I know NFL coaches are usually a lot of retreads, but did anyone think that Chip Kelly would get hired again already?  What in the hell are the 49ers thinking?

I will admit that Kaepernick seems to match more what Kelly seems to want to do at the QB position than the garbage he had behind center in Philly, but wow!

It's always supposed to have been in the same household in the fine print I believe, but they never cracked down on it. I don't know if that has changed.

I've gone to a high school reunion every 5 years since I graduated, but not at the school I actually graduated from.  

I moved at the start of my senior year from a town/school I attended for six years, with only the one year at my senior year school.  But the school I left still invites me to all their class reunions because I am still friends with a lot of the people from that class.  Meanwhile I've never received an invite to the other school's reunion.  Which is fine by me.

The 5 & 10 year ones were a lot of fun because no one was on Facebook, but now that we all see what everyone is doing via that, it's less exciting to see what everyone looks like now.  It's still a good excuse to get drunk and tell old stories though, so they're good times.  20 year reunion this summer!

Finally beat gauntlet on hard mode with a great team. Such a huge difference when people are upgraded and know how to play the game. Now just more grinding and endless mode.

Nah, now that the rams are gone and the hopes of a new stadium with them, st louis is pretty much dead in the water as far as mls goes. At least for now anyway.

 
i know nothing about the sports. my brother and brother in law were talking about soccer and they were saying they didn't want rams to leave cuz they wanted a mls team. i have no idea what one had to do with the other. they were having sports and beer time and i was trying to get involved by active listening. i mostly just watch the kids and mind my own business til i can sneak a smoke break when i see my siblings :)

Wait, you people *don't* have college reunions? I'm pretty sure all the Big Ten schools do. I know Wisconsin, Michigan and Northwestern do at least. It's basically just an extra party over homecoming weekend.

I always try to go to my homecoming, because I take any excuse I can get to visit Chicago, and because my college friends are spread all across the country and it's a great way to reconnect with them, albeit not as often as I'd like.

 
Unless you go to a university with dorms, I think lots of people are too busy working and studying to make college friends. I went to mizzou for 2 years and made lots of friends at the dorms, then went to umsl in stl for 2 years and graduated and everyone was living at home and working/studying so you didn't make as many friends cuz you didn't live together. if that makes sense

I thought it was unbelievable that the Eagles were considering Tom Coughlin, but then I remembered it's the Eagles.

And he pulled his name out of the hat; they didn't drop him from their list. He probably woke up this morning wondering what the hell he was thinking.

Its definitely rather basic, it became tedious and boring for me rather quickly. I was hoping the story was going to hold it together for me after all the praise I had heard for it but that was a bigger let down than the gameplay. Art does look good, but thats not enough of a reason to play it imo.

The rams were looking to build a stadium that would also be able to be used for soccer. It was a way to get an MLS team to the city. Now that the rams are gone and their stadium with them, bye bye MLS hopes in St. Louis.

Every school in my area has reunion events. Even the big name ones.

Yes. Like Guardian said it always was supposed to be that way but they were super lenient about it. You could have 4 or 5 different households on one account and each person pay like $25/year. That's what I'm on.

They cracked down on it hard over the summer, but still allow the people who are on shared accounts to stay shared. Hopefully that lasts a while because $25/year for Prime a whole lot easier to swallow than $100/year.

I haven't played it, but I doubt it's much of a Metroidvania. Probably just has an overworld instead of being separated into puzzle chambers. I'd guess it's similar to Stealth Inc 2's "Metroidvania" style.

 
When people (Best Buy employees or whatever) say that if they don't get all 10's on follow up surveys then it's considered a failure, are they just full of shit?

When I was at best buy they'd get mad at you if you had a bunch of negative ones. And you'd get a good review or whatever if you had all 10's on them. Don't know that they ever really did anything that mattered with them though. Unless you really sucked or something and were constantly getting negative reviews.

my wife is on a belleville sluts group along with a few others, so my group seems very tame. A bunch of video game dudes on a cheap game deals website and all we ever do is co op games together. its like a video game addiction support group ;)
