I still got Disgaea sealed! BTW I read the lastest Tips and Tricks book RE 2 and RE 3 for cube were 100 on ebay while original FF tactics went up to 200 on ebay now thats insane!!

in the last month i got firefighter f.d. 18, suikoden III and disgaea. All three were and are still sealed, put away in my collection! firefighter f.d. 18 was 29.99 at fye, suikoden III was 9.99 at kmart and disgaea was 39.99 at gamecrazy!!!!

First off, a sealed Disgaea isn't that rare. Anyway, none. I play my games. Trying to use a game as an investment is the stupidest thing I've heard of since there was that guy on the Daily Show that was convinced that after the turn of the millenium, Pez dispensers would take over as the dominant form of currency.

I used pez dispensers to buy all my games...

Ive got sealed kakuto chojin for Xbox. It was pulled from shelves right after it came out due to some supposed "racial slurs" within the game.

the only game i still have sealed is XII wich is only sealed cause ive been too lazy to unseal it since i bought it last night
black lable FFt is 200$ on ebay? wow I got one of those mint/complete

link?
Yeah, SEALED. Open is worth like.. $10.

I have Captain Novolin for the SNES sealed. Never heard of it? Yeah, its rare.

I remember that. They offered it as a free rental at blockbuster back in the day. I rented it.

i am from ohio mkg12. I do not save the games for investment, when i get a game i really like i always try to get a sealed copy later on to put away, so i can pull it out 20 years from now and enjoy again!

2 Sealed copies of World of Warcraft: Collector's Edition.

Going for about $225 a pop on eBay. Got them for $80. :D

No doubt, my best investment EVAR.

Also recently purchased Arc the Lad Collection for PS sealed. Thanks again, IGotBass!

The diabetes awareness game? That game sucks. Damn shame for children who got this one under the tree, because not only do they have diabetes, they have a terrible game.

Nothing big... just Gitaroo Man (PS2) and World of Outlaws: Sprint Cars 2002 (PS2). Thanks to CAG, I was able to pick both up within the last year for a total of $15.

I have a ton of games sealed, although probably none of them are rare, I just haven't gotten around to opening or playing them. I agree with someone earlier who said video games are a stupid investment. A game gets rereleased and there goes your investment.

Sealed:
Rez: $50 (later bought another for $25)
Gitaroo Man: $10
Suikoden III: $7
Disgaea: $25
RAD: $20

EDIT: Oh, STILL sealed? None, I open all of my games (because I don't plan to sell them :p)

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtels II (NES)
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III (NES)
Super Mario Bros 3 (NES)
Zelda: A Link to the Past (SNES)
Earthbound (SNES - never came sealed though)

Chris

I picked up Rhapsody for $10 sealed at Wal-mart and never got around to playing it. When I saw how outrageously overvalued it was and after reading some reviews decided I wouldn't be missing anything, so I sold it for a little over $100.

sealed Radiant Silvergun, im still kicking myself for opening Panzer Dragoon Saga, and playing it like for 5 minutes, im not into rpgs all that much.

I have a bunch of sealed games just because I haven't gotten around to playing them. But the only one that would really be considered even somewhat rare is Disgaea. I plan on starting it eventually when I have time to focus on it.
the only game i still have sealed is XII wich is only sealed cause ive been too lazy to unseal it since i bought it last night
Wow, that is rare -- the virtually-unknown prequel to XIII! ;)
Only the true hardcore will know how rare my sealed copy of Fox Hunt for Playstation really is.
I have a promo copy of the Fox Hunt soundtrack. Not sealed, though.

I'd say the rarest, most valuable sealed game I have is Paper Mario. I bought it at TRU years ago for about $10.

I find it funny how many people threadcrapped on this, ripping on people for having sealed games. Boo hoo -- just because other people view their gaming collections differently than you doesn't make you cooler than they are.

I have a sealed second model SNES, but it's for when the one I have breaks.

Edit: I have no sealed games.

I have rare video games, just not sealed, though to to apply to a rare game(not just video) sealed, i have a 1900's Buck Rogers metal Toy Rocket, that my great grandfather would play with as a kid, he somehow managed to keep one sealed

EDIT: and as for kick in the pants stupidity, i opened the collectors Zelda:Ocarina of time, Ten Year Old McFarlane Toys, as well as the ever rare Vulcan Rare Action Figure, from MGS, which cameos in the Sequel for the PS2

I don't usually keep games sealed for collection purposes, but the one exception I made is my copy of Final Fantasy Anthology (non GH) for the PS. I had won the game in a IGN contest in 2001 (something like "win the 10 best games of 2000" contest) and I kept it sealed because I already owned the game. I left it at home while I went to college. During that time, my parents moved and the case got cracked a little. Also, there's a nice little hole in the barcode in the back of the case (presumably because I won it in a contest). The fact that the game didn't really turn out to be rare also hurts a bit.

I don't have ANY games sealed. When I buy a game it's opened on the way back to car or the car ride home whether I think I'll play it right away or not. I just love to open a new games and smell the "new game" smell. :D

Tales of Destiny II for PSX Sealed. Picked it up at a Toys r Us for $20 baby.

I got a friends that has a Panzer Dragoon Saga sealed. That bastard paid $10 for his copy. I Hate him.

The only sealed games i have are VJ2, Spikeout, Shadow Hearts 1 + 2, MGS 3 and 2 copies of Ico

Haven't gotten around to VJ2 or Spikeout. I play my back ups of SH 1+2 and MGS3(and yes, with no remorse, so spare me the moral whipping), and I found the copies of Ico cheap and decided to hold on to them since I already have an opened copy and think the game will appreciate a bit.

I dont really have much for big money games... I have to harder to find ones, but only one worth big money.

Sealed WoW:CE that I got for 60... tempted to play it...
I have a sealed copy of Shadow hearts 1, the promo copy.

The only games I have sealed are ones I haven't gotten to play yet, with WoW being the one possible exception.

The rarest...

Tales of Destiny II (PS One)
Rez (PS 2)
Paper Mario (N64)
Metal and Lace (PC) (Not a highly sought afer game but it is old and wasn't highly distributed. )

I really never had a lot of sealed games until I started coming to CAG. I got loads now but they aren't as "rare" as the ones I mentioned.

I bought a sealed DDR disney mix just a year ago... not for the purpose of keeping hidden, but for playing... only cost me 24.99

I have plenty of sealed games in my collection at the moment, only because I wont open a game until I am ready to play it

The only game I have sealed is Second Sight, which I got during the CAG Gamestop Pre Order deal. I haven't gotten around to opening it yet.

Klonoa: Empire of Dreams - $9.90
Suikoden III - $12
Castlevania III: Dracula's Curse - $30

I used to own a sealed copy of Yu Gi Oh Premium Edition for PSX that I bought for $13. I sold that sucker on Ebay for $111 shipped though. :whistle2:D

Bomberman for NES
Ummm...
I used to have Final Fantasy III sealed before someone stole it.

Resident Evil series for Cube sealed except for 1 and 4 (non-rare ones).

Disgaea/La Pucelle/Phantom Brave (SE + regular) all sealed
None. I don't care how rare a game is, if I have the means to play, it's getting played.
Thanks for enlighting me
