I'm not 100% sure, but I think those are the blue and pink ones and the green Yarn Yoshi will only be sold in the game bundle. There's also a giant Green Yarn Yoshi planned, but there aren't any specifics on its price or release date here.

 
Thanks. I preordered this. Easy to return if I decide I don't need the yarn yoshi, and as long as I can trade in or sell the game for $33 I would break even on the Yarn Yoshi, plus green is the color I want the most anyway.

Amazon is giving $37.79 for the game right now, but kind of defeats the purpose since the game is several weeks from launching.

There's also the chance that the game in the bundle will have a different UPC than the standalone game, so Amazon might reject it as a trade-in.

Thats why I hate playing games on my phone. No controller = sucky. Not to mention the small screen. No matter how big they make these phones they will never be better than playing Just Cause on a 60 inch 4KTV

 
If the Ps4 was the last console made, I'd still have enough "new" games to play for the rest of my life...so whatever I say..let em rot..at least after a new Red Dead game.

Those two are both selling better (right now) than their predecessors, but there's no way this gen gets anywhere near last gen's numbers. Xbox is gasping for air outside of the US and western Europe and the WiiU will only do a fraction of what the Wii does.

 
I'm far more interested in seeing what happens to the distribution of games over the next 10 years. Downloading them is already a viable option and it seems like streaming games is getting closer to being viable. 

Microsoft was moving towards the future with their original visions for Xbox One, they just made the move too soon and too abruptly. 

To me the next steps are PS Now starting to stream PS4 games and a big publisher to test the waters by making one of their bigger franchises digital only.

Pretty indifferent. I wanted BL3 when TPS came out. I still want BL3. I have slightly warmed to it after watching a few videos. Not sure I am crazy about the few character types I have seen. I will likely get it since it is a $10 rewards came is coming out in winter when not much else is out.

Kelly Blue Book Dealer Trade Value on that car in "very good" condition is around $12,000 which is basically what you owe. There's not a whole lot of "gap" left to cover thanks to your down payment. And like Pharm said, it's going to take a pretty huge wreck (or unrecoverable theft) for the insurance to declare it a total loss. I'd say skip it.

Reason the finance guy might not have tried selling it to you is because the actual loan has been closed. He might not get commission on your GAP insurance, the fact that he suggested looking for it through the bank or your insurance also suggests to me that there's no point in him proactively selling GAP to you anymore.

Yeah I looked up the KB value for excellent and very good and right now my down payment covers the value. But it's really the future I'm worried about. My insurance agent said Progressive offers GAP for $3/mo on top of my plan and they'll pay out 25% of the value of the car if it's beyond repair. I believe that's on top of whatever the payout is. Good or no? Or better than nothing?

It depends, like I said, you can find Gap for a flat $300 most places... However to hit $300, it would take 100 months of paying the $3, so actually that is a decent deal since as the car is close to being paid off, you can take gap off. I would say do it, it doesn't really hurt you and only protects you.

 
TLOU $10 PS3 sale through 9/29, 27.49 with Plus for PS4 through 10/7.  I'll probably grab the Left Behind Stand Alone for the PS4 for $5.

If they go and give PS3 TLOU free next month and some people buy it, boy will there be some bitching.

 
My two Classic Color 30th Anniversary Mario Amiibos (*whew*) arrived today. The Amiibo looks better and is heftier than I thought, so I'll definitely keep one.

Yeah, just verify that its an extra 25% of the value of the car if it's beyond repair. I'm sure it is though. Also that GAP coverage is going to change their internal calculations as to whether to repair a car or declare it a total loss since they're potentially paying 25% more on the loss.

All that being said, Pharm is 1000% right. $40/year so you'll never have to think about it again is absolutely the way to go. Just get it and forget it for the rest of your life.

Saw that earlier and thought about posting, but it's gotta be a mistake.

Just like TLOU PS3, it's on sale this week. If it went free next week that would already piss people off. Also seems a bit too close to the Syndicate release for them to put it on Plus.

I hope not. I already bought it on PS3, upgraded to PS4 for $10 when they had that going on, and then got it free on 360 and Xbone in GWG earlier this year.

 
For $3 a month you could just drive your car off a cliff for fun and collect the sweet sweet cash.

What's up with these silly PS+ rumor pictures? It seems pretty unlikely that either tlou or ac4 would be PS+ titles a week after they were on sale. Are people just killing boredom with Photoshop this week?

Lastly, I'm sure vig would know better but I'm pretty sure gamestop in-store stuff never glitches since they have a hard limit of one promo per transaction. The website is a different story.

Yeah I just paid it for the next 6 months like I did with my insurance since it gives me an extra discount. Figured I'd set it and forget it.

Per Mild I'll drive it off a cliff in a year and get a free car upgrade like those people who upgrade their iPhones every year.
 
I don't think I'm going to go for the 5000-kill trophy in Heroes of Loot--after a 45-minute run to Dungeon 38, Warrior at Level 14, death from being completely overwhelmed by lots and lots of enemies including a minotaur, and 4431 kills, I'm exhausted.
