What kind of shoes do you mangs wear? I got these fresh gucci kicks:

(red+black and green+black) that are in pieces, but I refuse to get rid of them because they're so damn comfortable.
 
Right now, it's whatever my mom happens to buy me. Right now, it's a pair of white reebok with a bit of blue in them. I'd post pics, but can't really find them online. Although they look fairly generic.

For whenever I manage to land a job, I have a pair of new LA Gear which I'll wear for that which look more or less the same as the Reebok.

Same- work dress code only lets me wear black sneakers anyway, don't really wanna go blowing a bunch of money on a bunch of shoes I might wear once a week. (I also find damn near all of the shoes posted so far to be pretty fucking ugly... the 2 rising sun patterns are ok.)

You all have such poor taste in footwear. And those Gucci shoes are fake as hell. Did you rip those pics off of the eBay auction listing you bought them from?
 
Black Non slip, oil resistant work boots, with Gel padded inserts...Working in the kitchen for 14 hours a day is Hell on your feet and footwear.

and OP....those are some godawful shoes, some of the gaudiest pair of footwear I've ever seen. If you paid more than $5 for those shoes you got ripped off.
 
Docs for work/casual
New Balance for jeans/athletic activity in summer
Generic brown sandals all summer ("mandals" as the teen girl I passed in the mall referred to them as she said, "I like your mandals" ... I still am not sure if she was being sarcastic or not)
Asics for running (a rare event these days)

I have the same problem with your shoes as I have with any designer brand accessory- it's an ugly pattern in an ugly color with a big-ass company logo on it that on one would consider buying if it were from anyone other than a name brand designer (or bootlegger)... it's a lot of money for what amounts to having ads tied to your feet.

A $50 pair of sneakers that holds up for 2 years is a better investment than a $30 pair that only lasts 1. One must also take into account support and comfort, as inserts and other junk will just raise the operating cost of cheap shoes.
 
so the 80 GB is what gets the price drop to $299? Who would buy that now with the slim being 120 GB and the same price?

For formal events I wear pinstripe Chuck Taylor's.
Concerts I wear leather boots.
Work I usually wear a pair of Adidas.
For just randomly going out like a movies, usually Vans or other pair of Chucks.
