Well that was scary. Felt something moving around in one of my slippers. Took it off--big brown spider. I'm not certain but it sure looks like a brown recluse. Squished the hell out of it and now I think I'm throwing those slippers away.

 
The concept of that Friday the 13th game sounds really fun. I was sitting in the hospital where CAG was blocked, and I ran across a story about it on the Yahoo homepage. I clicked on it thinking it was probably going to be Steam only, but was pleasantly surprised to see it's also planned for PS4.

I don't hate the Cubs. Back in junior high, I'd come home from school and watch the Cubs game on WGN, and then watch the Braves game on TBS. So much baseball in the good old days before they both went to regional TV.

Also, big ups to the WGN cameramen who would always find the hot chicks in the crowd at Wrigley.

I am rooting for the cubs. Even though maddon left the rays (good for him) and we all know cubs fans will become as obnoxious as red Sox fans once they win a world series.
 
Some guy is trying to sell Destiny: The Taken King as Brand New but opened. He says he can't guarantee the codes work but "you can buy it and try them yourself". When I asked him a question and informed him he can verify the codes without actually redeeming them he replied back.

"Yes it was given to me. I am not going to enter the code because I already have the expansions. If you would like you can buy it and try the code yourself, if not go share your advice with someone else. Good day to you."

So essentially he's a scammer. I assume he purchased this too late to get $30 back in trade so he bought it anyway, used the codes then put this little gem of a package together for ebay.

Damn so my game which shipped on Friday isn't coming until Wednesday (and I preordered 4 months ago).  Does complaining to Best Buy do anything, I should have just done pickup.

Oh and looks like it was Not Your Fathers Root Beer at the place. They also had Coney Island but wasn;t sure how good that one was

EDIT: well it's not as bad as Tylers or Dereks issue

Astros fan in the 90's, so I hate basically every other team in the NL central. Pirates are still OK in my book because they were usually pretty shitty and never really in contention. But I don't like the Reds, Cubs, or Cardinals.
