for myself but if we are not privy to why a member is no longer welcome on the team maybe this thread should also be free of marketing for the site. I assume something negative happened as Russ has disappeared from this thread too. I read the site as a way to support the people in this thread I respect. The IA team probably believes the inner working of the site is not any of my business. In that accord, I agree. Of course the inner workings of IA directly affecting this thread is all of our business.

Teslagrad plat is in the books. But it's one of those weird games where the plat comes before finishing the story. So now I just have to go back and best the main baddie, which I would have done if my PS3 didn't lock up right before I got to him.

Some of them scrolls are damn hard to get. Good luck Gator.

I reached the locked door that I assume leads to the final bad guy last night. I decided to go ahead and get all the scrolls before proceeding through it.

I started with a guide for those last night. Looks like I have 19 of them and 17 to go.

ETA: I guess I could stream it if anyone is interested in watching me die over and over again like last night :)

I just assumed it was going to be PSN only myself. Release date is Tuesday since you didn't mention it in your post and I thought others might be interested to know.
