This thread has been on life support for some time. Seems like the creation of this thread has killed any Shopko Clearance.

I also made it wiki so others can update this front page with their finds if they want.

UPDATE June 6, 2012

They just did a 90% drop for two games. Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands DS ($1.49) originally $14.99. The other is Marvel Super Hero Squad: The Infinity Gauntlet for the DS ($1.99) originally $19.99.

Uhh.. Wow.

Don't hold your breath -- most of those games are gone by now. If Shopko doesn't sell it after a certain amount of time, it gets sent to Goodwill. Most of what's on your list you can find sealed at your local thrift store now. :D
Picked up :360: DDR Universe + Pad for $5.99 (90%) on Tuesday.

I saw some other red tagged clearance but can't recall 100% what they were.
:ps3: Armored Core 4 was something like $14.97? I think it was 60% off $45.
and I want to say :ps3:One of the Gundams was around $15-$20 too.
sweet find on DDR Bundle. none at my shopko.

picked up Just Cause :360: for $3.99 - white tag though
also saw Excite Truck red tagged for $19.99, so i'm guessing that will drop again sooner or later

not much of an update, but it's something i suppose.

Sweet, looks like some games are starting to come out....I picked up DDR for a X-Mas present back in December for $15, nice grab placebo

Just got back from Shopko and nothing new....however; they did have Killzone 2 out on the floor. tried to buy it but the register blocked the sale. The manager even tried to override it without any luck......so, so close...

stopped by shopko today. i saw a lot of crappy GBA games for 4.99. Evil Dead regeneration (xbox) for 2.49 and Quantum Redshift (xbox) for 2.49. seems like they're trying to get rid of their xbox and GBA titles. but i can be wrong.

:ps2: Shining Force EXA $3.99

It wasn't marked on clearance or price cut. (red and yellow tags respectively) It was just sitting in line with all the other PS2 games and I almost overlooked it.

Stopped by the one in Dixon today. Found a copy of Armored Core 4 for the PS3 for $4.49. Other then that everything I price checked was still marked
up.
Did realize there was a watertown wisconsin as well, the only other one I knew of was New York but I knew there wouldn't be a Shopko there, but now that I look it up there are more than 10 in the U.S.
Completley off topic but that is where my mom is from and I have some familt there that I do not talk to........wow, thanks for the auwkwardness.......

sorry if i waste anybody's time, but found bomberman (360) on clearance for 4.99. I really wish i had my 5 bucks back.

@shopko??

I should check the 2 in town to see if there are currently any deals right now, the selection of games is a bit limited though at those locations occasionally...but it might be worth a shot. :)

i'm assuming there might be people interested of course??

I don't think I've ever bought anything in the electronics department at Shopko that wasn't deeply clearanced. I know for sure I haven't bought more than a couple console or PC games there. Their prices are horrible, even for my pre-CAG mindset, and the frequency/quality of sales/clearance for games combined with their craptacular selection of PC games, would lead me to vote them worst video game B&M store.

Got the last one, and shame it was bundled. The Katamari PSP game and some weird EA collection of rehashed ports that don't even barely work (Ultima VI was in it though I believe. EA Replay was the name) for only 17 bucks. Doesn't sound like too much of a steal, but a sealed copy of PSP Katamari is about 35 online.

shopko definitely has way higher prices on everything compared to walmart and target. but boy can they clearance. I've purchased so many console games (mainly 360) for under 5 bucks, and the most $10. you just have to look often and you'll find some treasures there. but positive that bombmerman for 360 is not a treasure. :)

also w/ Shopko, they do price match. So if wally/target/BB is out of something, you can always head there w/ a copy of the ad. (or if you know someone they will pricematch on your word)

Edit for this weeks Clearance at Shopko.

PSP UMD Movies:
Jackass Vol. 2 - $1.49
Jackass Vol. 3 - $1.49
Beavis & Butthead "The Mike Judge Collection" Vol. 2 - $1.49
Beavis & Butthead "The Mike Judge Collection" Vol. 3 - $1.49

Some PSP Accesorries Went Down to 90% off, UMD Cases, Hardcase (Carrying Case), PSP Headphones

These will depend how quickly the stores themselves get these marked down, but as of 5/25 these are what will be or are getting marked clearance. Don't have pictures of full descriptions for all of the items, but the Sku's can be used to look up product by anyone w/ a scanner in the store (so ask an employee :) ) or i can try to find out if there is stock around you if u post what store # your wanting to know, that will be atleast 1 day after asking.
Are these the 1st party accessories?
I was wondering the exact thing. 20 bucks seems like a sweet deal on the wireless headset.
Are these the 1st party accessories?
for the controllers they're not 1st party, but it might be one or two of the todd mcfarlanes, i'm not certain, i just now the store i got the list from doesn't have those instock....the headset i can't say for certain....but i almost have to guess 3rd party for that as well....

i'm going to guess either something from Intec/Madcatz/Joytech...

sorry but the list doesn't tell us who makes them, just the sku.....and i checked the store for stock and it's out, and they don't have any of those instock here....

if a shopko is close enough i'd say go in w/ a sku and find out, or tell me what store and i could get that for you. (again it will take 1day or so to find out, possibly longer, depending on if someone's not working...)

sorry i couldn't get more specifics on the items, it's just hard when they're not in stock...

oh a store # would be great for checking the sku, so plz give me that instead of just a city (cuz WI is full of Ko's)

thanks for all the shopko updates smurff. used to live right next to a shopko, so was able to stop in every week to check on price drops, now i'm lucky to stop by once a month. thanks, really appreciate it.

Alright, ladies(?) and gentlemen, might be a good idea to check out your local Shopko again. I was just at the Plover, WI one and found that a lot of the games were marked down. Unlike previous clearances where there was a "clearance section" with red-stickered games, all the clearance games were in their usual *mostly* alphabetical location and had either a yellow "price cut" sticker or a yellow "clearance" sticker on them.

There were a lot of games marked down but I don't remember 95% of them. I picked up Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn for $30 and Bullet Witch for $10. I also saw Jeanne d'Arc and some two-packs for the PSP for $10, and I remember seeing Bully (360) for $15.

Like I said, though, there were a lot more games in the $5-$15 range.

-EDIT-
Just remembered that I saw a couple of Eye of Judgement bundles for $25 a piece.

Nice timing, my brother just got a 360 and looking to find some fairly cheap games..

Thanks a bunch

They had a couple of $5 games, but of course I can not recall what they where and they where DS games, I think one was Star Trek Tactical Assault for the DS. It seems that since this thread got created Shopko quit clearancing out games....

there was quite a bit, nothing really stuck out except for these

360
Tony Hawk Project 8 - 4.99
blitz the league - 4.99

PS3
Uncharted - 19.99
Ratchet and Clank - 19.99
Genji - 4.99

Wii
Ant Bully - 4.99 (didn't stick out, but i did buy it for my nephew)

PS2
Couple of Nutaro games - 4.99

Yeah, I think the ShopKo I went to was a little weird with the clearance stickers. The other ShopKo here had the games for the same prices, but they didn't even have any "price cut" stickers on them. They were just straight price stickers.

Still, some of the prices are quite nice. Radiant Dawn I'm especially happy about, considering it's going for > $50 on Amazon's marketplace right now.

I grabbed a copy of Grave Adventures of Billy and Mandy for the Wii for $3.49 for my son. Also saw a PSP 2 pack of Katamari and EA Replay for $9.99 but passed since I already owned Katamari.

Oh my goodness. picked up eye of judgement over the weekend. was excited to try it out, put the disc in and had to run an update. took over 4 hours just to play that stupid game. stupid ps3.

Stupid question probably, but is it worth it to buy EoJ just for the camera? Do many games support it? Thanks.

EoJ is an imperfect but fun game. The camera is great for SingStar and Buzz and the free "eye create" or whatever it is called in the playstation store.
I saw a bin full of 2 for $30 games including DMC4, Bioshock and a few other decent titles
2 for $30 is the sale this week.

I found Buzz Quiz TV for 13.99.
