Desktop still looks shit, but yay for Tapatalk to make things look normal.

Though when I first typed that I typed it as "Life with PSNOT is not life at all". Probably also true.

Was someone talking about seeing weezer live a few days ago? Was it a good thing or no? Tickets for the Indy show go live in 2ish days and I'm probably going to grab a couple for the bfs birthday. 

 
If they didn't want me absent mindedly hitting the refresh button all morning they should have said AT 1pm not BY 1pm. 

Don't expect me to be working during work hours!

I'm working from home right now. Nashville is basically a sheet of ice a the moment and there were tons of accidents on the map. I totaled my last car in that situation and don't want a repeat. Plus my driveway is a downhill sheet of ice with cars parked tight around the exit and low visibility from bushes. Not fun.

 
Gave up on Sword Art Online, since it seemed to much like MMO combat and nothing I had real control over.

Operation Abyss: New Tokyo Legacy is nowhere near as good as Demons Gaze. It's not nearly as polished. The menus are crap, the interface is horrendous,  the enemies are tiny and dull.

At least the storyline/premise is novel and hopefully that will be enough for me to overlook it's many other flaws.

Bummer on both since I have them.

I'm trying to decide which dRPG to play next. Dungeon Travelers 2, OA:NTL, or Moe Chronicle. I've also got a few PSP dRPGs to play but I'll put those off a bit longer.

 
Anyone else picking up Dark Cloud 2?  We can make the 200+ hour journey to the plat together.

And why do so many gamers complain about inverted controls?  Get over it, wimps.  It takes like an hour to adjust, unless your brain doesn't work very well.

I'll be getting it eventually, just don't know when.

And I guess my brain doesn't work very well because I fucking hate inverted controls.

Inverted controls are for amateurs, use your feet!

 
Oh Zimm, Owl did you guys download the PS3 update? Maybe it fixed the damn thing signing out every 5 minutes. Mine signed me out at least 8 times during playing Rogue and watching Netflix last night.

I'll pick up Dungeon Travelrs when it goes on sale.

From that GAF thread on the CAG hack:

They were using an outdated version of their forum software, which they were for some reason displaying the version at the bottom of their forum. The version was from early 2014 and had known security problems - I believe there were 5 huge security upgrades since then.

You can see now that their site is back up, they are hiding the version of the software they are using.

It didnt.

Kept signing me out last night while playing dante. That gates of hell thing is tedious.

I did get it, but it didn't seem to work. I had a little better luck with Portal 2 co-op, but still got the random sign outs to kill our game, just less than normal. She had her share too, but that may be her wonky internet. Who knows. Also disconnected a decent amount latter playing pinball.

So yeah I'm guessing not fixed. I hope they fixed the Plus auto-uploads/updates at least.

Yeah Moe Chronicle is an import. It's actually set in the same universe as Monster Monpiece though I'm not sure how they're connected.

 
Tech nerds:

My wifi cuts in and out lately at home.  I downloaded Wifi Analyzer and there are literally 20 interfering signals and no free bands - hurray condo living!  Any ideas on how to keep my neighbors' signals from interfering with mine?  Should I get a new pricey 5.0 GHz router? Although I guess 5.0 doesn't pass through walls very well.
