Rock Band series - Rock Band 4 out now

I would absolutely be up for more MuteMath. I've got a request list of their songs that's about 2 album track lists and 3 EP's long, which coincidentally is almost the same size of their catalog. Huh, imagine that.

Well, I broke down and pre-ordered Green Day.

I figure it's the only way I'll get to play their old songs on any music game.

I know I'll enjoy it because I liked Dookie and American Idiot.

Besides, Dookie was the first CD I bought, so I'm duty bound to get it.

4/13:

Serj Tankian – “Empty Walls”
Serj Tankian – “Sky is Over” +
Smash Mouth – “All Star” +
The Used – “Blood on My Hands”
The Used – “Born to Quit”
The Used – “The Taste of Ink”

Price:
$1.99 USD, £.99 UK, €1.49 EU (160 Microsoft Points for Xbox 360) per track
$5.49, £2.49 UK, €3.99 EU (440 Microsoft Points for Xbox 360) for “The Used Pack 01”
$2.00 USD (200 Wii Points™) per track

Zzzzzzzz.

Funny how that works eh? If Whitney Houston's "How will I know" ever comes to RB... egad! I'm old!

Ha. My first will sadly never come to Rock Band due to sample licensing issues I'm sure, but holy shit would it be awesome if it did somehow:
Is it wrong to want more Audioslave? Does Harmonix take requests for DLC?
It's not wrong. The more, the better.

My first CD was Metallica's Ride the Lightning, so I'm covered there, but my first *cassette tape* was, gulp...

Paula Abdul. Hey, I was a kid, dangit!!

Anyway, probably in for Empty Walls. And is anyone else excited for the potential of some duet vocals on a SOAD song in RB3? A song like Hypnotize would be perfect for that.

My first CD won't make it in... Dr. Dre's the Chronic. Cassette wise it also wont show which was DJ Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince's He's the DJ and I'm the Rapper.

I have that one on vinyl! Down in a box in my parents basement still! You don't think that Parents Just Don't Understand wouldn't work in Rock Band? Eh, maybe DJ hero, lol...

That was my younger brother's first cassette. That album fucking rules (as does their debut before that). After that it gets a little iffy, and obviously his solo career is awful.

When I bought that on CD several years back, It sucked to find a couple of edited versions that were full-length on the cassette. Human Video Game removed the entire Pac-Man section, which annoyed the hell out of me.
Thanks.
Just so you know... I requested 311 almost a year ago on it so you might not see your requested band/song. I wonder if Harmonix even looks at any of the requests.

Well on my wish list I had C'mon C'mon by the Vonbondies, The Trooper by Iron Maiden, Two Princes by The Spin Doctors (which ended up being hard and gay on drums), Never Let You Go by Third Eye Blind (which kinda made it, but via a not as good re-record) and the last song; Wheel in the Sky by Journey and it's the only one not available on the Rock Band platform. So I would say they do an alright job and looking at those lists.

C'mon C'mon actually came out a day after my 21st birthday last year. Funny thing is I was about two weeks into a 3 and a half month stint at Ft. Benning, GA for Infantry basic training. I found out in a letter my bro wrote me because I told his ass to keep in the know when it came to Rock Band. And this song is/was easily my biggest Rock Band want. It was just my luck for it to come out when it did.
Shouldn't this thread be in the general gaming thread?
Not necessarily. The content available on the 360 is different from that on the PS3/Wii. RBN mostly.

311 would be awesome. I requested Green Day when RB2 first came out and Green Day Rock Band comes out in June :p

Yeah I put in for some Type O as well. I don't expect we'll see it, but if they're going to try to sell, now is the time since his name is in the news.

Wow, random Supergrass...not my favorite song of theirs but I may get it.

I'm glad to take a break from new ("decent") dlc. I just bought the Dragon Age stuff, so that put a dent into my points balance.

I can't fucking stand "Blister in the Sun". Makes my ears bleed everytime I hear, and just makes me want to drink even more when I'm at a bar and it comes on.

I'm curious to see how American Music plays on the drums. If I remember right, it the drummer only uses a snare.
Femmes and Coheed for me. Best DLC in a long while.
I have to agree with this statement. The last time I got the urge to pop in RB2 was when the Gaga DLC was released.

Embarassing this long after the fact, but I need a partner to get that damn 90 seconds of overdrive achievement. If you have GNR's "Sorry" DLC it would be ridiculously simple (I can't be more than like 10 seconds away from it just doing it on my own), but I don't care what song it's on, there are others that are pretty easy too.

Also need the "savior 3 times during a song" one if anyone feels like being terrible.

If you have the RB1 songs, the easiest song to get 90 seconds of OD is Epic by Faith No More. Also, you need three people in a band to get the savior award, because you can only save a person twice before they fail. I'd help you, but I play on the PS3.

I need the 90 seconds of Overdrive as well, I should be able to get on anytime after Wednesday. I can help with the Savior achievement too, if we can get one more person.
