Update 1.16

  • Challenges will be expanded to support an unlimited number of participants.

The surprising thing about driveclub at this point is that they would delay it a year and still go ahead with the plan of having a separate version with a bunch of content cut out for subscribers. Maybe they won't, I dunno. But they might as well just give the whole thing away at this point. I doubt you'll have too many people interested in taking the leap to upgrade to the full version but who knows.
 
Whoa I had this crazy/cool dream last night. I was on a college campus and I came home and there was this older guy there. I thought he was visiting my roommate but found out he killed her and then he ended up killing me. But then time rewound and I had a chance to correct the situation and grabbed the shotgun he had and killed him instead so the story progressed from there with all these events and rewinds and the rabbit hole got deeper. I blame discussing Life is Strange with my friend yesterday and playing too many video games.

Something like small font size seems inexcusable to me. How can the testers and all the people working on a game not inform the team that the font is too small? Shouldnt you be testing these games on different size screens etc as well?

Also, shouldnt this be an easy fix so you could do it fairly easily before releasing a game? Shouldnt it be as simple as copy all like in a word doc?! ha

Exactly my thoughts. I thought we were past those issues after Dead Rising 1 for the most part.

Yeah, it sucks. What you're saying is pretty much what a lot of people were saying at launch. I guess most of the testers/programmers tested it on screens inches from their face and not on living-room TVs a few feet away?

I am sure thats what they do a lot on games. Which is dumb. They should test games using real world scenarios. Also, even if they are playing on the latest screen inches from their face you would think someone would think, wait a minute, this type face is way smaller than other games I have ever played. This may be an issue.

I bet some people knew it was an issue and were too junior and afraid to say anything and/or someone was ignored.

I still have a couple two player co op trophies to do.  I am sure Bums and Munky do as well.  I also want to finish this week so I can trade it in.  But damn these chests and cocks take a while to grab.

I could possibly help be a 4th tonight if needed for a group of others.  I definitely could use another higher level person to help me with the 2 missions from the DLC (it is free if you didn't know) tonight if anyone is available.  I figure I can do that to keep my trophy streak going and then binge on Pikmin 3 some more.

I am guessing I would be available any time after about 7:30 maybe even a bit earlier.

ETA: Also, if you want to shoot for tomorrow night since that is better for you that works for me. I have a few other easy trophies where I could use one for tonight to keep the streak going.

Not 100% sure, but I think so. When wren, munky, and I played a level or 2 together, I don't think we got all the collectibles in any of them since we didn't know what we were doing at the time. We replayed those the other day I think. Maybe there was one we got them all in by dumb luck though and I didn't pay attention that we had a 4 player one we finished that you 2 needed. If so, my apologies.

I had a dream that for some reason I took the doors off my car and moved them a distance away. When I went to get in the car to drive it over to the doors to put them back on, a Squirrel was in the driver's seat. I tried to shoo it away, but it wouldn't move. I finally got it to move out of the way and sat down, but then it jumped on the steering wheel. When I tried to shoo it away again, it bit my hand.

I am 90% sure we did all the 4 player ones the other night. Small chance I did one with randoms but I don't think so. At least not the first time. I missed a few of the 2 player ones (the first two) and once you level up those are easy enough to do solo which is what I did on Sunday am. Just make sure you track those sync points. The heists we didn't do on Saturday (2 of the 2 player ones) were also easy to do solo once leveled up as well,.

I don't know how many got the reference, but it was from Seinfeld. I'd say at least 10 percent of the shit I say both online and off involves some sort of Seinfeld reference, and that's probably a conservative estimate.

Just need to do some stuff around the house was out of town 3 days last week. We can probably play for an hour tonight and see if we can get through both and if not maybe finish up tomorrow night. I should be able to get on sometime after 7.
