PSNOT 3.0 - Let's Talk About University of Kentucky, Baby!

Pharm after you talking about it and watching my son play some of it I may play Kung Fu Rabbit myself. Sounds like a good game for during the week when I don't have much play time.
Having 100%'d it twice (Vita + PS3), I can say it's a nice palette cleanser and a relaxing way to spend an afternoon/evening or two.

I usually get up in the 3-5am range. Depends on when the dog starts whining. It bothered me at first but now I use it as gaming/PC time before the wife wakes up. I don't like immediately going to work after I wake up anyway.
This. Except its 6-7am. fuck 3-5 I'd let the dog suffer. I just get up and get an hour or so of game time in before work now though. Pretty nice and chill most mornings.

Well I wake up at 5 am, shower, and go to work. So I'm here at 6. What time do you go to sleep to get up that early all the time? Sheesh.
I used to be on that schedule. It sucks waking up and leaving the house when it's still dark. fuck that! Now I go in at 8.

I may jump on that game too. Need something easy in my life.

Scheduling meetings between 12 and 1 has become an epidemic.  Every other meeting request seems to be between 12 and 1!  And its even worse if I include 1130 and 1pm meetings!

What the fuck are these people all doing the rest of the day and why the fuck dont they like to eat lunch?!?!

For a while we seemed to have a lot of those. In our case it was because we were dealing with meetings with people here and in California.

I think if you have to have a meeting then you should be forced to bring in a decent meal for everyone attending.

Most of the people I deal with are in Tampa and NY. And most are conference calls so we dont even get the benefit of refreshments. Not that it would matter anyway. In this large corporate environment you dont get lunch brought in unless its a big event or senior management meeting.

I got it the second time around last night. Unfortunately, the damn trophy glitched for Zimm and he didn't get it; we completed all the hideouts together. I think his session was glitched, though. We we're trying to get him the 10 assists trophy, but that wouldn't pop for him either. Sometimes the game would register the money for him getting an assist, but it wouldn't say he got an assist. The closest we got was 9 on the mine hideout. Kind of a crappy RDR trophy night for Zimm. We'll get them eventually, Zimm.
At least the glitch worked in our favor occasionally by saying we finished hideouts by just showing up. But sometimes it got tricksy when one of us couldn't see the enemies that were killing us or our horse would get lost trying to come when we whistled for it. Oh well, at least the game is fun so trying them again won't be all chore.

Just block out your calendar from 12-1 and people won't do that shit. Unless they can't read calendars and do it anyway.

There is so much depth and shit popping and exploding and loading and death and life and hit points and grunts and everything I dont know whats happening in Diablo.  I just watch my health bar and cry and run when I see it getting to the half way point and not going back up with my buffs or whatever you call them.

I would like to officially nominate Gator's new trophy card as one of the early favorites for trophy card of the year.
It's surprisingly hideous. I had to check earlier just to see what kind of game would go with that.

Looked through the GF selection for Vita. Not a whole lot there but apparently Spy Hunter is a 7 hour easy plat and seems fun. Hopefully it'll get here fast enough for me to play through it and return before my sub ends on 1/15. :wall:

For me it's not meetings at 12-1 it's people only calling whenever I try to eat. For two years I've tried to vary my lunch for every possible time between 12-3pm and no matter what if I settle on an hour block the assholes somehow know when I'm eating. Only call when I'm about to go get lunch, in the middle of the drive through line, or in the middle of eating. Every time.

At this point its an in office joke that I need to eat more so the phones will keep ringing.

PSDLE is pretty amazing but I do wish there was a way to toggle hiding non-game material. I'm showing 173 PS3 items but that includes like a million Motorstorm RC DLC and a bunch of game unlocks.

If you're talking about the javascript download list thing, you can. At least from the chrome extension I as able to get rid of DLC and demos and add-on shit.

Hm. I'm not seeing how you do that and I am using the extension. The top row just has Export, PS3/PS4/PSP/PSV, and Queue options. Where do you see the ability to hide that stuff?

Not too big of a deal since I just exported to a spreadsheet and am knocking stuff out there, but it'd be nice to not have to cut all those out manually.

You are right it does work, but it doesn't work all that well. It did not seem to nuke that stuff until I disabled unknown. Ideally add-on would have knocked out all DLC stuff.

ETA: Pretty much want to just have game selected to really get rid of all the extra junk. Which I guess that kind of makes sense.

enable catalog on the extension to get more options

To add to my last post, it seems like if the game is a demo with a small unlock that you see the unlock as the game itself.  That makes sense when you think about it too, but while looking at the list seems a bit off.

Oh weird. Just now realizing I didn't have the actual chrome extension installed. Maybe I copied the code over to grease/tapermonkey? Either way, I've had PSDLE running in my browser for a while now. Definitely better than copying to the address bar every time like you used to have to do.

it's not often that I peruse the front page of imgur but I'm waiting for someone to show up for a meeting.  I like that these two are essentially right next to each other.

tomorrow will be the last day I play labyrinth legends hell or high water.  it's pretty frustrating when it comes down to it.  I didn't bother with a guide and I can only find slightly over half the stars (just enough to unlock I guess all but the last level).  there's some irritating stuff in there and very little that redeems it.

Since I know all you assholes care, I decided to suck it up and I really did start putting that fuck ing robot back together last night and I actually made good progress until I screwed my finger.  I am hopeful I will get 90% of it done tonight unless Pancakes decides to show up before midnight tonight.

So my PS3 digital backlog for stuff I actually bought isn't near as bad as I thought--only 53 games deep. PS+ titles add another ~90 though.

Yeah as others have said its a pretty bla/frustrating game and I quit it pretty early.

First casualty of the dog: 3DS charger cable. Chewed threw the entire cable.

Doesn't the little asshole know those are so expensive they don't even come with the system anymore?

tinkered around with the spreadsheet a little bit. i forget how all this stuff works, but you can kind of see where i was going with it. tried to stretch out the columns for the multiplayer games. that way you can write in what you want to work towards while playing. like my example for diablo. i want to finish hardcore, finish plat, and play for fun.

we'll do castlevania next month since we have diablo and rdr groups going already. i didn't add anything to the backlog section yet. didn't know when you were all starting that. i'm thinking we should do 2 games for each catergory. some of us will have all 4, but i imagine a bunch of us won't.

if people agree on better names we can change them. for now it's backlog beatdown and multiplayer monthly

Dust isn't too bad on tough difficulty, right?
I need to go back for Tough mode but I expect it'll be a pain in the ass at least at the beginning. You start out really fragile even on Normal mode. Really wish I hadn't missed that there's a difficulty trophy.

Anybody know if the challenge arenas are affected by difficulty? I have The Stuff of Legends trophy and Baker's Dozen trophies left in addition to the Tough difficulty. I might drop the difficulty down to easy using my existing playthrough, knock those two out, then do a really fast run through Tough mode though I'm a bit worried it'd be hard to play without doing all the leveling you get from all the exploration and quests that the rest of the game provide. :whistle2:k
