What is with these indie games that the pause menu defaults your cursor to restart? I recall that being a huge issue with Nuclear Throne based on what people have said, and the last two games I've played (Super Blast Deluxe and Level 22) do the exact same thing.

PUT A RESUME OPTION IN YOUR PAUSE MENU AND HAVE THE CURSOR DEFAULT TO RESUME!

 
yeah pause menu shit should be dev 101.  same as skippable cut scenes that should confirm before skipping them!

Munky owns a lot of movies. A LOT. He goes through withdrawals if he doesn't buy a new movie every few days.

He's got a ton on Vudu too and munkyflix is just his shared Vudu library.

Just played the lego dimensions portal level. Portal seems like it'd be a funny game if I could make it through all the puzzles. But something about the mega contrast and all white stuff always gives me a headache. Even in lego form apparently. 

 
I like hardwood and have it in the living area.  But prefer nice and soft carpet for getting in and out of bed.

It makes more sense to have tile and wood in the south though where its hot as hell all the time.  Keeps the place cooler. 

And yeah carpet in the bathroom is gross.  Same with those old 70s and 80s shag covers for the toilet seat cover itself!  SO GROSS.

My parents actually used to have carpet in the main bathroom. It was also the most central room and closest to the heater, so I'd often just sit on the carpet next to the vent for way too long on cold mornings. They eventually took it out since toilet overflowing + carpet = bad, but most stuff in their house still hasn't been updated since the late 60s/early 70s. Like they have a bar in the basement with velvety wallpaper.

Carpet is nice but doesn't mix well with pets.

The house I'm in had carpet in the bathrooms when I bought it. You're right about that being gross. For some reason they put cheap sticky linoleum squares over the hardwood in one room, too. Dumb bastards. And upstairs they ran grounded wire to the outlets, cut the ground short, and installed 2-prong outlets. Who does that?!

 
PSNP is a bit silly when it comes to how it figures the latest game played--apparently it goes by last game synced rather than an actual date/time stamp? I just updated my 2nd Vita after not playing it for a while and the sync being weeks out of date. PSNP still switched to that as the most recent game.

Did the Dying Light trade value go up by 1/3 this week? I traded it in back when they were giving 50% bonus and I think I got about $21. It's only $5 less than the Following edition now.

The wife did indeed enjoy the Fuller House first episode. She's delighted to report that it's just as bad as the original series. I expect she's already hoping for Fullest House 20 years from now when the next generation comes along.

If worse comes to worse, when you finish getting all the other trophies you can dupe a high level consumable soul item and level up to 150ish range (I think that's where I'm at, I'll have to check) and I can just drop you a +5 bladestoned weapon. I gave up trying to get it legitimately after awhile and I found someone to drop me a pure bladestone. Though you definitely want to get the friends and foe ring before leveling out of common multiplayer range just in case you need a little character tendency to get you over the top.

Samsung UN55JU7100. It's replacing an Aquos LC42D62U which is still going strong *knock on wood* which I moved to the bedroom. It's funny that the Aquos is nearly double the weight of the Samsung despite it being 13" smaller.

The Mormons episode of South Park is really good. The family is a bit over the top, most mormons (like most other people) are more judgmental than that, but for the most part they're just nice people. I really like how they did that episode.

Played some Diablo 3 with my kids and one of their cousins. It's fun, but there's so much interruption for everybody to check new equipment and skills.
