most gs stores had no problems selling penny guides unless the manager was a douche. it was bb who programmed their system to stop selling them for some unknown reason even though they were available to buy for years by that point, since at least 2002. if they still existed i would have no problem selling them to customers.

hardcover only for me though. And I believe this guide is useless now with the new update. Totally changed the gameplay I heard.

Me too. I have quite a large collection over the last 20 years. Gave away many to friends along the way. I look back and can picture the piles and piles I never took, only ever took one of each guide, unless a friend asked for one specifically. Most stores hooked me up, really only had one manager at one store a decade ago literally ’field destroy’ guides, ripping them in half or cutting covers off.
