I just woke up late today to find I got some more crappy mail from Playstation Underground. I opened it up and inside is a letter congradulating me on becoming a member, even though I've been a member for two years already. Included was a $5 coupon off any PS2 game at BB with no minimum price and expires July 3rd, 2006. It's not a super deal, but this could either lead to a free game or save you some money on games that are below $19.99 (ie. games that won't work with the GGC).

I understand that this is probably a random thing since most PSUnderground stuff is so not everyone will get it.

Could you perhaps scan the coupon for us? Thanks for the information as well. I have been apart of PSU for a long time, so I doubt I will get this.

Sorry, don't have a scanner or camera with me. My sisters took all my equipment, so I won't get it back for a while.
 
I've gotten many coupons from the Playstation Underground over the years (I've been a member for around 9 years or more) but I haven't seen this one yet.

Playstation Underground mail is always good to me.:)

Yes please scan? I've been a member of the PSU for years and have only recieved one crappy coupon for $5 off a $29.99 PS game.

YMMV. Some CC stores will accept competitor coupons. I know mine does. The coupon says "Not good with any other offer or discount," so they might not let you use it on the $10 games. It also says no copies.
 
I was able to pick up a free JamPack Vol. 14 while I was doing my price adjustments at Best Buy today. I'll have to see if Circuit City will match the coupon when I go later this week.

EDIT: Just to clarify, I used a black & white printout of thebob101's scan. I told the cashier I found it online and he scanned it in and the computer accepted it just like last year's $5 off ps2 coupon.
 
Why cant the Playstation Underground ever send me something useful? If I ever get anything form them its some bs that I dont care about. If I got the infamous demo with Viewtiful Joe 2 on it I would have gotten a free game and with this I could have saved a whopping $5. Oh well. :cry:
 
This works on PSP games as well. I brought up Infected to PM later with CC and Duel Masters, hoping to get that free. But the box came up and it said PSP or PS2 and it applied to infected. I took my coupon back at that point, but it does work psp.

Contrary to your predictions, I was able to use a print out of the scan today just fine--picked up a copy of Silent Hill 4 (PS2) for $5+tax after coupon :)

If it does apply to GTA:LCS, then I'm gonna be one happy CAGer. If not, I could still try and find some copies of BG&E and Stuntman at BB and have those reduced in price to free and $5.
 
It worked fine for me, I picked up Rainbow Six 3 for 4.99, minus the Price Grabber rebate, makes it free, other than tax.
 
I picked up Virtua Fighter 4 Evolution for $4.99 at BB yesterday, after using a color printout of the coupon :mrgreen:

It didn't scan (did it happen to yours?) but the cashier keyed in the $5 discount instead.

I used a 4x6 @ CC, but I haven't tried at BB yet, where they would actually scan the barcode.
 
I used the coupon today to grab another copy of Silent Hill 4 (my store is insanely stocked with them) for $5--the coupon scanned just fine for me.... looks to be a keeper :)

When I printed the coupon using firefox, it is pretty big and it didn't scan.

When I downloaded the coupon jpg and printed it with Paintshop Pro, it is slightly smaller than 4x6, haven't used it yet so won't know if it scans or not.

I dunno about the old list, but I know right now at my BB they have Wayne Gretzky 2005 for 4.99, and about a billion copies of Duel Masters for 4.99 as well. I'm gonna have to go grab one of each tomorrow since I forgot to print anything out today.

it was. I made up alot of needed money with it. For almost every game I got for free with the old coupon I got $10 back from sellign stuff or trading with friends.
 
The one I got in the mail yesterday was $5 any PSP game. Do you think it matters which I use it for? I would rather use it on a PS2 game.
 
Tagged for later...I saved $105 total on PS2 games with last years coupon, that's 21 games to the average lay person!!!

Of course, what I spent was much worse...I hate CAG!!!
