I am looking forward to it though. It's an excellent game easily on par with any of the AAA fighting games and I haven't had a chance to mess with any of the 6 added/dlc characters yet so there'll be even more new stuff to putz with.

Oh, I didn't know all that. Almost definitely not a candidate, then. I never played it on PS3. Was it a Plus game? I'm thinking no. I remember being slightly interested when it launched but then I read there were only like a handful of fighters and not many modes. Sounds like this version will be a lot better. Will still probably wait on a sale because I'm also terrible at fighting games.

I forgot who it was that mentioned being startled by something in Arkham Knight to the point where they screamed, but was it
Man-Bat's first appearance when randomly climbing a wall after using the grapple? I definitely wasn't expecting that.

the post-Konami published release (skullgirls encore) was free for ps+ in May of last year. you'll have missed out on all the add-on dlc characters though if you haven't picked them up (they were crowdfunded and only made available for free for a limited time). 2nd encore is mostly feature additions (challenge/mission mode type stuff), voice acted story mode, all dlc characters included and I _think_ it has the resolution/framerate of the pc version (1080p/60fps).

Dear diary,

I got a NOS today instead of my normal energy drink because of pharm's recommendation.  I had a witty remark all prepared about how much it sucked.  But it's not too bad.  I still prefer the Rockstar Fruit Punch over it though.

I had the pineapple kickstarter that Waffles was talking about. It was also pretty good but I will stick with NOS. The kickstarters have a somewhat "diet" taste to them since they only have 60 calories.

Don't get the pineapple or strawberry kiwi one because those have coconut water. The regular ones definitely don't have a diet taste. Get the big full-color cans!

I have had those too. They also have some kind of aftertaste that I associate with diet drinks. NOS all the way baby!

 
Went to the bar last night for the ladies game. Ended up personally offending John Green's assistant by screaming "kill for goals" after the second goal lol. German chick went to stop that ball and ended up getting nailed right in the foot and dropping like a fly. RIP. 

Anyway, turns out John Green's assistant girl was live tweeting the match and shit talking us the entire time from the other side of the table. Dumbass didn't realize at least one of us actually followed her. Chick ran out the bar so quick after the match lol. RIP moral superiority. 

 
One of the AR challenges is broken for me. It's a combat challenge, and the three star requirement is 30,000 points. Well I got 71585, it it gave me one star. It unlocked when I got to 30000. Right now it has me on the bottom of the leaderboard with 71585, when I should be at the top.

I exited to the main menu and did the challenge from there and it worked fine. I did it again and got three stars. That was the last one I needed for 69 stars.

AR challenges in this game are super easy. Nothing at all compared to past games. I only had to look at a video for one Batmobile combat challenge, but other than that I had no issues. Anyone worried about getting 69 stars should just cut it out because I believe in you.

Man-Bat is the only one I don't understand why they locked him up. Yes, he "killed his wife", but he didn't have pre-meditation or intent. Maybe criminal negligence? Dude was just trying to cure deafness.
 
Signed up to train at Dan Henderson's place here in Temecula. Should be cool to spot the various Team Quest fighters that train there.

For a lot of you perverted types, the gal who signed me up was a pretty smokin' lady fighter. Pictures don't really do her justice. She looked pretty good even with stitches on her brow and two black eyes.

The writer of those super popular young adult novels like the fault in our stars and looking for alaska. He also does youtube stuff and whatnot. He's pretty popular in general, especially in the 15-25ish lady crowd, but he's definitely a bit of a local celeb since he made it big and he's from/lives here. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Green_(author) a couple of his books take place in Indy. Never met him personally, but he does come around to the bar for soccer matches occasionally. Couple of my friends have pics with him from when he was there earlier this month for one of the matches. Kinda funny as these are the same folks his assistant was trying to talk shit about.

Also I got my 69 stars in Batman this morning, scarecrow challenges made it even easier.  They required you to beat it in under 4 minutes for 3 stars.  I beat it in 2.5 minutes.

Honestly, no idea. I think it might be culture barrier stuff or something? Apparently she's from the UK and their fans are boring as shit. The tweets ended up going into some "nationalism can be so nasty" shit which is hilarious, 'cause even if that was USA on USA we'd have been yelling the same stuff. Either that or it was some "its disgusting to be cheering for the pain of others" crap, but if you're obviously not actually dying or legitimately seriously hurt idgaf.

If it was an outfit thing RIP to her ego because I slay 10/10 objectively speaking and clearly without any and all bias.

Glad Rocket League is for plus since I wouldn't have bought it launch day but definitely interested in it.
