PSNOT 3.0 - Let's Talk About University of Kentucky, Baby!

Another slap for PoP: Forgotten Sands but a slap-dodge on Amnesia, a visual novel that most of you will probably skip. This is still a pretty good lineup, though.
I was in for a stinging slap on Amnesia as I just purchased it on sale last week, but was able to parry the blow by politely asking for a refund in live chat with CS and they granted it to me. Very minor slap on PoP: Forgotten sands as I bought it for $2 back in March.

Looks like I'll finally be able to play Journey. Avoided buying that one since forever ago.

Also dodged a bullet by not buying Amnesia. Prepare yourselves for 8 hours of reading about being a bland girl that everyone can't help but love. Or just hit the skip all button for trophies.

I bet some people will get all excited about free retail games for PS4 and Vita until they realize what they are. And that's why they should have released Knack, instead. GOTY obviously.

The only game I own from that list is Journey so I'm happy with September's lineup.

Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to buy $80 worth of indy games priced $10 and less from PSN.

Sweet so that cheap copy i preordered from amazon is gonna be in a steelbook?

Hahaha, when Vig says something sorta whiny, Stotch comes in with a terrible joke making fun of him and Cro immediately follows repeating it in different words. This has happened a couple times now. Are you guys organizing this on Discord?

I was just quoting an old youtube video of a dude getting beat up on by a bunch of white knights after he slapped the shit out of a girl that slapped him first.

He slaps the shit out of her.

Why would you cancel it?
1. I didn't have a lot of Amazon credit to spare at the time and I figured I could use that ~$40 on something better

2. I haven't played a Hitman game besides HitmanGO, so I'm not exactly a big fan of the franchise

3. I figured the price would drop fairly quickly

4. I didn't expect a day-one steelbook for it

You haven't played any of them? We've got like 4 of them free with PS+. Blood Money is the best of the original 3 and is a fairly quick plat. I did it in about 2 days and you know I'm not exactly the speediest when it comes to playing through games. Granted it doesn't help you make any kind of decision since you already cancelled it, but it might inform you if you want to pick it up eventually. From what I saw of a PSNOTer streaming episode 1 it was closer in implementation to the original 3 than Absolution.

Almost done with The Warriors (PS4).  Gonna try to Platinum it.

Had the game on both Xbox and PS2 back in the day, but never beat it.

Fun beat-em-up.  I like the variety in gameplay.

Yeah, I have all of those to eventually play, so it's not like I don't have options.

Not sure if you care about these, Tyler, but just in case:

I'm in for the 8-bit one.

Vig you realize we all read the thread where you said you'd cancel if it didn't have a plat right? You don't have to make up other excuses, you can just say you cancelled because you didn't think it would have a plat.
We all read it, you're the only one that remembered and remembered when he said it.

Still waiting for SF5 to hit $15.

Looks like the usual batch of games on sale, some with worse prices than before.

Lots of Mighty No 9 available!
