It's not invincible. Just keep shooing at it while dodging the attacks. It starts out green and slowly turns red as you damage it more. Eventually he'll jump down.

Can you force him to fire into the mirrors which deflects his shot back at himself?

Actually no, but the boss is pretty cool. All your shots deflect back at you and can damage you. He barely attacks in the first phase. Each row of mirrors (there's three) turns your projectile into a projectile with different durability / damage. So you're mostly dodging your own deflected attacks while each mirror out of 20-30 probably takes 5-6 hits to destroy.

So a couple days ago I scheduled a team meeting for this morning to tell the staff about our layoff.  And of course one person decides she doesnt want to come into work today.  Ugh, staff are almost as bad as kids.

Anyway she gets to hear it over the phone now instead of face to face.  Oh well, thats her problem if it matters to her.

And one woman cried! It sucks really. I dont like seeing someone cry. The worst part is she is one of the best ones and will surely find another job if she wants one so she doesnt even need to cry!

interesting how god eater made number one on vita, despite being released on the 28th. still pretty tempted to get it. hopefully it shows them how well digital does if it's priced better. also, mana making it to 4th being released on the same day. i thought for sure that xcom or one of the other sale games would be top. surprisingly, not too many sale games from last week made it that high.

Every fucking time I need to have an important meeting, someone is out sick unexpectedly. Even when they know ahead of time its an important meeting. It's so irritating!
