Anyone know how long it takes them to ship an order? I placed mine early in the morning the day before Thanksgiving, and it still shows as processing on the status page.

If it's processing, it should ship in a day or two- remember, TRSI is closed over the weekend, and it was the biggest shopping weekend of the year. They've got a good backlog to get through.

I placed an order last Friday afternoon (PST) and placed another order late Friday night, as items returned to stock, with the intention of canceling my first order. I fired off an email right after I placed the 2nd order because TRS office was closed. I call this morning at 6:20AM (PST) to make sure I cancel my first order BUT the CSR over the phone told me I canNOT cancel the order because it's "Processing." WTF? So I asked about my second order to see if I can cancel that one instead... he told me the same thing... now how is that even possible? I placed the second order while their office was closed and I called TRS 20mins after the office reopened on Monday. I was told to request a RMA after I received the order for refund... WTF?! 
Feeling pissed off and sleepy, I ended the call and went back to sleep...
This is irratating me to no end as I have about 70% dups between the two orders and they are both being shipped to me in Canada. This basically means I'll get hit by customs for both packages and return shipping for one package back to TRS... Both orders are over $150 in value so why can't TRS save itself the shipping and my irratation by just cancel the order for me?
Anyone else having similar problems with canceling orders at TRS? The only time I see the order updated on the website was when it says "Processing" so if a customer cannot cancel the order at this stage, when is it possible to cancel the order?

Just refuse the delivery or if it is left at your house write 'refused' on it and drop it off at the PO. As long as it is not opened they will ship it back.

If you decide to order anything else, definitely get rumbling hearts. If you've not seen it yet it is amazing and if you have then of course you already know this. And 12 dollars for an entire series that is great is a killer deal.

Wasn't planning to place a third order but then they added Zipang although I'll have to track down a volume 6 somewhere. I think at this point I'm going to pass on placing another order- sure, they keep adding good series... but I already own all of them (with the notable exception of Hell Girl, which isn't fully in-stock and would cost just as much for the boxset during a funi sale anyway.)

I picked up the entirety of season 2 of Ah! My Goddess from the sale (including the disc with the nice Artbox), along with a few random DVDs of Full Metal Alchemist for my girlfriend as a Christmas present. I wish they had DVD 4 of My HiME, cuz then I'd pick up the whole set. I don't want to get the rest and be missing a disc. Ah well! Might just pick up the complete collection that they have. It would cost me a bit more, but would probably be worth it.

I hope you do realize that Wallflower is not going to get a complete singles release. From what I do know right this minute, FUNimation will release the rest of the Wallflower in "parts" (e.g. part 1 and part 2) The Wallflower artbox unfortunately won't be filled. Tokyo Majin is another title that will not see all volumes released as singles. I really wanted Majin to be released in full with singles as an option.

The GA membership doesn't work on the existing "Bargain Bin" sale.
Have/Had it. So long as you buy a lot, it's worth it. It works predominantly on Studio sales and Pre-orders and regular prices.
Whether the Got Anime (GA) discount works will depend if the statement "Not Eligible For Additional Discounts" is tagged to products. If yes, then GA is not applicable. It no, then GA works to knock 10% off the price. Shop around though, rightstuf does not always offer the best pricing.
