I dig Message In A Bottle. I might have to give that a download. I enjoyed it on GH2 definitely. The guitar pattern gets repetitive there for awhile though.

Wait...what??? Bad Company was going to be part of this pack? That would've have been the best classic rock band to include, man!

Blondie is more "new wave", anyways.

...I want a New Wave pack. The Cars, Talking Heads, and another Blondie.

And a Rockabilly pack, while we're at it. And generally stuff that's not classic rock. It's good and all but that and metal feel a little saturated.

originally. they had the march scheduled dlc in oxm, but the they changed/delayed the order of everything and have now changed one of the packs. The pack was supposed to include "shooting star" but it was going to be a cover, not a master track. Still, i'd rather have bad company. unless, of course, they are getting the master track, then i can wait.

this is a great pack, despite having to wait extra for Bad Company. Blondie is a nice surprise, though, and will encourage our female players to sing some more.
 
I was just thinking of a KMFDM pack and what I would like would basically be...

-Spit Sperm (I can only imagine great things in screaming the chorus)
-Ultra
-Feed Our Fame

Then again there are like, what? 20 Or so KMFDM albums not counting remixes (might as well include MDFMK in that). So huge ass library. Plus not even counting Lucia songs...
 
I can't get Ballroom Blitz. Its in two different setlists in 2-player tour mode, one with 8 songs the other with 12. The trouble is that the setlists can only be played in hard mode and we can't make it. Is there any chance that I can get it playing the single-player tour mode?
 
Not a big fan of "Simple Man", will probably just get the Blondie song and will definitely get "Massage in a Bottle".

How does it break down anyway? It's like saving $0.50 buying the pack right? I'd rather use the $2.00 and buy a song I actually like.
 
So I finally started playing this online a few days ago to get the few online achievements and I can't believe the amount of quitters I am encountering! I'm playing it on hard and here are the stats:

Played: 42
Loss: 1
Win: 21
Quit: 20

This was quite annoying because you don't get the win when people quit.
 
I haven't messed with the online achievements yet for that reason. I'm hoping a future patch will award a loss to the quitters.

dude if there was a KMFDM pack it would be at least if not more then 15 songs!

I'm pretty sure quitting DOES count as a loss. The non-quitter, just doesn't get a win, which stinks. I got all the online achievements, but it took a lot longer than it should have when I would be at 4 wins and about to win a 5th...then they'd quit and I'd lose the next one :(
 
I'm almost done with Hard Solo Tour (on the Guitar), but I've the wall with Flirting With Disaster & GG&HT. I keep failing 90% or so into GG&HT, where as FWD is just a pain in my ass.

I'm happy with my progress though. Just last year I could barely play GHII on medium, failing songs left & right, now I'm not half bad at hard.

I got a lot of quitters last night too. Maybe it has to do with people trying to get achievements. I wonder if it counts against you if you as a lose if you quit?
If some one quits on me though, I give them bad rep.

I finally beat medium drums yesterday. After I had my wife help me cheat GG&HT I never even came close to failing on any other song. That song still pisses me off just thinking about how many times I tried it.
 
So GHIII bundles in a new Def Leppard song, probably at the normal excessive price point. Yet Rock Band releases a new Motley Crüe song, unbundled and at a reduced price.

Now, which one should I support?

So wait? We basically get FOUR songs this week?! Holy nutsack! Though I wish it was "Looks that Kill" so me and my friends can recreate the music video and possibly shoot pentagrams at each other.

OMG, seriously. I started on medium drums so I could get a feel for the game, and fucking "Green Grass and High Tides" took up the worst hour of my life. Eventually, I just gave up, stopped trying to hit the foot pedal during those long, repetitive stretches, and managed to four star it that way.


I also hate "I Get By" for similar reasons.
