Supposedly the Mets supposedly resigned Cespedes to a 3 year deal where he can opt out after 1.  Hopefully, he does well and sticks around.  Nobody wants to play with you, Bryce Harper.

So now they've got Cespedes, Granderson, Conforto, Lagares, and De Aza in the outfield. I wonder if they'll try to move Lagares. I'm sure he's not happy since it looked like he'd be the starter in center.

I can probably help with this today...you dont need to have done anything for co-op yet in order to get this right?

I'm not sure how I feel about Cespedes in center since it's not an outfield position he's particularly adept at playing. I think they'll do a platoon of Conforto/Cespedes in left, if Conforto doesn't hit against lefties, and have Lagares in center when Cespedes is in left. When Cespedes starts in center, Lagares likely ends up being a late inning defensive replacement and they move Cespedes to left and pull Conforto.

Hell, if I can play La Mulana and nearly finish it (and I -really- suck at games), surely you can.

The jump mechanic is just fine. It's just of the "hold button longer to jump higher" variety.

They do have some good depth on the bench now.

 
I found a great 1994 roster file for MLB 15 and I've been playing a franchise with the Braves. Last night, I was playing the Red Sox. Roger Clemens was dominating me the whole game so I was down 2-1 heading to the 9th. Frank Thomas (I got him for McGriff and some other guys) gets on when Mo Vaughn botches a throw at first base. Then David Justice comes up and parks one in the right field second deck to walk off. It was awesome. fuck Roger Clemens.

I disliked the floatyness of it and the fact that you can't jump from under another level. It is just weird. I won't delete the game but its back at the back of the log now. #rosaparks
 
Just finished Bastion on Vita. I think i went from not liking it all that much to liking it and then liking it some more. Might take a stab at another playthrough for the Plat! 

 
Father/Daughter Valentine Day dances.  Creepy? Or Super Creepy?

The whole idea of the thing creeps me out and feeels pedo-ish, but I'll probably take the kid since I know she'd really enjoy it.

Yeah you have to at least finish the calibration/tutorial course before you can hug because you're not close enough to each other to do it until the end of that. But it takes about five minutes to complete if you understand Portal concepts.
 
I've got Heroes of Loot, AternoBlade, Stick It To The Man, and Cats Block in the cart so far.

Might pick up Actual Sunlight as well.

I can't imagne she'd want to hold hands and dance with me though. Which is fine.

Last school dance (elementary) we went to, she was more interested in the lights on the floor than the music and dancing.

Although watching a bunch of 7-10 year olds do the "whip" and "nae nae" was just surreal.

 
Elder, I'd imagine most of the girls will be off with their friends while the dads sit around and talk about sports, video games, beer, etc.  Probably one slow dance with dad.  And you can show off your dance moves.  Make sure you bust out the worm.

Yeah I was the same. The beginning felt pretty weak but as you get further in and get more weapons and upgrade them the gameplay becomes a lot stronger. I really liked the ending, too, despite disliking the narrator quite a bit.

The real creepiness happens when another father starts asking the girls dancing if he can cut in on this dance. That's when you call the cops and GTFO.
 
I think I went to one father daughter dance as a kid? They were always cool then though, because we were all military kids, and having dad home in the first place was awesome. Getting all dressed up with flowers and whatnot just made it more fun. (that's also the day I found out I was allergic to carnations! less fun.) but yeah, seems like the only creepy part would be if someone is being creepy around other peoples kids. mostly just a slow dance or two with dad, and then kids doing whatever it is kids do at dances.

I was checking out one of the CT stations yesterday to see what my mom might get and they were forecasting not huge amounts. She'd be on the edge of 2-4 or 4-7 inches. I thought that was way too low. Now, it's more like 1 to 2 feet. You suck, Gil Simmons at WTNH.
