They're bumping up GwG on X1 to two games a month, which is what everyone has been moaning for. Good for Xboners.

And I'm sure the unwashed masses are absolutely pissing themselves over a 20 month old retail game that was also bundled with Xbox Ones all last holiday season and have been about $5 regularly for digital codes. BUT RETAIL ZOMG FINALLY!!!!!!

yeah, black flag being the game is kind of funny(though i would love to have it). still looks like a pretty solid month for them though. probably the best month they've had since it started.

 
Xbox 360 owners actually got Black Flag with Games with Gold in April. That would suck if we got the PS4 version of Thief or something like that. 

 
Just spent 20+ minutes baking in my non-disasembeled Lego car because of poor planning and unexpected traffic. #regret
 
Saw Jurassic World, I actually liked it more than I thought I would. Tons of terrible movie tropes and cliches, but the action and even the central story was pretty cool. The story in particular was much better than I expected. Also liked Pratt more than I thought I would.

 
tried a couple tank AR challenges, some are really tough.  Ones that you race, reach a check point, destroy tanks, go to next checkpoint.  Then also one that you are in a circle and must survive for 6 minutes, I can only get 3:30....  Plat will be tough, if I can do AR challenges I will go for it...

Yup, they take them only if they are less than 32". I've got 2 sitting in my basement. One is more and one is less, so I'm already taking the smaller one over there tomorrow when I go laptop shopping.

The goodwills and stuff won't take them around me because they don't sell and it costs them money to recycle them. I don't want to throw it in a dumpster anywhere. I may take it to a salvation army in the hood, as they may take it.

buy a new big screen from bb and they will take the old one. Or you need to find your local dump. I took my old one there a few years ago.

If you have a local Facebook buy/sell/trade group, post it on there for free. Somebody will likely take it.

 
There's going to be an nfl themed family feud airing on Sunday. Nfc vs afc. I know this because Eddie Lacy will be playing. I've heard he is a goddamn man.

Yeah, Goodwill is more for clothes and books. They're picky about everything else.

That's why I like Salvation Army. They pretty much take everything. I had an old Samsung monitor that they took with no questions asked. Foe the record, this was at a warehouse where they had auctions during the day and a Salvation Army store across the street. If I can find one here in Palm Beach County, that would be nice.

Here's another Salvation Army bonus: They will come to your house for bulk items. This was great for when I moved and wanted to get rid of furniture. They had a couple of guys haul away a couch and a wall unit went right into their U-Haul sized truck. Entire process took less than two minutes.

Yeah, I go Thursday to Monday. We should grab a beer that weekend, or if you get a daily ticket just roam around with us to see Arrow people or gaming shit or something.

I bet Atlanta's a nothing drive from where you are. And everyone at DragonCon crams 6 people into a hotel room anyway since nobody sleeps, so you end up spending more on booze than anything.

I went to Dragon Con once.  I lived nearby so I took Marta in with some friends.  They threw people who weren't staying at the hotel out at a certain point but a few of us found a side door and snuck back in.  We had to hurtle over some staircase to do so lol.  We grabbed some of those club ad cards and fastened them like we had a hotel pass.  It worked as either no one noticed and/or gave a shit as we stayed until 1AM, drank, and bullshit with a bunch of people.

Actually we said fuck the train, stayed until the bar closed, went back to someone's apartment, drank, watched Ren & Stimpy or something, went back to my apartment complex, hung out with some people who were still up there until like 4 or 5.  May have smoked some pot while there.  A little fuzzy from that point on.  I just remember having to climb a stone wall to get to their section of the apartment complex because the gate wouldn't open to get in and out.
