First Avenue, the club Purple Rain was filmed in that's pretty much the Prince church, is having a free all night Prince dance party tonight. Wish I could go. Great way to pay tribute.

I really got into it, really enjoyed the game. Hadn't heard of any of the artists before playing it, but there's some catchy tunes in the game. Almost every song has a good beat that fits with with the game's mechanics. Art style is great. Thanks to those that watched the stream last night, looks like almost the whole thing got muted, no big surprise.

Just realized I completely for got to write an introduction paragraph on my review. I never write an intro first, I write about the gameplay or something else to get my brain going on the game, then go back and add the intro later. That review starts fast as fuck!

Yeah it was, it was when I was big into them and ran a site called weezon.com. Got to meet the band etc. etc. I don't listen to Weezer much anymore. Kind of funny how much things change over the years.

Damn that trailer was awesome. I NEVER buy digital games Day 1 that are over $9.99 but Housemarque deserves this purchase. They provided many great games on Sony consoles/ handhelds especially Resogun on PS4 day 1. Alienation looks amazing with the different types of explosions. The hype is real.

Pretty crazy outside First Ave right now, six hours before the dance party starts. Tons of people. Tons of news cameras. Cops directing traffic. Gonna be a hell of a party tonight.

I dipped my toes into the old PSN thread earlier today (surprisingly right before Stotch mentioned about posting in there). It might as well be an off topic thread itself. At least the last couple of pages did not have any discussion that I could see about the PSN sales.

Yea that's why I mentioned your name as I remember you talking about all that and about how you don't like anything from them in a long while. I enjoy most their music except the 3 garbage albums they did between red and ewbaite...I do love their latest 2 albums though.
 
I think 1999 is the only one I have on vinyl. I should really seek out a cheap copy of purple rain and sign o the times before they disappear like bowie records did right after he died.

Yeah, if it ends up being that I guess it would make sense looking back. He was super skinny and died after having the flu. But I would think him having AIDS would've leaked at some point by now.

Also hate people who post dumb shit like "Want: PSN Games, Have: Paypal". I'm pretty sure every person on CAG wants games on PSN and has money. Tell us what games you want! I hope people who post shit like that get the dumbest offers imaginable.

I'm guilty of being part of the flood of pre-order DLC codes that thread always gets when a new big game comes out, but I don't think I've ever started at a price higher than $2, and will basically always sell them for a buck if anyone ever messages me and asks.

Yeah, that one guy prompted my post, but it's what the majority of the other posts are like too. Another thing that annoys me is people that post they want a game for some crazy low price. Like a game that's been out for 2 days or a Nintendo game that's never been discounted they want for $20. No shit? Me too! Some guy did that in the XBL thread the other day and I quoted his post saying I'd beat his price by a dollar.
 
Got the AC: Chronicles plat on Vita. If you have any interest in playing them, try to get the Vita version because they seem better-suited for on-the-go.

The Goku and Nimbus one I loved. I preordered it for my hubbys collection. I just preordered all the Sailor Moon ones that release in the next month or so (there was 6 only). Apparently theres a hot topic exclusive one you can find in store, but I don't have any hot topic that I want to go to here so I would never find it. We don't collect the pops but there are some that I/we can't just pass up. Like the Domo Ghostbuster ones I have :D

I wanted to get the Bender one, I'm debating though if I want the pop or the dorbz one though.
