So, you've decided to not play Halo... why?

I know that tonight isn't practice, but I figure that this would be the right place to post.

I am so very sorry, but I don't know if I can make it tonight. At least, if I do, I will definitely be late. Gonna go have dinner with the family.

Should I still show up? Would there be a cutoff time or anything?

Once again, I'm really sorry. I had a blast playing with everyone, and I'm sorry that I will be late tonight.

Thanks for being so understanding. It's just that I hate being a part of something, and then not being able to fulfill my obligation. I just feel like I am letting someone down when I do that.

I know that I apologize for things too much (like being a newbie in the clan, missing/being late for a game night/practice) , and I'm sorry about that too. Just wanna make sure that there are no bad feelings, is all.

I look forward to playing with everyone again. Last time was a blast. :)
 
My schedule loos to be more and more shittier by the moment, not only could I not play tues or wed, now it looks like I can't play next week as well. This seriously blows.

Yeah, I was bored, and thought the pain and suffering of another might cheer me up. Of course, noone had the grit to come through. No balls in that place.

I brought in Jimmie, knowing that he can always stir a little commotion. They don't seem to notice him as much as they did in the Before Time. Part of me thinks they do this in the hopes that Jimmie will up the ante.

Ahh, but now with the ignore feature, Jimmie is just a thing of the past to them. Most, if not all, of the OTTers have mentioned ignoring Jimmie. Maybe its high time that the CAG Halo guys take over the OTTs full force. Whos with me?

Ignoring him is a moot point; there's always someone who hasn't ignored him, and either quotes him or talks about him. They still see him, regardless of whether they want to.

Nope totally ignorant of the issue, guess I attributed more power to the mods than you guys have. Although I do know some of the bans were messed with a bit in the changeover to the new board software

Alright, so after the recent bullshit has come up and been thrown in many of our faces, I have decided to take a little "vacation" away from Halo 2. While it won't be long, it will be used to play other games in my collection. So for the week of June 12th - June 18th, I will not be playing Halo 2 at all. I will be back on the following Sunday night and ready to play. During this time, I will be more than willing to play other games with anyone in either clan. While I am gone, I will leave the control of the clan in the hands of my trusted staff. Good luck.
 
sorry, my xbox wont connect to live anymore, thunderstorm might have killed something in the 'box...i can play offline fine...might be an internal problem...and i am just a few months late and out of warranty...

i probably won't be able to play for a while..i might even just wait till the xb360 comes out and hope that there is some backwards compatability... :(

i'll let you guys know when i can play...but for now...i wont be on live until further notice :(

Had a great time playing with everyone tonight, and the last few weeks. I'm glad i quit my old clan and signed up for cag, it's really a great bunch of people after all the bs is ignored.

But i'm going to be gone for 3 weeks taking macroeconomics at Duke East, aka nerd camp. I needed a break from video games though, I'm getting a little bit too addicted.

But as soon as the 3 weeks are up I'll be back at practice.

Dude, get a surge protector or two, with status lights so you know if it's still working. I learned the hard way that CP&L/Progress Energy doesn't supply clean power as my DirecTV and VCR were toasted one bright, sunny Saturday morning. The old surge protector I had didn't do it's job anymore, apparently they get beat down by all the hits they take and don't protect after a while.

June 25th will be my final Halo 2 Live night for about a month...I'm going to be taken clases at the University of Miami and won't be close to my Xbox. Seeing how last nights matchmaking sucked and was a waste of time to no end I plan on picking up a few unfinished games and playing those before I go. You'll see me on a little less frequently but I figured it was time to post up about what this whole break thing really is. Thanks!

And yes ledhed, I did have trouble at first, because of the avatar. But like crispy, I tend to look at the names any more, because so many people are changing their avatars, myself soon. So its getting harder and harder to keep names associated with avatars. Now time to cook my food.
