Why is HBK always overlooked when it comes time to make a topic? I remember Scorch saying something about doing it out of respect for Saucy, so I guess my real question is: why did Saucy dislike HBK so much?

The whole "40 year old man coming out to 'sexy boy'" theme, I think.

....that's it? That's the reason why? Good grief.

I'm guessing because of how much he liked Bret Hart

That I can understand. I guess I'm one of the ones that really likes both of them.
While I have been a lifelong Bret Hart fan, that isn't the only reason why I don't like Shawn Michaels.
First, let it be known that I have a lot of respect for Shawn Michaels the performer. Even at over 40, he puts on great wrestling matches, and when he doesn't use that sickening goody-two-shoes bullshit gimmick, he's very interesting to listen to. He made a great heel. I even loved his stuff with DX.
However, I don't like the man who wears the wrestling boots. I'm really happy that Shawn found Jesus and is a happy man. I also agree that getting the forgiveness of the Lord is the most important thing for a religious man to do.
Shawn said that he doesn't do "risque" gimmicks and promos anymore because "just because the Lord forgave your sins doesn't give you a free pass to do it again."
However, just because you have been forgiven by the Lord doesn't mean that you shouldn't seek out those you have wronged and ask their forgiveness. That brings us to Bret Hart. Shawn has never really apologized for what he did that night. In fact, he says he would do it again. I would think that he would be decent enough to apologize and even if he means it, keep the "I'd do it again" to himself.
Shawn seems to think that just because he's found Jesus that he doesn't have to make up for all the mistakes he made. All the womanizing, backstabbing, cheating, and negative behavior doesn't exist anymore, it seems. And even as a "changed" man, that doesn't stop you from hearing that Shawn is still an uptight ass behind the scenes.
It's good that Shawn is happy now and everything, but it's sad that I've seen the man that he really was and unfortunately, to a degree, still is. That's the downside of knowing what goes on behind the scenes in professional wrestling nowadays.
The upside is that you know that these men and women have families, that they are working through major injuries that would make any regular person shrivel up and cry for painkillers, that they have to sacrifice relationships and their own well-being and happiness to entertain the fans. You realize that when they have an off-night, most of the time it isn't because they care, but it is because they are human beings like us. They can't be perfect 24/7. Also, sometimes you'll learn that someone who comes off as a giant asshole in the ring is one of the nicest people you will ever meet in real life.
However, the downside of knowing the truth is that you see that your heroes are more like villains in real life. You hear about wrestlers sexually harrassing the female workers. You hear about wrestlers who walk out on or blow matches because they don't like the finish or the paycheck or the other wrestler. You hear about wrestlers abusing their families... abusing drugs... abusing their bodies. You hear about wrestlers who make the little kids cry and tell them to go to hell when all the little kid wanted was to say hi and that he loves to watch the guy wrestle. Backstabbing, cheating, lying, abuse... sometimes it makes you wish that you never knew anything about what goes on in the lives of these people.
I know that if I didn't know about the human being that Shawn Michaels is and was, I might be cheering for him like many of you.
Nah,

him. He still can't touch The Hitman. Heh heh.
If you want to, make a topic about Shawn. He's been an incredible in-ring performer, and that's what these topics celebrate. And besides, I won't be around to see it anyway.
