I think the demise of physical Vita games is here, and what moved me to grab a lot of physical games before they all but disappear. I've heard rumors that Gamestop has started gutting the games from their cases as well all though I've yet to see that happen in my area. It's kind of sad but I almost wonder if the Vita should have just been all digital from the get go. Not the popular opinion but I know for myself I can't imagine running with a bunch of cards everywhere. It will certainly live on for awhile through indies and the digital store though for sure as Japan gets more and more physical releases as well.
I still don't really understand why Sony doesn't pull a Nintendo add dual triggers, move to micro SD, a little more horsepower and boom the all NEW vita with a wealth of what exists on the platform already behind it.
